Bible Reading - Luke 1:31~40

1:31 You will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus.

네가 임신하여 아들을 낳을 것이니, 그 이름을 예수라 하라.

1:32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. 

그는 위대하게 될 것이며, 지극히 높으신 분의 아들이라 불리게 될 것이다.

The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David,

주 하나님께서 그에게 조상 다윗의 보좌를 주실 것이다. 

1:33 and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever; his kingdom will never end."

그리고 그는 야곱의 집을 영원히 다스릴 것이며 그의 나라는 끝나지 않을 것이다. 

1:34 "How will this be," Mary asked the angel, "since I am a virgin?"

"나는 처녀인데 어떻게 이런 일이 있을 것입니까?"라고 마리아가 천사에게 물었다.

1:35 The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you.

천사가 대답하기를 "성령께서 너에게 임할 것이며 지극히 높으신 분의 능력을 너를 덮을 것이다. 

So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.

그래서 태어날 그 거룩한 분은 하나님의 아들이라고 불리어질 것이다. 

1:36 Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a child in her old age, 

심지어 너의 친척 엘리사벳 조차 많은 나이에도 아이를 갖게 될 것이며

and she who was said to be barren is in her sixth month.

불임이라고 말해졌던 그녀가 여섯 달이 되었다.

1:37 For nothing is impossible with God." 하나님께 불가능은 없기 때문이다. 

1:38 "I am the Lord's servant," Mary answered.  "나는 주님의 종입니다."라고 마리아가 대답했다.

"May it be to me as you have said." 당신이 말한 것처럼 내게 그것이 일어나기를 바랍니다.

Then the angel left her. 그러자 천사가 그녀를 떠났다.

1:39 At that time Mary got ready and hurried to a town in the hill country of Judea,

그때 마리아는 준비를 마치고 유대 산간 지역의 한 마을로 서둘러 갔다.

1:40 where she entered Zechariah's home and greeted Elizabeth.

그녀는 사가랴의 집에 들어가서 엘리사벳에게 인사했다.
