Internal Controller

They are currently seeking a talented individual with strong leadership potential to join as an internal controller. This role spans all the business units. Responsibilities:

• Assess internal controls and risk
• Develop and execute financial, compliance and process audit plans
• Communicate with local, regional and global finance leaders
• Support company initiatives and ad hoc projects
• Work as a team to achieve team objectives
• Develop professional skills and leadership capabilities in preparation for internal promotion
• Broad responsibility across multiple product lines and brands
• Ensure the environment of internal control of the company is excellent by updating the processes and procedures
• Manage documentation of SOPs, policies and education employees

Requirements:

• 3-6 years working experience in Big 4 consultancies
• Korean and English fluency required (written and oral)
• Self-motivated, independent and ability to execute with minimum supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good situational leadership and capacity to grow into a finance leader
• Attention to detail and high work standards
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Preferred:

• Familiarity with US GAAP, SOX or IAS
• Strong controllership mindset
• Experience auditing or working in a Fortune 500 company
