Column - I Was Starving in a Canned Goods Warehouse
1. I saw a video today where they set up a cross in the center of the pulpit to create the image of Jesus hanging there, played the guitar, and sang the song "Where the Wind Blows." When it ended, people applauded.
At this point, I suppose the church is just going completely overboard. It was a sight I couldn't bear to watch.
To think they are still keeping Jesus hanging on the cross.
Someone once said that Christianity is like a person starving to death inside a canning warehouse because they don't know how to open a can lid.
I thought I was not that kind of person.
Because I possess visions, signs, inspiration, thrills, realizations of the Word, and knowledge of the truth that are second to none.
How could I not know how to open a can when I have received so much grace that others speak of, and am still receiving it now?
However, thinking about it now, I realize that I was exactly like that.
2. In fact, the word "grace" is used quite frequently in the church.
May the preacher also have grace, be graceful even during meetings, be grace even when physically healthy, and be grace even when business is going well.
I view this grace as an external expression of one's own emotions.
However, the grace of the Bible is something that has come to me from heaven through God and Jesus Christ.
It is not something I feel or obtain through earthly things.
That is why I am very careful with words like "believe," "repentance," and "grace."
This is because they are commonly used with meanings completely different from the Word of the Bible.
So, if someone says they believe in Jesus, are saved, or speaks of the truth, I always ask them.
The same goes for grace.
"What is grace?" With that single question, I can immediately tell whether they belong to heaven or cling to the earth.
When you receive grace, you naturally become united—that is, unity—with God the Father in Christ, resulting in peace (Eirene, Join).
This is like saying, "You have eaten, now try walking."
3. Why did our Lord Jesus Christ say, "It is to your advantage that I go," and "I will come again"?
However, having said that, why does he tell us, who confess him as the Christ, to deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow him?
If one denies the fact that the Lord, who said He would come again, came as the Spirit of truth, then one is the Antichrist.
Not believing that Christ came in the flesh is merely worldly; it does not mean one is anti-Christ. Because one defies the Lord’s word that He desires to dwell within us, one is anti-Holy Spirit and anti-Christ (1 John 4:2).
If Christ is not in one, one is rejected, that is, subject to destruction (2 Corinthians 13:5).
Even if one becomes chaff and enters the lake of fire, one will be speechless, unable to utter a sound despite having a mouth.
However, because they were deceived, they will enter the lake of fire grinding their teeth.
The problem is that it takes a long time to learn the method of receiving the teachings of the Spirit of Truth, putting to death the deeds of the body by the Spirit, and approaching the throne of the Lord.
These days, there are those who claim that if one does not receive salvation for the soul—because they are thirsty for it—they are neither born again nor raptured. It is absurd.
They are people who do not know the Book of Hebrews.
The combination of the word heard is not due to one's own zeal or resolve.
It is when one reaches the throne of God's grace that harmony, or combination, is achieved (Heb 4:2).
That is why Peter declares that the end (theros) of our faith is the salvation of the soul (1 Peter 1:9).
The method is to obey the truth, hold fast to the Lord Jesus Christ who is the end, and run the race; thereby purifying the soul and enabling one to love without falsehood (1 Peter 1:22).
To emphasize that one must receive the salvation of the soul without following this routine is to be possessed by a demon of pedagogy.
You say that one cannot receive salvation without grace, yet you imply that the salvation of the soul must be achieved by oneself?
Is that truly the case?
That is why I emphasize the need to conquer the Book of Hebrews, passing through the Gospels of Matthew and John, and the Book of Romans.
Of course, this is through meditation dependent on revelation.
This is always emphasized because the Epistle to the Hebrews is the pinnacle of archetypal theology—that is, subjective theology, which is iconographic theology that knows God's plan of creation.
4. Our Lord has given the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven to the church, and those who possess those very keys will approach the throne of grace through the Book of Hebrews.
First, do not be stubborn and question whether it is really true; instead, try to ascend repeatedly until you realize, "Yes, it is true"..
When the Lord comes with the angels in the glory of the Father, He will repay according to what has been done.
That is the question of how much life-exchange with Christ has performed.
Therefore, the Lord will come among the living with His kingship, and the prophecy is fulfilled: whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth will be loosed in heaven (Matthew 16:19, 24-28).
Look at the heaven; heaven descends to the earth.
Heaven descend ceaselessly.
If the earth receives from the heaven, it will be raised to the heaven.
Truly, if you bind, it is bound, and if you loose, it is loosed.
That is why I said at the beginning that the one starving in the canning warehouse is none other than me.
I believe that we live by the blessing of becoming a child of God who receives his inheritance by serving him as one who has obtained righteousness, holiness, and glory through believing in Jesus Christ as Savior and gaining eternal life.
I used to think that worshipping and praising God, experiencing great deep emotion within the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and raising my voice in praise and adoration of the Lord was everything.
However, at some point, as I approached the Father in Christ, I began to feel that I ascend to the Lord, and the Lord comes to be present within me, becoming light, life, and love.
Therefore, I have come to understand the meaning behind the Lord’s command to fulfill the measure of works by denying oneself and taking up one’s own cross.
It is because of a clear conscience that allows me to stand boldly and without hesitation before the Lord seated at the right hand of God’s throne.
So, when I boldly approach the Father with a conscience united in that blood, reconciled by the cross, and one who has become one bread, one body, and one spirit with the Lord in the Holy Spirit, the Lord of Heaven actually comes into me and says, "Here I am, here I am" (Isaiah 65:1).
Paul simply recorded this mysterious secret in Ephesians (Eph 3:3), so how could I be so foolish?
