1 bedroom + 1 bathroom + babysitter in North Delta

Hello,

I am looking for a babysitter August 15th for my 5 1/2 year old son.
My son will be starting kindergarden in September.
He will be attending kingergarden from approximately 7:40-4:00pm Mon-Fri.
I will require a babysitter before school for him for a few hours and a babysitter
to take care of him after school for approximately 3-5 hours Mon-Fri.
I would like to have a babysitter who is able to take him for walks and to the park.
(The park is in walking distance)

This job would be most suitable for someone who does work from home
or someone who works while my son is in school.
I have a 1 bedroom with a full bathroom and a private entrance ground level suit for rent.
The rent would be $485 and would include hydro,laundry facility and wi-fi.
I occupy the top floor. I require someone who can move in and be in a position to look after
my son in the above mentioned hours. I will pay $7 per hour for the babysitting.

We do not have any animals but a Small Dog is Okay.

You must have a valid work permit in Canada.

Our house is drug and alcohol free.

왜 너무해요? 제 아들 학교간 사이에 8시간동안 나가서 다른 직장 가질수도 있고. 사실 제가 렌트하는집 보통 가격이면 $650 + utilities 까지 하는정도인데.
제가 쓴글 다시 한번 잘 읽어보셔야 할거 같네요
