The Word of is like!

Let me ask you a question. How many of us including me meditate the Holy Bible? And what it teach us?

Holy Bible teach us from the beginning to the end. Holy Bible teach us that God loves us. (Hymn 411)

John 3 : 16

For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son,

that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Friends, if we want to know more about our Creator. We’ve to read the Holy Bible as much we can.

Revelation 1 : 3

Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are

those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.

Bible is divided in 2 parts. Old & New. There are 1189 chapters, 23,214 verses & 773,692 words. Old Testament Before the birth of Jesus & New Testament after the birth of Jesus Christ. Today, I want to let you know about the Word of God or Holy Bible. Read it everyday and live according to it to be blessed.

1. Word of God is like a fire & hammer.

Jeremiah 23 : 29

“Is not My word like fire,” declares the Lord, “and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?

Dear brothers & sisters, when Israelites were in slavery of king Pharaoh in Egypt. God revealed Himself to Moses in burning bush. God commanded to Moses lead the Israelites towards promised land.

Exodus 3 : 3 ~ 4

So Moses thought, “I will go over and see this strange sight why the bush does not burn up.” When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, “Moses! Moses!”

In New Testament when 120 people gathered & pray in Marks upper room. Holy Spirit revealed in Fire.

Acts 3 : 3 ~ 4

They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

2. Word of God is like a mirror.

Friends, if we give the best Make Up kit to women & if we do not give them mirror. I am sure all the make up kit is useless for them. If we do not compare ourselves or if we do not examine our lives through or with the Word of God. Our all life span is useless. Word of God is a like mirror.

James 1 : 23 ~ 24

Anyone who listens to the Word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.

Friends, to have the mirror isn’t enough. We’ve to use the mirror. Remove all the spots from our face. To have Holy Bible in homes & in phones isn’t enough. read it and live according to it to be blessed.

Read the Word of God daily, & remove all the spots from our lives by living according to it. Amen

Joshua 1 : 8

Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you

may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

3. Word of God is like a seed.

Dear friends, Lord Jesus Christ taught His followers and Jesus taught that Word God is like seed.

Luke 8 : 11 ~~~ This is the meaning of the parable: The seed is the word of God.

If we want that Word of God work in our lives & we provide fruit. We’ve to prepare the soil of our heart.

Jesus told the meaning of parable. Farmer scatter the seed ❶ Along the path. ❷ Seed on rocky ground.

❸ Seed among thistles & thorns. ❹ Seed on good soil. Friends, we’ve to prepare our heart & listen.

Luke 8 : 15

But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart,

who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.

Not only read & listen. We’ve to live according to Word of God & provide fruit 30, 60, 100 times.

4. Word of God is like a water.

Scientist research that without food we can live 21 days but without water we can only live 3 days. Human body contain on water 60 %. Friends, Apostle Paul declares that Word of God is like water.

Ephesians 5 : 25 ~ 26

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for

her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the Word,

Everyday consciously or un-consciously we made lots of mistake or sins. Everyday we’ve to repent and cleanse ourselves with pure water of Word of God. Read the Word of God. Wash and cleanse our inner. We’ve know that Word of God is a Navigation for our lives. Word of God shows us exact way of life. Without reading the Word of God & following the Word of God we can’t reach to our destiny.

5. Word of God is like a lamp or light.

Dear friends, Devil throw us into the darkness of sin and death. Devil brought darkness into world.

Ephesians 5 : 11 ~ Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them;

Brothers & sisters, God brought us into light through His Word. God saved us through His Son Jesus.

Psalms 119 : 105 ~~~~ Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.

John 8 : 12

When Jesus spoke again to the people, He said, “I am the light of the world.

Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

6. Word of God is like rain.

God told us through His prophet Isaiah that His Words are like rains. Rain quench the thirst of earth.

Isaiah 55 : 10 ~ 11

As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,

so is My Word that goes out from My mouth: It will not return to Me empty, but will

accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

7. Word of God is like an armor.

With our own strength we can’t defeat Devil. We need Armor to protect ourselves. Word of God is Armor.

Ephesians 6 : 17

Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

Read the Word of God everyday. Protect ourselves, cover ourselves with the Armor or Word of God.

Conclusion:-

To have Holy Bible in phones or in homes isn’t enough. Read it & live according to it. Once our late senior pastor told us that Holy Bible in book shelf is just book but when we read & live according to it. It become book of life. Friends, let’s make a promise with ourselves. Read it & live according to it.

It’s fire, it’s hammer, it’s a mirror, it’s seed, it’s pure water, it’s light, it’s rain and armor to defeat Devil.

John 1 : 1 ~ 3

In the beginning was the Word & the Word was with God, & the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made without Him nothing was made that has been made.

