We at Nexus International School understand that there can be circumstances which will force a parent to withdraw their child from our school. Below are the terms of our Withdrawal & Refund Policy.  넥서스 국제학교에서는 학부모가 자녀를 학교에서 퇴학시킬 수 있는 상황이 발생할 수 있다는 점을 이해하고 있습니다. 아래는 출금 및 환불 정책의 조건입니다.

• A parent may withdraw the child from the School by giving the School ONE (1) full academic term’s notice, failing which the fee deposit SHALL be forfeited. The said notice shall set out the date of such withdrawal (‘Withdrawal Date’), failing which the same shall be deemed as insufficient notice. Please note that the notice of withdrawal must straddle ONE (1) FULL ACADEMIC TERM. In amplification hereof the following illustrations of what constitute insufficient notice: 학부모는 학교 1(1)에 학기말 통지서를 제출하여 학교에서 자녀를 퇴학시킬 수 있으며, 이를 제출하지 못하면 수수료 보증금이 몰수된다.   해당 통지서에는 해당 퇴학 날짜 ('퇴학 날짜')가 명시되어야 하며, 이를 제출하지 않으면 불충분한 통지로 간주된다.  퇴학 통지서는 반드시 1(1) 학기말 전체에 걸쳐야 한다는 점에 유의하시기 바란다.  여기서 불충분한 통지서를 구성하는 다음 예시를 자세히 설명하겠다.  
  • If it is intended that the child will leave the School at the end of an academic term, notice of withdrawal must be received by the School not later than the end of the first day of the same academic term, failing which the deposit shall be forfeited. 학기가 끝날 때 아이가 학교를 떠날 의도가 있는 경우, 같은 학기 첫날까지 학교에 철회 통지를 받아야 하며, 이를 받지 못하면 보증금이 몰수 된다.   
  • If the child is withdrawn from the School prior to the Withdrawal Date. 아이가 퇴학일 이전에 학교에서 퇴학당한 경우.  
  • If the notice of withdrawal does not set out the Withdrawal Date. 철수 통지서에 철회 날짜가 명시되어 있지 않은 경우.   
• Provisional or conditional notice of withdrawal is not accepted. If the child is not withdrawn from the School on the Withdrawal Date, a fresh notice of withdrawal of not less than ONE (1) full academic term must be received by the School. The provisions of this clause 10 will apply in the case of prolonged absence of the child from the School. 잠정적 또는 조건부 철회 통지는 허용되지 않는다.  만약 아이가 철회일에 학교에서 철회되지 않는다면, 학교는 적어도 하나의 (1) 전체 학기에 대한 새로운 철회 통지를 받아야 한다.  이 조항 제10조의 규정은 아이가 학교에 장기간 결석하는 경우에 적용된다.   
• All deposits paid under no circumstances be treated as payment of tuition fees or any part thereof and any other payments required to be paid and may not be used to set-off any amount due an payable by the parent. The parent shall pay such additional monies as are necessary to top up the deposit to maintain its equivalence to one term’s tuition fee on or before the commencement of the relevant academic term. 어떠한 경우에도 납부하는 모든 보증금은 수업료 또는 그 일부와 기타 납부가 필요한 것으로 간주되며, 부모가 납부해야 할 금액을 상계하는데 사용할 수 없다.   부모는 해당 학기가 시작되기 전 또는 그 이전에 한 학기의 수업료와 동등한 수준을 유지하기 위해 보증금을 보충하는데 필요한 추가 금액을 납부해야 한다. 
• All monies refundable under the conditions hereof shall be refunded free of interest and must be claimed by the parent within one (1) year from the date the child ceases to be a student of the School, failing which the parent consents and confirm‎s that the School shall immediately and is hereby duly authorised to transfer the said monies into the School Improvement Fund, whereupon the parent shall have no claim in respect of such monies whatsoever. The School shall be entitled to utilise such monies in the School Improvement Fund as the School deems fit. 본 조건에 따라 환불 가능한 모든 금액은 무이자로 환불되며, 자녀가 학교의 학생이 되지 않은 날로부터 1년 이내에 부모가 청구해야 한다.    그러나 부모는 이를 즉시 동의하고 확인하여 학교가 해당 금액을 학교 개선 기금으로 이체할 수 있는 권한을 가지며 따라서 부모는 해당 금액에 대해 어떠한 청구도 할 수 없다.  학교는 학교가 적절하다고 판단하는 경우 학교 개선 기금에서 이러한 금액을 사용할 권리가 있다. 
• Where a child has been withdrawn from the School and applies for re-admission, no registration fee will be payable if the child is re-admitted (subject to availability of place) with three (3) academic terms from the date the child left the School, the Application Fee, re-entry fee, tuition fee, deposit and other fees payable, all at then prevailing rate, are required to be paid prior to such re-admission. 아이가 학교에서 퇴학하고 재입학을 신청하는 겨우, 학교를 떠난 날부터 세 번의 학업 기간을 포함하여 재입학할 경우 (장소에 따라 가능) 등록비는 지금되지 않는다.   신청비, 재입학비, 등록금, 보증금 및 기타 수수료는 재입학 전에 납부해야 한다. 
• The School may require at any time the withdrawal of a child from the School for any reason at the discretion of the Head of School. Reasons may include matters related to the child’s inability to participate in or benefit fully from the School’s curriculum or if there is a breach by the parent or the child of any matters or things set out herein. 학교는 언제든지 학교장의 재량에 따라 어떤 이유로든 학교에서 아동을 퇴학시킬 것을 요구할 수 있다.  그 이유로는 아동이 학교의 교육과정에 전적으로 참여하거나 혜택을 받을 수 없거나 부모 또는 아동이 여기에 명시된 사항이나 사항을 위반한 경우와 관련된 사항이 포함될 수 있다.
