Bible Reading - Luke 7:11~20

7:11 Soon afterward, Jesus went to a town called Nain, and his disciples and a large crowd went along with him.

그 후 예수님은 나인이라는 마을로 가셨고, 제자들과 많은 무리가 그를 따라갔다.

7:12 As he approached the town gate, a dead person was being carried out-- the only son of his mother, and she was a widow.

그가 성문에 다다랐을 때, 시신이 운구되고 있었다. 그의 어머니의 외아들이었는데, 그의 어머니는 과부였다.

And a large crowd from the town was with her.그리고 마을의 많은 사람들이 그녀와 함께했다.

7:13 When the Lord saw her, his heart went out to her and he said, "Don't cry."

주님께서 그녀를 보시고 마음이 아프셔서 "울지 마라"라고 말씀하셨다.

7:14 Then he went up and touched the coffin, and those carrying it stood still. 

그때 그가 올라가셔서 관에 손을 대셨고 그 관을 나르는 사람들은 멈춰 섰다.

He said, "Young man, I say to you, get up!"

그는 " 청년아, 내가 너에게 말하노니 일어나라!"고 말씀하셨다.

7:15 The dead man sat up and began to talk, and Jesus gave him back to his mother.

그 죽은 사람이 앉아서 말하기 시작했고 예수님은 그를 그의 어머니에게 돌려 주었다.

7:16 They were all filled with awe and praised God.

그들은 모두 경외심에 가득 차 하나님을 찬양했다.

"A great prophet has appeared among us," they said.

"위대한 선지자가 우리 중에 나타났다."고 그들이 말했다.

 "God has come to help his people." "하나님께서 그의 백성들을 도우시려고 오셨다."

7:17 This news about Jesus spread throughout Judea and the surrounding country.

예수에 대한 이 소식이 유대 지방과 그 근처의 촌락들로 두루 퍼졌다.

7:18 John's disciples told him about all these things. 

요한의 제자들이 이 모든 것들에 대해 그에게 말했다.

Calling two of them, 그들 중에 두명을 불러서 

7:19 he sent them to the Lord to ask, 그는 주님께 물으려고 그들을 보냈다. 

"Are you the one who was to come, or should we expect someone else?"

"당신이 오실 그분이십니까? 아니면 우리가 다른 사람을 기대해야만 합니까?"

7:20 When the men came to Jesus, 그 사람들이 예수께 왔을 때

they said, "John the Baptist sent us to you to ask,

그들은 "세례 요한이 우리를 당신에게 묻도록 보냈습니다."

 'Are you the one who was to come, 당신이 오실 그분이십니까?

or should we expect someone else?'" 아니면 우리가 그 밖의 다른 사람을 기다려야만 합니까?"
