경과보고 2022년 :

- 6월 25일 (토) 18:00  뉴질랜드한인여성회 사무실- 5 Argus Pl. Hillcrest

               제12대 회장에 김은희 선출되다. 감사에 황숙자 선출되다.

임기는 이번 회기부터 3년으로  되다.

- 7월30일 기타앙상블과 왕가레이한인회 주최 영사관후원

Korean Music Festival”에서 뉴질랜드한인여성회의 부채춤과 홀로아리랑 공연하다.

- 8월15일 815경축행사에서 뉴질랜드한인여성회 사물놀이팀이 공연하다.

- 8월15일 뉴질랜드한인여성회 제6차 정기 이사회가 여성회사무실에서 있었다

- 9월3일 뉴질랜드한인여성회  NZ Life Seminar :10 AM.  03 Sep. 2022

 -9월17일-9월30일 * “핸드폰에 빛을 담다”  뉴질랜드한인여성회 사진전

-9월24일 제6회 다민족댄스페스티발 * "Six Multi-Ethnic Dance Festival 2021"

     Saturday, 24 September 2022 at 5.00 pm at Victory Convention Centre,

     98 Beaumont Street, Freemans Bay East, Auckland CBD부채춤 홀로아리랑 사물놀이 공연하다.

·- 10월16일 한인의 날 부채춤, 홀로아리랑과 사물놀이 공연하다- 

   한복체험에서 이사들이 봉사하다.

 - 10월16일 한인의 날 Event Centre 2층에서 사진전시회를 하다.

 - 10월20일부터 여성회 Tennis class LPTC(Lake Pupuke Tennis club)에서 10시에 시작하다. 지도 : 변 수선생님.

- 11월 5일 제9회 컴퓨터경진대회(The 9th Computer Competition)10:00-12:00

- 11월8일(화) 11:30 해군순항훈련전단 입항환영식 및 11.9.(수) 함상리셉션

- 11월11일 200여명의 해군들에게 교민환영 점심식사대접 한인회와 여성회 주최

  여성회에서 예산중 일부인 $1,000 지원하기로 전원 찬성 지원하다.

 - 11월19일 건강세미나 CPR (3 Steps for Life Seminar) 심폐소생술 세미나 개최 

 강사: 챔프리앙(training by a professional trainer from St. Johns.) 당초 15명 예정이었으나 65명이 참여하다.

고국의 이태원참사를 교훈삼아 만약을 대비한 것. YTN촬영하다.

- 12월1일 Multicultural Hui- Library 각 커뮤니티 소개하는 행사에 70여개의 단체가 참석한 가운데 윤희정 기획이사가 발표 김은희 참석하다.

- 12월3일 Browns bay Santa Parade에 여성회에서 홀로아리랑과 사물놀이 공연하다.

- 양정희 우상미 새로운 이사로 영입하다.

- 유언장 작성 신청자: 서영복, 윤희자, 김경희 , 이아름, 우상미

- 12월15일 13:00 뉴질랜드한인여성회 제9차 정기 이사회 여성회 사무실-

  -12월15일 노인회(회장 박성규) 년말송년모임에 제의받아 여성회에서 점심제공 하다.

 -12월22일 12:00 김창식대사님 주관 자미에서 주요 동포단체장 간담회 김은희 참석하다.

2023년

- 2023년1월14일 한인회 신년하례회에 여성회 이사 참석하다. 점심식사 녹두부침으로 봉사하다.

 - 신년 하례회가 끝난 후 83 Apolo Dr. Deep에서 커피타임갖고 앞으로의 일정에 대해 의논하다.

- 1월21일 뉴질랜드한인여성회 제1차 정기 이사회가 2023년1월21일 12:00

 인사말: 김은희 회장(걸림돌 디딤돌 합력해서 선을 이루자 각자가 여성회대표가 되어)  48 Mitchell St. Blockhouse Bay애서 갖다. 떡국떡과 가래떡 하나씩 선물하다.

-  영어문서반 1월20일 개강하다.- YTN-Family Shop과 금요 영어교실 취재 촬영 1월27일 촬영 후 한산에서 미팅갖다. 컴퓨터 및 스마트폰활용반, 재봉반에 취재한 것이 YTN방영 되다.

-  Tennis class 2월9일 개강이다.

