Supply Chain Management Assistant
Job Title: Supply Chain Management Assistant Job Location: Downers Grove, IL
Description • Conduct trend analysis on key functions within Operations; systems for supply chain management, production planning and demand forecasting. • Preparing management plan and analyze operating procedure to devise most efficient methods to distribute products. • Analyze sales records and inventory levels of current stocks; create the purchasing order for appropriate distributed centers. • Logistic cost analysis; Optimize the logistics network and system. • Control/communicate with vendors; Review and evaluate the contract terms and discount policy from suppliers. • Be responsible for administration of contracting procedure for all merchandise, goods and services being purchased, distributed, and managed for the company; Export Operation Coordinate • Preparing, processing and issuing export bills of lading, and responding to customers inquiries via phone and electronic correspondence. • Ensure documentation is in compliance with booking, quality, and regulatory standards. • Coordinate and process documentation to include ocean bills of lading and letters of credit. • Responsible for processing shipper diversions, as well as coordinating with overseas agents pertaining to export shipments.
Requirement • Education: Bachelors Degree • Work experience: Office Admin experience preferred. • Language: Korean/English bilingual preferred but not required.
