3.1 Monthly Progress Report
Each month and not later than the 8th 10th working day after CONTRACTOR’s monthly cut-off date of every month, CONTRACTOR shall issue to Company the monthly project progress report. The project progress report shall inform Company on all aspects of the performance and development of the Work through all phases of the project.

7. STATUTORY INSPECTION
7.1 Regulations

CONTRACTOR has the responsibility to check which Russian Federal laws, statutory requirements and regulations are applicable to Statutory Inspection in Vendors Works and at the Worksite.
7.2 Third Party Inspection
Related work and services, for the works performed in Russian Federation, will be executed by others (i.e. onshore contractor) under a separate contract.
Where Third Party Inspection is required, the Originating Engineer shall identify such in the material or sub-contract requisition.
The Vendor or SUBCONTRACTOR, as defined within the Purchase Order, shall employ the Third Party Inspector in accordance with the Project requirements.

9. INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT
CONTRACTOR shall have a security management structure in place for the protection of information in its broadest sense to cover access to information, protection of information against intrusion and damage to ensure the business continuity and minimise business damage.
CONTRACTOR policy therefore is to:
· Identify and comply with the concepts of Information Security Management contained in BS 7799.
· Protect sensitive information (including that of CONTRACTOR, Company and other third parties) from unauthorised disclosure or intelligible interception.
· Safeguard the accuracy and completeness of information whatever its form.
· Ensure that information and vital services are available to authorised users when required.