-  컴퓨터 스마트폰반  매주 수요일 2월22일 8주코스 개강

-  Golf Class 2월17일 12:00 6주코스 개강

-  한국무용 3월6일  매주 월요일 13:00-14:30

-  사물놀이반 3월10일  매주 금요일 4:00-5:30

   검사키트 받아 회원들과 교민단체에 나누다.

- 4월9일 구세군 140주년 기념페스티벌에 저녁7시 구세군오클랜드한인교회(18 Allright Pl. Mt. Wellington)에서 한국대표로 부채춤 공연하기로 하다.

-  4월13일 Vocal Seminar 성악세미나(재미있게 노래 잘 하는 법)를 장문영성악가와 김지인 피아니스트 저녁7시 구세군오클랜드한인교회(18 Allright Pl. Mt. Wellington)에서 갖다. 기획: MARI Entertainment Ltd 주최: 뉴질랜드한인여성회

- 4월15일 한인의 날, 부채춤과 사물놀이 공연하다.

  작년에 이어 올해도 한복체험에서 이사들이 봉사했으며 구영례이사의 한복체험자들에게 김치를 나누다.

- 4월29일 Health Seminae 건강세미나( NZ 요양원 이용시 지원금및 신청절차),

  음식물쓰레기 재활용 안내 보카시 비료 이용 방법(이혜정  ),

탈모예방 및 두피맛사지(박은미).

 -4월15일 뉴질랜드한인여성회 2023년도 제2회 정기 이사회

- 5월8일 어르신경로잔치겸 교민 건강페스티발 오클랜드한인회주최 뉴질랜드한인여성회 주관으로 한인회관에서 작년에 이어 올해에도 하다. 돼지수육, 잡채, 빈대떡, 여성회에서 $1,000지원하여 성공적으로 하다. 

- 5월27일 Papatoetoe Food Festival의 초청으로 여성회의 "산조아리랑"과  "사물놀이" 공연하다.

- 6월1일 KCR초대석에 김은희회장 인터뷰- 여성회에 대해 소개하다. YOUTUBE에 나와있다.

- 6월17일 제10회 컴퓨터 및 스마트폰경진대회를 한인회관에서 갖다

  1등에 구혜경 2등 김미정(1등과 2등은 삼성 Galaxy Tab) 공동3등 윤희자 이정희(실내외 CCTV Home Security)

  5등 윤연숙, 공동6등 3명에게 Xiaomi Tripod Bluetooth Selfie Stick 3개,

  참가자 전원에게 USB64GB 메모리칩과 마운트, 그리고 22불상당의 타블렛터치팬 6개를 나누다.

- 9월16일 중국커뮤니티주관한 다민족 페스티벌에서 Holy Trinity Cathedral 여성회 부채춤 공연하다.

- 9월 23일 7th Nepalese Multi Ethnic dance Festival 에서 여성회에서

사물놀이 공연과 부채춤, 홀로아리랑 공연 하다.

-9월 30일 Dominion Rd Full Moon Festival.에서 여성회에서 

Opening Ceremony에서 강강수월래를 하고 사물놀이와 홀로아리랑을 공연하다.

소림면옥에서 한국무용팀과 사물놀이팀 공연 후 식사하면서 미팅 갖다.

- 10월7일 제 5차 여성회 이사회에서 사물놀이 염미애강사에게 감사패를 수여하다

- 11월11일 한인회주최 한국참전용사 보은행사에 김은희회장 참석하다.

  제6차 정기이사회가 Sylvan Park Takapuna에서 열리다 18명의 이사가 참석하다.

- 12월6일 Papatoetoe Santa Parade에 한국무용반과 사물놀이팀 공연하다

- 2월 13일 제1차 장수(영정)사진. 화장부터 사진 찍어 인화까지 사업 시작하다.

- 2월23일 Habour Sports의 Active Asian 워크샵. 커뮤니티 대상 18:00

장소 Albany Community Hub에 윤연숙 이사 다녀오다.

- 2월27일 사진반: Karangahake Gorge, Owharoa Falls에 출사 다녀오다.

- 3월5일 TANI Samuel Cho와 문영옥coordinator가 16일 Auckland Council Community Consultation을 위한 Meeting을 여성회 사무실에서 김은희 회장과 갖다.   

- 2024년 3월9일 Multi Ethnic Festival-Papatoetoe에서 한국무용반의 Holo Arirang과 사물놀이 공연하다. 공연후 Crown Restaurant 15명 식사.

