Script. Philippians 4 : 10 ~ 13 ---------------------------------------------------------- Global Harmony English service

I can, you can, we all can do it.

Some people declare that life is bed of roses and some says life is full of thorns & thistles. Friends, life, what is given us by God. We’ve to live it with all of it’s worth. One thing we must memorize that our Creator never leave us nor forsake us. He gave us strength to handle or overcome every situation.

1st. Corinthians 10 : 13

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not

let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted,

He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

Brothers & sisters, today in the scripture Apostle Paul was having hard time in 4 years prison.

Apostle Paul never complain or grumble. But he just gave thanks and said he can overcome. He can face all situations. Conclusion is if Apostle Paul gave thanks God in prison, in suffering why we can’t?

Philippians 4 : 13 ~~~~ I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.

Friends, I can, you can, we all can overcome every kind of situation cause God is with us and in us.

Matthew 17 : 20

He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small

as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’

and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

Let’s see few Biblical examples and compare ourselves with them and learn a lesson for our lives.

1. Moses overcame, cause God was with him.

Friends, when God revealed Himself to Moses in burning bush & commanded him to go Pharaoh. Moses straightway refused & made excuse not go to face Pharaoh & lead Israelites towards promised land. But God compel & forced Moses to go. Moses led Israelites towards promised land successfully cause God was with him. God is with us. We can do impossible things cause God is with us too.

Exodus 4 : 10 ~ 12

Moses said to the Lord, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.” The Lord said to him, “Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the Lord? Now go; I will help you speak & will teach you what to say.”

Finally, Moses led Israelites to the promised land but because of unavoidable circumstances Moses

was unable to entered the promise land but God Showed him all the promised land very clearly.

Brothers and sisters, if Moses who was slow in speech overcome. Why you and I can’t?

John 15 : 7

If you remain in Me & my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, & it will be done for you.

2. David overcame Goliath cause God was with him.

King Saul, who was tall and with good physique afraid of Goliath and not only that, elder brothers of David were also in Israelite army. They were brave and young, energetic. They felt fear to face Goliath. All soldiers of Israelite army were shivering & hiding themselves from Goliath. Goliath challenged anyone come and fight with him, if Israelite won. All Philistine will become slaves, If he won, Israelites become salves. Goliath defile God of Israelites & used all bad words for God & Israelites. David showed courage. David accepted challenge of Goliath & fought bravely & killed Goliath with just sling & stone.

David defeated and killed Goliath cause David trust in God. David believe that God is with him always.

1st. Samuel 17 : 45 & 49 & 51

David said to the Philistine, “You come against me with sword and spear & javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.

Reaching into his bag and taking out a stone, he slung it and struck the Philistine on the forehead. The stone sank into his forehead, and he fell face down on the ground.

David ran and stood over him. He took hold of the Philistine’s sword and drew

it from the sheath. After he killed him, he cut off his head with the sword.

David was just young shepherd boy. David killed strong, energetic skilled champion Goliath with faith.

Brothers & sisters let’s be the David of this age and kill Goliath. Goliath of disbelief, pains & sufferings

1st. Peter 5 : 6 ~ 7

Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that He may lift

you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.

3. Daniel and his 3 friends overcame kings plot.

King Nebuchadnezzar, forged and idol of gold and commanded that everyone should bow down before the idol to worship but 3 friends of Daniel Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego didn’t bow down. In result they were thrown in furnace of fire. The people who threw them. They were burned but 3 friends were safe and sound in furnace of fire. Not only that Daniel was thrown into den of lions but lions did not hurt Daniel. It was just because, they have faith in God & God of Israel saved them all.

Daniel 3 : 28

Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent His angel and rescued His servants! They trusted in Him and defied the king’s command & were

willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.

Daniel 6 : 22

My God sent His angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because

I was found innocent in His sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, Your Majesty.

God, who saved Daniel from lions & God who saved Daniel’s 3 friends from fire will save us too.

Isaiah 59 : 1 ~ Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor His ear too dull to hear.

Conclusion :-

Storms come in the life of eagle, not drop him on the ground but storms cause eagles to fly high. Maybe there are financial storms, maybe there joblessness storms, maybe storms of sickness in our lives. Always remember God is with us. God never leave us nor forsake. We can defeat every storm.

1st. Kings 8 : 57

May the Lord our God be with us as He was with our ancestors; may He never leave us nor forsake us.

Joshua 1 : 9

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do

not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

If, Moses can do. If, David can do. If Daniel & his 3 friends can do. Why we can’t? we can do in Jesus.

1st. Chronicles 17 : 26 ~ 27

You, Lord, are God! You have promised these good things to your servant. Now you have

been pleased to bless the house of your servant, that it may continue forever in

your sight; for you, Lord, have blessed it, and it will be blessed forever.”

Brothers & sister, don’t say it is difficult, impossible or I can’t. We can do all impossible things in Jesus.

할 수 있다 --- 하면 되다 --- 해보자. ♠♠♠ I can do it --- it can be done --- Let’s do it.

Philippians 4 : 13 ~~~~ I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.

