제1장.上經(상경) 21訓(훈) 157事(사) 제1 강령 誠(성).....정성.....第1事(제1事) 제4체 不息(불식)...... 쉬지 않음.......第29事 제30용 放運(방운)......움직임을 널리 폄......第35事 Section 30 : Bang - un(放運,방운)... Broadly Rodiating and operating... Item 35.   Bang(放,방)  means to broadly extend one′s sincere intent,  and Un(運,운) Means to actively mobilize one′s sincere power.   If one never rests in broadly extending their sincere intent,  it is like a brilliant moon coming vividly to life in the pitch - black night.  If one mobilizes their sincere power without a single moment of resst,  it is equivalent to being able to lift 300,000 geun(an immense weight) with one′s bare hands.  Hdwever, if that sincere intent wavers or if that sincere power fluctuates in strength,  it becomes impossible to clearly manigest its ultimate achievement. [ Orlginal Classical Text]   ■ 放은 放誠意也요 運은 運誠力也야 (방은 방서의야요 운은 운성력야야)      Bang is broadcasting sincere intent, and Unis mobilizing sincere power.   ■ 放誠意而不息則黑夜에 生明月하고 (방성의이불식즉흑야에 생명월하고)      If you extend sincere intent without ceasing,       a bright moon arises in the pitch-black night.   ■ 運誠力而不息則隻手로 擧萬鈞이라 (운성력이불식즉척수로 거만균이라)     If you mobilize sincere power without ceasing,     you can lift ten thousand gyun(an immense weight) with both hands.   ■ 雖誠有然이라도 其或誠意浮沈하고 誠力柔强이면 不能識其果하니라.      (수성유연이라도 기혹성의부침하고   성력유강이면   불능식기과하니라.)     Even if sincerity is present, if the intent fluctuates up and down,     or if the power shifts between weak and strong,     its ultimate fruit  cannot be fully gathered.  [Philosophical Commentary]     Sincerity serves as the absolute center of everything for a human being.    It is the eye of the typhoon and the North Star of the heavens.    It is the fundamental core that shares its focus with the center of the universe and all creation.    Just as the North Star has never rested for a single moment in guiding the stars since    the dawn of heaven and earth, human sincerity must be exactly the same.    If sin cerity ever pauses, it becomes like a dying typhoon ― a self ― destruction     of the very meaning and purpose that a human being possesses.   『 Bang(放,방)  means to widely broadcast one′s sincere intent,      and Un(運,운) Means to dynamically mobilize one′s sincere power.      If you continuously extend your sincere intent without ever pausing,     it is like a radiant full moon suddenly illuminating the pitch-black night.     If you exert your sincere power without ceasing, it grants you immense strength,     as if you could lift an astronomical weight with your bare hands.     However, should your sincere intent waver or your power fluctuate unevenly,     it will be impossible to solidify and witness the true fruits of your achievements.    [Commentary]     Sincerity is the ultimate center of human existence.     It acts as the eye of a typhoon and the North Star of the cosmos.     It is the primal core that aligns perfectly with the center of all creation,     Just as the North Star has never rested for a single second in governing      the stars since the beginning of time,     human sincerity must remain equally perpetual.     If your sincerity pauses, it becomes like a dissipating typhoon ― effectively     extinguishing the intrinsic meaning and value of your own existence."
