진영쌍검류의 기무수련을 예를 들면서
간단히 설명해 보고자 한다. 
 
우선 기무수련은 기무의 용어를 통해 아래와 같이
세 가지로 나누어 단계별 설명도 할 수도 있다.

■ 기무의 삼원 순환도