나도, 당신도, 우리는 할 수 있습니다

어떤 사람들은 삶이 장미꽃 밭이라 하고 어떤 사람들은 삶이 가시와 엉겅퀴로 가득 차있다고 말합니다.

하나님께서 우리에게 주신 삶은 가치있게 살아야 합니다. 우리가 기억해야 할 한 가지는 우리

창조주는 우리를 떠나지도 버리지도 않으신다는 것입니다. 그분은 우리에게

모든 상황을 처리하고 극복할 수 있는 힘을 주십니다.

고린도전서 10 : 13

사람이 감당할 시험밖에는 너희가 당한 것이 없나니 오직 하나님은 미쁘사 너희가 감당하지 못할 시험 당함을 허락하지 아니하시고 시험 당할 즈음에 또한 피할 길을 내사 너희로 능히 감당하게 하시느니라.

형제자매 여러분, 오늘 본문 말씀에서 사도 바울은 감옥에서 4년 동안 힘든 시간을 보내고 있었습니다. 사도 바울은 불평하거나 투덜대지 않았습니다. 오직 감사했고 모든 상황을 이길 수 있고 맞설 수 있다고 말했습니다. 사도 바울이 감옥에서, 고난 중에 하나님께 감사했다면 우리는 왜 할 수 없습니까?

빌립보서 4 : 13 ~~~~~ 내게 능력 주시는 자 안에서 내가 모든 것을 할 수 있느니라

저도 할 수 있고 여러분도 할 수 있고 우리 모두 어떤 상황에서도 이길 수 있습니다.

하나님께서 우리와 함께 하시고 우리 안에 계시기 때문입니다.

마태복음 17 : 20

이르시되 너희 믿음이 작은 까닭이니라 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 만일 너희에게 믿음이 겨자씨 한

알 만큼만 있어도 이 산을 명하여 여기서 저기로 옮겨지라 하면 옮겨질 것이요 또 못할 것이 없으리라.

몇몇 성경의 예를 보면서 그들과 우리자신을 비교해보고 우리 삶을 위한 교훈을 배워봅시다.

1. 하나님께서 함께 하셨기 때문에 모세는 이겼습니다.

하나님께서 불타는 덤불속에서 모세에게 나타나셔서 바로에게 가라고 명령하셨습니다. 모세는 곧바로 거절하며 이스라엘백성을 약속의 땅으로 인도하기 위해 바로를 만나러 가지 않겠다는 변명을 했습니다. 하지만 하나님은 모세에게 가라고 강요하셨습니다. 하나님께서 모세와 함께 하셨기 때문에 그는 이스라엘 백성을 약속의 땅으로 성공적으로 인도했습니다. 하나님은 우리와 함께 하십니다. 하나님께서 우리와 함께 하시기 때문에 우리는 불가능한 일을 할 수 있습니다.

출애굽기 4 : 10 ~ 12

모세가 여호와께 아뢰되 오 주여 나는 본래 말을 잘 하지 못하는 자니이다 주께서 주의 종에게 명령하신 후에도 역시 그러하니 나는 입이 뻣뻣하고 혀가 둔한 자니이다 여호와께서 그에게 이르시되 누가 사람의 입을 지었느냐 누가 말 못하는 자나 못 듣는 자나 눈 밝은 자나 맹인이 되게 하였느냐 하 여호와가 아니냐 이제 가라 내가 네 입과 함께 있어서 할 말을 가르치리라.

마침내 모세는 이스라엘 백성을 약속의 땅으로 인도했지만 어쩔수 없는 상황 때문에 모세는 약속의 땅에 들어갈 수 없었습니다. 하지만 하나님은 그에게 약속의 땅을 매우 분명하게 보여주셨습니다.

형제자매 여러분, 말이 둔한 모세가 이길 수 있었다면 여러분과 저는 왜 할 수 없습니까?

요한복음 15 : 7

너희가 내 안에 거하고 내 말이 너희 안에 거하면 무엇이든지 원하는 대로 구하라 그리하면 이루리라.

2. 하나님께서 함께 하셨기 때문에 다윗은 골리앗을 이겼습니다.

키가 크고 훌륭한 외모를 가진 사울 왕은 골리앗을 두려워했고 그뿐 아니라 이스라엘 군대 안에 있었던 다윗의 형들도 용감하고 젊고 힘이 있었지만 골리앗을 대면하는 것이 두려웠습니다. 이스라엘 군대의 모든 군사들은 떨며 골리앗으로부터 숨었습니다. 골리앗은 이스라엘이 이긴다면 모든 블레셋 사람들이 노예가 될 것이고 그가 이긴다면 이스라엘 사람들이 노예가 될 것이라며 누군가 나와서 싸우자고 도전했습니다. 골리앗은 이스라엘의 하나님을 모독했고 하나님과 이스라엘 백성에 대하여 악한 말을 했습니다. 다윗은 용기를 보였습니다. 다윗은 골리앗의 도전을 받아들여 용감하게 싸웠고 단지 물매와 돌로 골리앗을 죽였습니다. 다윗은 하나님을 신뢰했기 때문에 그는 이겼고 골리앗을 죽였습니다.