말씀은 -- 같습니다

질문하겠습니다. 저를 포함해서 우리 중에서 성경을 몇 명이나 묵상합니까? 성경이 우리에게 가르치는 것은 무엇입니까? 성경은 처음부터 끝까지 가르칩니다. 성경은 하나님이 우리를 사랑하심을 가르칩니다. (찬송가411)

요한복음 3 : 16

하나님이 세상을 이처럼 사랑하사 독생자를 주셨으니 이는

그를 믿는 자마다 멸망하지 않고 영생을 얻게 하려 하심이라.

우리 창조주에 대해 더 알고자 한다면 가능한 많이 성경을 읽어야 합니다.

요한계시록 1 : 3

이 예언의 말씀을 읽는 자와 듣는 자와 그 가운데에 기록한 것을 지키는 자는 복이 있나니 때가 가까움이라

성경은 두 부분으로 나누어져 있습니다. 신약과 구약입니다. 1189장, 23214절과 773692단어가 있습니다.

예수 탄생 전의 구약성경과 예수 그리스도 탄생 후의 신약입니다. 오늘, 저는 여러분에게 하나님 말씀 즉 성경에 대해 알려드리고자 합니다. 축복 받으려면 날마다 읽고 그대로 사십시오.

1. 하나님 말씀은 불과 방망이 같습니다.

예레미야 23 : 29

여호와의 말씀이니라 내 말이 불 같지 아니하냐 바위를 쳐서 부르러뜨리는 방망이 같지 아니하냐.

형제자매 여러분, 이스라엘 백성이 애굽에서 바로 왕의 노예였을 때에 하나님께서 타는 떨기나무 속에서 모세에게 나타나셨습니다. 하나님은 이스라엘 백성을 약속의 땅으로 인도하라고 모세에게 명령하셨습니다.

출애굽기 3 : 3 ~ 4

이에 모세가 이르되 내가 돌이켜 가서 이 큰 광경을 보리라 떨기나무가 어찌하여 타지 아니하는고 하니 그 때에 여호와께서 그가 보려고 돌이켜 오는 것을 보신지라 하나님이 떨기나무 가운데서 그를 불러 이르시되 모세야 모세야 하시매 그가 이르되 내가 여기 있나이다.

신약성경에서 120명이 마가의 다락방에 모여 기도하고 있을 때 성령이 불로 나타나셨습니다.

사도행전 2 : 3 ~ 4

마치 불의 혀처럼 갈라지는 것들이 그들에게 보여 각 사람 위에 하나씩 임하여 있더니 그들이

다 성령의 충만함을 받고 성령이 말하게 하심을 따라 다른 언어들로 말하기를 시작하니라.

2. 하나님 말씀은 거울과 같습니다.

여성에게 최고의 화장도구를 줄 때 거울을 주지 않는다면 그 모든 화장도구는 틀림없이 쓸모없을 것입니다. 하나님 말씀으로 우리를 대조하지 않거나 우리자신을 점검하지 않는다면 우리 모든 삶의 기간은 쓸모없습니다. 하나님의 말씀은 거울과 같습니다.

야고보서 1 : 23 ~ 24

누구든지 말씀을 듣고 행하지 아니하면 그는 거울로 자기의 생긴 얼굴을 보는

사람과 같아서 제 자신을 보고 가서 그 모습이 어떠했는지를 곧 잊어버리거니와.

거울을 갖는 것으로 충분하지 않습니다. 우리는 거울을 사용해야 합니다. 얼굴에서 모든 얼룩을 제거하십시오. 집과 폰에 성경을 갖고 있는 것으로 충분치 않습니다. 축복 받으려면 읽고 그대로 사십시오.

날마다 하나님 말씀을 읽고 그대로 살면서 우리 삶의 모든 얼룩을 제거하십시오. 아멘.

여호수아 1 : 8

이 율법책을 네 입에서 떠나지 말게 하며 주야로 그것을 묵상하여 그 안에 기록된

대로 다 지켜 행하라 그리하면 네 길이 평탄하게 될 것이며 네가 형통하리라.

3. 하나님 말씀은 씨와 같습니다.

주 예수 그리스도는 하나님 말씀이 씨와 같다고 제자들에게 가르치셨습니다.

누가복음 8 : 11 ~~~ 이 비유는 이러하니라 씨는 하나님의 말씀이요

하나님 말씀이 우리 삶에 작동하고 열매 맺기를 원한다면 우리 마음에 땅을 준비해야 합니다.