 - 3월12일 제2차 장수(영정)사진 챨리 양 작가님과 사진반.

화장부터 사진찍어 인화까지 하다. 16명 촬영하다.

           Auckland Council Community Consultation 74명 참석하다. 한인회관에서.

- 3월 16일 제2차 정기이사회가 2024년3월16일 12:00 여성회 사무실 20명 모임.

- 3월21일 Korean focus group - Ageing Asians in Auckland

 10:30-12:00 TANI office, 101 Church St, Onehunga에 여성회 이사 10명 참석하다. 

- 3월30일 “건국전쟁” 영화 $500 후원하다. – 25명이 관람하다.

- 4월1-9일 여성회 회계감사- 김은희 황숙자 윤희정 윤연숙 서영복 모여 감사한 후

  - 원윤경 회계사에 맡기다.

- 4월7일 Avondale College에 한복과 부채 대여해줬다.

 반납 받았고.  강지혜 선생님으로부터 $300카드받다.

 12월 7일 One tree Hill 정기이사회에서 와인 한병씩 나눴다. $15짜리 20병.

- 4월9일 장수(영정)사진 촬영하다.

- 4월 14일 Melissa Lee 초청 Remuera Golf Club.14 Apr 5.00pm Melissa Lee 장관과의 간담회에 김은희 회장 다녀오다.

- 4월22일 청소년 육성책으로 조이플 오케스트라 워크샵에 $315.10 (소고기와 삼겹살)과

            기타 앙상블 공연 $200후원하다.

- 4월25일 ANZAC Day에 Rose Garden헌화식에 재향군인회와 뉴질랜드한인여성회, 자유총연맹 뉴질랜드지회. 한국전 참전용사 가족. 교민들의 순서로 헌화와 묵념을 한 후 사진 촬영 및 Atomy회사에서 커피와 홍삼 제공.  따뜻한 커피, 홍삼 차와 식사를 가졌다.

- 5월3일 신임 김홍기 총영사와 단체장 간담회 - 자미에서 갖다.

- 5월4일 St. Mary's College에 부채춤 부채 11개 대여해 주다.

- 5월 11일 제3차 뉴질랜드한인여성회  정기 이사회 겸 부쉬워킹.

- 5월14일 장수(영정)사진 촬영이 있었다.

- 5월18일 Excel 강습- 윤희정 총무로부터 김은희, 윤연숙 강습받다.

- 5월31일 챨리양 사진전시회 Kumeu Community centre- 여성회에서 $500 후원하다.

-6월7일 김은희 회장은 Nepalese Dal Thapa두명의 무용수와 윤희정 총무, 윤연숙 사무총장과 함께 Victoria Convention Centre 에서 9월21일 있을  Auckland City Council MEVE Ethnic Dance Competition에 Join Team으로 참여할 것 의논하다. We have decided to participate in the contest together with Nepalese people, so please come to the Korean Community Center by 12:50 pm next Monday. 메세지 보내다 - 10 Jun2024

- 7월9일 장수(영정)사진 촬영이 있었다.

- 7월13일 625참전용사 추모 음악회 오클랜드 오페라 스튜디오에 참석하다.

- 7월17일 8A Tristram Ave. Veteran Herlie's House에서 3명의 참전용사 모시고 로터리 회원들과 함께 청춘 남자의 자격 합창단원들 80여명이 음악회하다.

- 7월20일 광림교회에서 Your Korea(Jeonju.Korea Festival) 자원봉사

세계합창대회에 출전한 한국 팀 세 팀과 오클랜드에서 활동하는 세 팀의 합창단의 공연 및 전주시의 전통문화 예술을 알리는 행사 (전주 고추장, 된장, 떡볶이등 시식행사. 민화체험. 한복 체험)에 여성회에서 자원봉사 하다.  봉사자-김은희, 여연자, 윤희정, 윤연숙, 윤희자, 캐서린, 박아가다, 서영복, 윤경희, 이아름, 우상미, 임수경, 김진화, 윤용금, 최선경, 김성혁(16명)

- 7월31일  제21기 민주 평화통일 자문회의 김관용 수석 부의장과 국제 정치학 박사, 외교부 북한 인권국제협력대사, 통일부 통일미래 기획 위원회 위원장 등을 역임하고 있는 연세대 국제학 대학원장 이 종훈 교수를 강사로 [격랑의 국제정세 속에 통일 북한 인권 바로 알기] 란 주제로 열린 강연회에 김은희 회장 다녀오다.  

