가수이자 컬럼리스트이며 과학소설 작가이기도 한,
Janis Ian의 1979년 발표한 곡
 'The Other Side Of The Sun' 입니다.
 
 여성 포크 싱어 송라이터 Janis Ian은 
 1951년 4월 7일 Janis Eddy Fink란 본명으로
미국의 뉴욕에서 태어났다.

1967년 16살의 나이에 사회성있는 가사를 담은
"Society Child"라는 곡이 담긴 데뷔앨범
 'Janis Ian'으로 팝계에 등장한 그녀는 
 
 지금까지도 꾸준하게 작품활동을 해오고 있어
전세계 많은 음악팬들로부터 
진정한 뮤지션으로 존경받고 있다.
