Congratulations to Dr Rebecca Yew, Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and Communications, on receiving the Best Paper Award at the 1st International Conference on Future Business Perspectives 2025.

Her award-winning paper, “Barriers to Female Leadership in Malaysian SMEs,” was developed from the MBA project of her postgraduate student, Wong Bao San (MBALS), under her supervision, reflecting excellence in research, scholarship, and postgraduate mentorship at INTI.