- 8월8일 TANI Samuel Cho와 이한희 (오클대심리박사과정)와 함께

  Interview for Upper Harbour Local Board Ethnic Communities Plan에 대해서 김은희회장 인터뷰하다.

- 8월10일 Auckland Multicultural Elderly Dance Festival (Organized by Onehunga Chinse Association) 홀로아리랑, 사물놀이를 Avodale College에서공연하다 -

- 8월12일 만두랑에서 공연팀 식사 김은희, 한일수, 한아델라, 성정미, 캐서린, 소피아, 윤연숙

- 8월 15일 광복절 행사에 참석하다.

RULES OF THE KOREAN WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION OF NEW ZEALAND INCORPORATED
(New Set of Rules)

1.    NAME

1.1   The name of the organization shall be Korean Women's Association of New Zealand Incorporated (hereinafter referred to as "Association or KWANZ")

2.    INTERPRETATIONS

2.1   The following words and expressions in these rules shall have the following Meanings "The act" means the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and any amendment thereof "Member" means any person who becomes a member of the Association pursuant to these Rules.

3.    OBJECTS

3.1   The objects of the Korean Women's Association of New Zealand shall be:

a)    To be a non-profit organization.

b)   To cooperate with the Korean Society of New Zealand and the Korean Embassy.

c)    To affiliate with and maintain connections with national and international associations.

d)   To operate not only for the benefit of its members, fostering relationships between members, but also for the advancement of womenkind and charitable organizations benefiting women in need.

e)    To promote interest in the social, financial, educational, and moral welfare of Korean women.

f)     To work towards the advancement of education and gender equality.

g)   To encourage women to serve their community without personal financial reward, and promote high ethical standards in commerce, industry, professions, public works, and private endeavors.

h)   To have the right to receive funds from private parties, organizations, corporate bodies, and the Korean Government for the annual KWANZ businesses, promotions, and events, including, but not limited to:

(I)   Education, career, research, and further development.

(ii)    Special programs and events for Korean women and young generations.

(iii)         Health and Wellness

(iv)         Finance and business

(v)          Family matters

(vi)         Support and understanding of Korean women of New Zealand and of the world.

4.    MEMBERSHIPS

4.1   The Association shall consist of an unlimited number of members.

4.2   Persons shall become members by application to the committee. Upon acceptance of the application by the committee and upon payment of the subscription the applicant shall become a member.

4.3   The Committee shall have the power to accept or reject applications for membership of the Association.

4.4   The Committee may request the resignation of or may suspend or expel any member who has been acting in a manner prejudicial to the interests of the Association.

4.5   The annual membership fee is NZ$10 for donations and is not refundable.

4.6   Members agree to be bound by these rules and any regulation made pursuant to these Rules.

4.7   A member shall cease to be a member of the Association in any of the following events:

a)    By death or mental incapacity

b)   If she should be expelled from membership by a resolution of the committee

c)    If voluntary resignation in writing is received by the Association.

5.      Committee Membership

5.1          Any person of legal majority and good moral character and good reputation in her community may be eligible for the Committee Memberships in the Association with:

a)    Nomination or recommendation by two current members, and

b) Approval by a majority of the Committee members

5.2          Approval of Committee members shall be given by a majority of the Committee members at the Committee Board meeting.

5.3          Committee Members are for three years and the officers of KWANZ shall be:

a)    A President

b)   Vice presidents, a few

c)    A Secretary

d)   A Treasurer

e)    No more than 25 Executive officers

f)     A membership Director

5.4 Annual Committee Membership fee is NZ$100.00 for donation and is not refundable.

5.5 A Committee member shall cease to be a member of the Association in any of the following events:

a)    By death or mental incapacity

b)   If voluntary resignation in writing is received by the association

c)    Having failed to attend at least three consecutive Committee Board meetings without prior notice.

d)   If she should be expelled from membership by a resolution of the committee.

5.6  The president shall be elected every three years at the Annual General Meeting and may be eligible for re-election.

5.7 A candidate for the presidency shall be required to submit an entry of the candidate in writing to the Committee three days before the Annual General Meeting, with the recommendation of at least five committee members of the Association.

