l Performing customer needs assessments and solution finding sessions.
l Reviewing customer operations for improving business process opportunities.
l Defining the best company products to address requirements of prospect business.
l Designing and delivering products to presentations based on the necessities and competitive sales condition.
l Requesting and coordinating resources required to support sales department.
l Providing responses for product and technical requests.
l Participating at conferences, tradeshows and other events as required by Sales Management and Product Marketing.
l Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the company products, function, features and benefits.
l Developing and maintaining business and client contact information as these related to product development.
l Getting associated with user groups, industry groups, etc.
l Improving product specification layout and details according to the distinguishing features of company products.
l Providing specifications and quotes to prospective clients.
l Reviewing and enhancing product manuals. |
