* Pour bitters into cocktail glass and swirl around until it is entirely coated with bitters. Fill with gin. This drink should be served at room temperature.

Gin & Bitters
2-3 oz (6 Tbsp) gin
3 dashes Angostura bitters
* Put bitters into a cocktail glass and swirl the bitters to coat the inside of the glass. Shake out any excess and add the gin.
Variation: ice ic not usually used in this drink but can be added if desired. Chilled gin can be used.