다윗은 하나님께서 항상 그와 함께 하심을 믿었습니다.

사무엘상 17 : 45, 49, 51

45. 다윗이 블레셋 사람에게 이르되 너는 칼과 창과 단창으로 내게 나아오거니와 나는 만군의 여호와의 이름 곧 네가 모욕하는 이스라엘 군대의 하나님의 이름으로 네게 나아가노라. 49. 손을 주머니에 넣어 돌을 가지고 물매로 던져 블레셋 사람의 이마를 치매 돌이 그의 이마에 박히니 땅에 엎드러지니라.

다윗이 달려가서 블레셋 사람을 밟고 그의 칼을 그 칼집에서 빼내어 그 칼로 그를 죽이고 그의 머리를 베니 블레셋 사람들이 자기 용사의 죽음을 보고 도망하는지라.

다윗은 단지 어린 목동이었습니다. 다윗은 강하고 힘세고 숙련된 용사 골리앗을 믿음으로 죽였습니다.

형제자매 여러분, 이 시대의 다윗이 되어 골리앗을 죽입시다. 불신, 고통, 고난의 골리앗 말입니다.

베드로전서 5 : 6 ~ 7 --- 그러므로 하나님의 능하신 손 아래에서 겸손하라 때가 되면 너희를

높이시리라 너희 염려를 다 주께 맡기라 이는 그가 너희를 돌보심이라.

3. 다니엘과 세 친구는 왕의 계략을 이겼습니다.

느부갓네살 왕은 금 신상을 만들어 모든 사람이 그 우상 앞에 엎드려 경배해야 한다고 명령했으나 다니엘의 세 친구인 사드락, 메삭, 아벳느고는 절하지 않았습니다. 그 결과 그들은 풀무 불에 던져졌습니다. 그들을 던진 사람들은 불탔으나 세 친구는 안전했고풀무불 속에서 소리를 냈습니다. 그뿐 아니라 다니엘은 사자 굴에 던져졌으나 사자가 다니엘을 해치지 않았습니다. 이것은 오직 그들이 하나님을 믿었기 때문이며 이스라엘의 하나님께서 그들 모두를 구하셨습니다.

다니엘 3 : 28

느부갓네살이 말하여 이르되 사드락과 메삭과 아벳느고의 하나님을 찬송할지로다 그가 그의 천사를 보내사 자기를 의뢰하고 그들의 몸을 바쳐 왕의 명령을 거역하고 그 하나님 밖에는 다른 신을 섬기지 아니하며 그에게 절하지 아니한 종들을 구원하셨도다.

다니엘 6 : 22

나의 하나님이 이미 그의 천사를 보내어 사자들의 입을 봉하셨으므로 사자들이 나를 상해하지 못하였사오니 이는 나의 무죄함이 그 앞에 명백함이오며 또 왕이여 나는 왕에게도 해를 끼치지 아니하였나이다 하니라.

사자 굴에서 다니엘을 구하신 하나님, 불 속에서 다니엘의 세

친구를 구하신 하나님이 우리도 역시 구하실 것입니다.

이사야 59 : 1 ~~~ 여호와의 손이 짧아 구원하지 못하심도 아니요 귀가 둔하여 듣지 못하심도 아니라.

결론 : -

독수리의 삶에 찾아오는 폭풍우는 독수리를 높이 날게 하기 때문에 독수리를 땅에 떨어뜨리지 못합니다. 아마도 우리 삶에 재정적 폭풍, 실업의 폭풍, 질병의 폭풍이 있을 것입니다. 하나님이 우리와 함께 하심을 항상 기억하십시오. 하나님은 우리를 떠나지도 버리지도 않으십니다. 우리는 모든 폭풍을 이길 수 있습니다.

열왕기상 8 : 57

우리 하나님 여호와께서 우리 조상들과 함께 계시던 것 같이

우리와 함께 계시옵고 우리를 떠나지 마시오며 버리지 마시옵고.

여호수아 1 : 9 ---- 내가 네게 명령한 것이 아니냐 강하고 담대하라 두려워하지 말며 놀라지

말라 네가 어디로 가든지 네 하나님 여호와가 너와 함께 하느니라 하시니라.

모세가 할 수 있다면, 다윗이 할 수 있다면, 다니엘과 세 친구가

할 수 있다면 우리는 왜 안됩니까? 우리는 예수 안에서 할 수 있습니다.

역대상 17 : 26 ~ 27

여호와여 오직 주는 하나님이시라 주께서 이 좋은 것으로 주의 종에게 허락하시고 이제 주께서 종의 왕조에 복을 주사 주 앞에 영원히 두시기를 기뻐하시나이다 여호와여 주께서 복을 주셨사오니 이 복을 영원히 누리리이다 하니라.

형제자매 여러분, 어렵다, 불가능하다, 할 수 없다고 말하지 마십시오. 우리는

예수 안에서 모든 불가능한 일을 할 수 있습니다. 할 수 있다 -- 하면 된다 -- 해 보자