5.8  Every vacancy occurring among the Committee members shall be filled by an appointment made by the President.

5.9 Duties of Committee Members

a)    President shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and the Association; issue the call for regular and special meetings of the Board of Directors and the Association; appoint the standing and special committees of the Association and to effect regular functioning and reporting of such committees.

b)   Vice president, if the president is unable to perform the duties of her office for any reason, the vice president next in rank shall occupy her position and perform her duties with the same authority as the president. She also shall, under the direction of the president, oversee the functioning of the committees of the Association as the president shall designate.

c)    The Secretary shall assist both the president and the vice-president and in the event of their combined absence or incapacity shall preside over the business affairs of the Association.

d)   The Treasurer will receive all monies from the secretary and otherwise and deposit the same in a bank or banks recommended by the finance committee and approved by the board of directors; pay out monies in payment of the Association obligations only on authority given by the board of directors. All cheques and vouchers shall be signed by the treasurer and countersigned by one other officer, determined by the board of directors; have custody and keep and maintain general records of the Association receipts and disbursements; prepare and submit monthly and bi-annual financial reports to the board of directors of the Association.

6.    POWERS OF THE ASSOCIATION

6.1   The Committee members shall have all necessary powers to achieve the objectives of the Association. Without in any way limiting the generality of such provisions, the Committee members shall be powered:

a)    To purchase, lease, or otherwise acquire or hold any real and personal property and any rights and privileges which the Association may think necessary for the purposes of satisfying any of the above objects. This in particular applies to land, buildings, machinery, and plants.

b)   To sell, improve, manage, develop, exchange, lease, dispose of or otherwise deal with such property as required.

c)    To receive donations and contributions from private individuals, organizations, corporate bodies, and the Korean Government.

d)   To borrow money where it is advisable to do so for the furtherance of the objects of the Association, by mortgage or otherwise on any terms whatsoever.

e)    To invest and deal with any money which may be in the control of the Association, whether being the property of the Association or on deposit or loan with it in such investments as the Members should see fit.

f)     To employ any Person(s) to carry out its objectives and to remunerate such employees by way of reasonable payment including wage or salary for services performed. Where such a person is a Member of the Association, that person shall not participate in any decision(s) directly or indirectly affecting the amount of remuneration or conditions of employment.

g)   To co-opt into their membership any member of individuals who has specialized knowledge, skill, and expertise in a field upon which the Association desires guidance and advice for the furtherance of the objects of the association. 

h)   To make, vary or repeal any by-laws or rules for the pursuit of the objects of the association

i)     To publicize the activities of the association to the general public by any news medium that the members should see fit.

j)     To do all such things as may be conducive to the attainment of any of the objects of the Association

7.    Funds

7.1   Financial year shall be 1 April to 31 March of each year.

7.2   Funds may be from annual membership fees, donations, revenue generated from various KWANZ events and promotions, or raised from the public via any of KWANZ projects and activities.

7.3   Any and every expenditure of the funds shall be decided by the Committee members at the Committee Board meeting.

7.4   Full financial report shall be made available for any of the members as required in writing.

7.5   The Association shall appoint, on the recommendation of the finance committee a bank or banks for the deposit of the funds/

7.6   With a written request of more than five (5) members of the association, the financial records and the funds may be solicited and/or investigated by any professionals nominated by members other than the KWANZ accountant.

7.7   The association shall have the books, accounts, and operations of KWANZ reviewed annually or, at its discretion, more frequently and may require an accounting or have a review made of the handling of any funds by any member(s). Any member in good standing may inspect at any such review or accounting upon request at a reasonable time and place.

7.8   NZ$1,000 or more funds shall be used with a decision by a majority of the committee Board.

8.    BUSINESS OF THE COMMITTEE

8.1   The Committee shall meet as often as is deemed necessary, but it shall meet in a General Meeting once every year. This meeting shall be known as the Annual General Meeting (AGM), and it shall be held no later than 31st of May every year.

8.2   The business of the AGM shall be as follows.

a)    To receive the annual report of the Committee

b)   To elect the President and auditor every two years.

c)    To fix the auditor's remuneration (if any)

d)   To transact any other business of which notice in writing has been given to the secretary at least 14 days prior to the last day upon which notice of meetings may be given.

8.3   Resolutions at the AGM shall be passed by a bare majority of the members present and entitled to vote or by their proxy.

8.4   Votes may be recorded personally or by proxy. This must be in the hands of the secretary at the office of the Association seven days before the meeting at which it is proposed to be counted.

