Kiwa summary of the most important differences between the LVD directive of 2006 and the current directive of 2014

The new directive is effective for new products placed on the market after 20 April 2016

16년 4월20일 이후 유럽시장 제품에 대해서 적용 할 것

(no transition period, 16년 4월 19일까지는 반드시 2006/95/EC 적용)

Excluded from LVD: Custom built eval‎uation kits destined for professionals to be used solely at research and development facilities for such purposes.

• LVD에서 제외되는 제품: 주문자 생산이고 R&D 사업장에서 단독으로 사용되는 전문가용 평가 키트

• In accordance with Annex III, the technical design documentation shall now include a risk analysis and assessment.ANNEXIII에 따라서 기술문서는 위험분석과 평가가 포함되어야 한다.

• Besides manufacturers, now also authorized representatives, importers, traders and also distributors are subject to extended obligations. The complete supply-chain has certain responsibility for (electrical) safety. For example importer should make sure that conformity assessment has been done and must have the corresponding documentation ready for inspection by competent national authorities.

  제조사로부터 대리인, 수입자, 무역업자, 배포자는 확대된 의무사항을 따라야 한다. 그 완성된 공급연결망은 전기적 안전의 확실한 책임을 갖는다. 예를 들어 수입업자는 완료된 평가 적합성에 대해 확실히 해야 하고, 관련 문서를competent national authorities에 의한 검토를 준비 해야 한다.

   The importer must put his name and address on the product (there are some exceptions). (based on the "New Legislative Framework")수입업자는 본인의 이름과 주소를 제품에 삽입해야 한다. (몇 몇 예외를 제외하고)

• Multiple articles are added how to deal with non-conformities. This includes modifications of the equipment or a recall.다수의 아티클은 어떻게 부적합을 다루는지 기술되어 있다. 이것들은 장비의 개선 또는 리콜을 포함한다.
  

• The responsibilities of the supply chain are explained is separate articles. These roles are manufacturer, authorised representative, importer and distributer. 공급망의 책임은 별도의 아티클에 설명되어 있다. 이러한 역할은 제조사, 대리인, 수입업자, 배포자에게 있다.

• Electrical equipment shall have a type and batch or serial number.전기장비는 시리얼넘버 또는 batch와 같은 형식을 가져야 한다. (바코드 타입 용인)

• Information required on the declaration of conformity has been extended with the following: DoC가 요구하는 정보는 다음과 같이 확대 되었다. (샘플 참조)

•  Product model / product (product, type, batch or serial number, batch code=batch number= data code=제품생산날짜 코드):

This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

  제조사로부터 대리인, 수입자, 무역업자, 배포자는 확대된 의무사항을 따라야 한다. 그 완성된 공급연결망은 전자파의 확실한 책임을 갖는다

  The importer must put his name and address on the product (there are some exceptions). If an importer or distributor places a apparatus in the market under his name or trade mark, he shall be considered a manufacturer.수입업자는 본인의 이름과 주소를 제품에 삽입해야 한다. (몇 몇 예외를 제외하고, 제품의 크기가 작아서 등)

  만일 수입자 또는 공급업자가 그들의 이름 또는 트레이드 마크를 포함한 채로 시장 안으로 제품/기구를 들여온다면 그들은 제조자 또한 반드시 고려해야 한다. (표기는 병행할 것)

• To ensure that all notified bodies function at the same level obligatory requirements are required. Accreditation is an essential means of verifying the competence of conformity assessment bodies. A new article (24) states a number of requirements relating to notified bodies. The goal of this article is to ensure the level of quality for the conformity assessment bodies. A procedure is included to challenge the competence of a notified body.의무적인 요구사항과 같은 수준으로 모든 NB의 기능의 확인은 요구된다. Accreditation은 적합성평가기구의 역량을 검증하기 위한 필수적인 수단이다. 신규 article(24)는 NB와 관련된 수많은 요구사항을 명시한다. 이 article의 목적은 적합성평가 기구를 위한 품질 수준을 확실히 하기 위함이다. 어떠한 절차는 인증기관의 역량을 시험하기 위해 포함된다.

• The manufacturer shall take measures to make sure that the product is conformed the approved product.

  제조사는 수출할 제품이 적합한 제품인지 확실히 하기 위한 수단을 취해야 한다.

• Apparatus shall have a type, batch or serial number.기계, 제품은 타입, batch 또는 시리얼 넘버를 가져야 한다.
