Bible Reading - Luke 8:41~48

8:41 Then a man named Jairus, a ruler of the synagogue, came and fell at Jesus' feet, pleading with him to come to his house

그때 회당장인 야이로라는 이름의 한 사람이 그의 집에 오도록 예수님께 간청하며 그의 발 앞에 엎드렸다.

8:42 because his only daughter, a girl of about twelve, was dying.

왜냐하면 대략 열두살쯤 되는 그의 유일한 딸이 죽어가고 있었다.

 As Jesus was on his way, the crowds almost crushed him.

예수께서 길 가시는 도중에 군중(무리)들이 거의 그에게 밀려 들었다.

8:43 And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years, but no one could heal her.거기에는 십이 년 동안 하혈병을 앓던 여자가 있었는데, 아무도 그녀를 고칠 수 없었다.

8:44 She came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak, and immediately her bleeding stopped. 그녀는 그(예수)의 뒤로 와서 그의 옷자락을 만졌고 즉시 그녀의 하혈이 멈췄다.

8:45 "Who touched me?" Jesus asked. "누가 나를 만졌느냐?"고 예수께서 물으셨다.

When they all denied it, 그들 모두가 그것을 부인했을 때

Peter said, "Master, the people are crowding and pressing against you."

베드로가 "주님, 사람들이 법썩대며 당신을 밀고 있습니다."하고 말했다.

8:46 But Jesus said, "Someone touched me; I know that power has gone out from me."

그러나 예수께서 "어떤 사람이 나를 만졌다. 나는 능력이 내게서 나갔다는 것을 안다."고 말하셨다.

8:47 Then the woman, seeing that she could not go unnoticed, came trembling and fell at his feet.

그러자 그 여자는 자신이 눈에 띄지 않을 수 없다는 것을 깨닫고 떨면서 그의 발치에 엎드렸다.

In the presence of all the people, 모든 사람들 앞에서 

she told why she had touched him and how she had been instantly healed.

그녀는 왜 그녀가 그를 만졌는지 그리고 어떻게 그녀가 즉각적으로 치료를 받았는지 말했다.

8:48 Then he said to her, "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace."

그때 그는 그녀에게 "딸아, 너의 믿음이 너를 치료했다. 평안히 가라."고 말씀했다.