8.5   The Association shall at the AGM appoint one or more auditors who shall audit the accountants of the Association once every year. Such auditors shall have access at all reasonable times to the books and accounts of the Association and shall make a report to the Association on the accounts and state whether the same exhibit a true and accurate record of the affairs of the Association.

8.6   The Association shall have a Common seal which shall be affixed to documents in the presence of two officers.

8.7   The officers shall keep accurate and complete accounts of the affairs and transactions of the Association. These books of account shall be kept at a location deemed appropriate by the officers and shall always be open to the inspection of any member.

8.8   The Officers shall be free to receive and accept from any person, firm, company, society, institution, or anybody of persons whatsoever any gifts of money, investments, or other property to become part of the Association funds.

9.    AMENDMENT OF THIS ASSOCIATION DEED

9.1   The Officers may alter this Association Deed by resolution passed by a two-thirds majority of Officers present at an Association meeting.

9.2   Not less than 14 days’ notice must be given of this meeting and the proposed alteration to the Rules of Incorporation.

9.3   No amendment may be made that:

a)    would alter directly or indirectly the exclusively charitable nature of this   Association; or

b)   would allow any part of the Association property to be applied to purposes outside New Zealand; or

c)    are not exclusively charitable purposes within the law of New Zealand.

9.4   The quorum for any such meeting shall be a majority of the Officers.

10. PERSONAL PECUNIARY BENEFIT

10.1                 No member of the Association or any person associated with the Association shall be entitled to receive any benefit, advantage, or income from the Association.

10.2                 Interested Officer or Member
Any Officer or member who is or may be in any other capacity whatsoever interested or concerned directly or indirectly in any property or undertaking in which the Association is or may be in any way concerned or involved shall disclose the nature and extent of that Officer or member's interest to the other members and shall not take any part whatsoever in any deliberations of the Officers or members concerning any matter in which that officer or member is or may be interested other than as an Officer or member of the Association.

10.3                 Recipients not to influence benefits:
Notwithstanding anything contained or implied in this deed, in the carrying on of the business of the Association, any person who is:

a)    an Officer or a member of the Association.

b)   a shareholder or director of any company carrying on any business of the Association.

c)    a settler or trustee of any trust, or officer of any Association which is a shareholder of a company carrying on any business with the Association.

d)   an associated person (as defined by the Income Tax Act 2007) of any such settlor, trustee, Officer, shareholder or director;

shall not by virtue of that capacity in any way (whether directly or indirectly) determine, or materially influence in any way the determination of the nature or amount of any benefit or advantage or income or the circumstances in which it is to be received, gained, achieved, afforded or derived by that person.

10.4                 No Private Pecuniary Profit for any Individual and exceptions
No private pecuniary profit shall be made by any person from the Association, except that:

a)    any member may receive full reimbursement for all expenses reasonably and properly incurred by that member in connection with the affairs of the Association

b)   the Association may pay reasonable and proper remuneration to any member or servant of the Association. (Whether an Officer or not), in return for services rendered to the Association.

c)    any member may be paid all usual professional business or trade charges for services rendered, time expended, and all acts done by that member or by any firm or entity of which that member is a member, employee, or associate in connection with the affairs of the Association.

d)   any member may retain any remuneration properly payable to that member by any company or undertaking with which the Association may be in any way concerned or involved for which that member has acted in any capacity whatsoever, notwithstanding that member's connection with that company or undertaking is in any way attributable to that member's connection with the Association.

10.5                 Officers to comply with a restriction
The Officer, in determining all reimbursements, remuneration, and charges payable in terms of this clause shall ensure that the restriction imposed by the following clause is strictly observed.

10.6                 Professional account and influence
A person, in the course of, and as part of the carrying on of his or her business of a professional public practice shall not, by reason only of his or her rendering professional services to the association or to any company by which any business of the Association is to be carried on, be in breach of the terms of this clause.

11. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND LEVIES

11.1                 Each member shall pay to the Association such subscription and levies as may from time to time be determined by the Committee.

12. REGISTERS OF MEMBERS

12.1                 The Association shall keep a register of its members containing the names, addresses, and descriptions of its members and the dates upon which they become members.

13. REGISTERED OFFICE

13.1                 The association shall have a registered office which shall be in Auckland, and to which all communications may be addressed and notice of any change in the situation of that office shall be given to the registrar of incorporated societies.

13.2                 The registered office at the association shall from the date of incorporation be 5 Argus Place Hillcrest.