예수님은 비유의 의미를 말씀하셨습니다. 농부가 ❶ 길 가에 ❷ 돌 밭에 ❸ 엉겅퀴와 가시 사이에

❹ 좋은 땅에 씨를 뿌립니다. 우리는 마음을 준비하고 들어야 합니다.

누가복음 8:15 ~ 좋은 땅에 있다는 것은 착하고 좋은 마음으로 말씀을 듣고 지키어 인내로 결실하는 자니라.

읽고 들을 뿐 아니라 하나님 말씀대로 살고 30, 60, 100배 열매를 맺어야 합니다.

4. 하나님 말씀은 물과 같습니다.

우리는 음식을 먹지 않고 21일 살 수 있고 물 없이는 단지 3일 살 수 있다는 것을 과학자들이 연구했습니다. 인간의 몸은 60%의 물을 함유하고 있습니다. 사도 바울은 하나님 말씀이 물과 같다고 했습니다.

에베소서 5 : 25 ~ 26

남편들아 아내 사랑하기를 그리스도께서 교회를 사랑하시고 그 교회를 위하여

주심 같이 하라 이는 곧 물로 씻어 말씀으로 깨끗하게 하사 거룩하게 하시고.

의식적으로나 무의식적으로 우리는 날마다 수많은 잘못과 죄를 짓습니다. 날마다 회개하고 깨끗한 물 즉 하나님 말씀으로 씻어야 합니다. 하나님 말씀을 읽으십시오. 우리 내면을 씻어 깨끗하게 하십시오. 하나님 말씀이 우리 삶의 내비게이션임을 알아야 합니다. 하나님 말씀은 인생의 정확한 길을 보여줍니다.

하나님 말씀을 읽지 않고 하나님 말씀을 따르지 않으면 목적지에 도달할 수 없습니다.

5. 하나님 말씀은 등과 빛 같습니다.

마귀는 우리를 죄와 죽음의 어둠 속으로 던집니다. 마귀는 세상에 어둠을 가져왔습니다.

에베소서 5 : 11 ~~~ 너희는 열매 없는 어둠의 일에 참여하지 말고 도리어 책망하라.

형제자매 여러분, 하나님은 말씀을 통하여 우리를 빛으로 데려가십니다.

하나님은 그분의 아들 예수를 통해 우리를 구원하셨습니다.

시편 119 : 105 ~~~ 주의 말씀은 내 발에 등이요 내 길에 빛이니이다

요한복음 8 : 12

예수께서 또 말씀하여 이르시되 나는 세상의 빛이니 나를

따르는 자는 어둠에 다니지 아니하고 생명의 빛을 얻으리라.

6. 하나님 말씀은 비와 같습니다.

하나님 말씀은 비와 같다고 하나님께서 선지자 이사야를

통하여 말씀하셨습니다. 비는 땅의 갈증을 풀어줍니다.

이사야 55 : 10 ~ 11

이는 비와 눈이 하늘로부터 내려서 그리로 되돌아가지 아니하고 땅을 적셔서 소출이 나게 하며 싹이 나게 하여 파종하는 자에게는 종자를 주며 먹는 자에게는 양식을 줌과 같이 내 입에서 나가는 말도 이와 같이 헛되이 내게로 되돌아오지 아니하고 나의 기뻐하는 뜻을 이루며 내가 보낸 일에 형통함이니라.

7. 하나님 말씀은 갑옷과 같습니다.

우리의 힘으로는 마귀를 이길 수 없습니다. 우리자신을

지키기 위해 갑옷이 필요합니다. 하나님 말씀이 갑옷입니다.

에베소서 6 : 17 ~~~ 구원의 투구와 성령의 검 곧 하나님의 말씀을 가지라.

날마다 하나님 말씀을 읽으십시오. 갑옷 즉 하나님 말씀으로 우리를 지키고 덮으십시오.

결론 :-

폰이나 집에 성경을 갖고 있는 것이 다가 아닙니다. 읽고 그대로 사십시오. 이전 담임 목사님이 책장에 있는 성경은 단지 책이지만 우리가 읽고 그대로 살 때 생명의 책이 된다고 말씀하셨습니다. 우리자신과 약속합니다. 성경을 읽고 그대로 사십시오. 성경은 불이고, 방망이고, 거울이고, 씨이며, 깨끗한 물이고, 빛이고, 비이며, 마귀를 이기는 갑옷입니다.

요한복음 1 : 1 ~ 3

태초에 말씀이 계시니라 이 말씀이 하나님과 함께 계셨으니 이 말씀은 곧 하나님이시니라 그가 태초에 하나님과 함께 계셨고 만물이 그로 말미암아 지은 바 되었으니 지은 것이 하나도 그가 없이는 된 것이 없느니라.