14. REALISATION OF PROPERTY

14.1                 When the association fund, or any part thereof, shall no longer be used or required for the objects of the association, it shall be lawful, but not obligatory upon the association to realize the same. The net proceeds arising from, such a sale shall be applied to such exclusive charitable purposes within New Zealand as the officers may determine, or in default of such determination as may be determined by a judge of the High Court of New Zealand on application by the association or any officer.

15. TERMINATION

15.1                 The Association shall be terminated and wind up upon a three-quarter majority vote of all officers’ present at an association meeting convened for the purpose of which not less than 28 days notice has been given in writing to all officers.

15.2                 The powers of the officers shall thereafter be limited to such powers as are necessary to realize and dispose of all assets of the Association and to terminate all contracts of employment.

15.3                 Any surplus funds remaining after payment of all liabilities of the association shall be applied to such exclusively charitable purposes within New Zealand as the officers may be majority determine or in default of such determination as may be determined by a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand on the application of the association or any officer thereof.

3. 목적
3.1 뉴질랜드 한인여성회의 목적은 다음과 같다:

b) 뉴질랜드 한인사회 및 한국 대사관과 협력한다.
c) 국내 및 국제 단체와 제휴하고 관계를 유지한다.
d) 회원 간의 유대 관계를 증진시키는 것뿐만 아니라 여성 전체의 발전과 도움이 필요한 여성을 위한 자선 단체를 지원한다.
e) 한인 여성의 사회적, 재정적, 교육적, 도덕적 복지에 대한 관심을 증진한다.
f) 교육 및 성평등 증진을 위해 노력한다.
g) 여성들이 개인적 금전적 보상 없이 지역사회를 위해 봉사하도록 장려하고, 상업, 산업, 전문직, 공공사업 및 개인 활동에서 높은 윤리 기준을 촉진한다.
h) 협회의 연간 사업, 홍보 및 행사 수행을 위하여 개인, 단체, 법인 및 대한민국 정부로부터 자금을 받을 권리를 가진다. 다음을 포함하되 이에 한정되지 않는다:
(i) 교육, 경력, 연구 및 발전
(ii) 한인 여성 및 청소년을 위한 특별 프로그램 및 행사
(iii) 건강 및 웰빙
(iv) 재정 및 사업
(v) 가족 문제
(vi) 뉴질랜드 및 세계 한인 여성에 대한 지원과 이해

4. 회원
4.1 협회는 회원 수의 제한이 없다.
4.2 회원은 위원회에 신청서를 제출함으로써 회원이 될 수 있으며, 위원회의 승인과 회비 납부 시 회원이 된다.
4.3 위원회는 회원 가입 신청을 승인하거나 거부할 권한을 가진다.
4.4 위원회는 협회의 이익에 반하는 행동을 한 회원에 대해 사임 요청, 정지 또는 제명할 수 있다.
4.5 연간 회원 회비는 기부금 NZ$10이며 환불되지 않는다.
4.6 회원은 본 정관 및 이에 따른 규정을 준수할 것에 동의한다.
4.7 다음의 경우 회원 자격이 종료된다:

위원회 회원

5.8 위원 공석 발생 시 회장이 임명한다.

5.9 위원의 직무
a) 회장은 모든 회의를 주재하고, 회의 소집, 위원회 구성 및 운영 감독을 수행한다.
b) 부회장은 회장이 직무 수행이 불가능할 경우 동일 권한으로 대행하며, 회장의 지시에 따라 위원회 운영을 감독한다.
c) 서기는 회장과 부회장을 보좌하며, 모두 부재 시 업무를 총괄한다.
d) 재무는 모든 자금을 수령 및 관리하며 승인된 은행에 예치하고, 이사회 승인 하에 지출한다. 모든 수표는 재무와 다른 임원의 공동 서명이 필요하다. 회계 기록을 유지하고 월간 및 반기 보고서를 제출한다.

협회의 권한
위원회는 목적 달성을 위해 필요한 모든 권한을 가진다:
a) 부동산 및 동산 취득, 임대 및 보유
b) 재산의 매각, 관리, 개발
c) 기부금 수령
d) 필요 시 차입
e) 자금 투자 및 운용
f) 직원 고용 및 보수 지급
g) 전문 지식 보유자 공동 참여
h) 규정 제정 및 개정
i) 대외 홍보
j) 목적 달성을 위한 모든 활동 수행
