Bible Reading - Luke 9:12~21

9:12 Late in the afternoon 오후 늦게 

the Twelve came to him and said, 열두 제자가 그에게 와서 말하기를 

"Send the crowd away so they can go to the surrounding villages and countryside and find food and lodging, because we are in a remote place here.""

군중을 돌려보내 주변 마을과 시골로 가서 음식과 숙소를 찾도록 하십시오. 여기는 외딴 곳입니다."

9:13 He replied, 그가 대답했다.

"You give them something to eat." 너희가 그들에게 먹을 것을 주어라.

They answered, 그들이 대답했다.

"We have only five loaves of bread and two fish 우리는 오직 빵 다섯 덩어리와 물고기 두마리만 있습니다.

--unless we go and buy food for all this crowd."우리가 가서 이 모든 무리들을 위해 음식을 사지 않는다면

9:14 (About five thousand men were there.) 대략 5천명의 남자들이 거기에 있었다.

But he said to his disciples, 그러나 그가 그의 제자들에게 말했다.

"Have them sit down in groups of about fifty each."그들을 대략 50명씩 무리지어 앉게 하라. 

9:15 The disciples did so, and everybody sat down. 제자들이 그렇게 했고 모든 사람들이 앉았다.

9:16 Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, 

빵 다섯 덩어리와 물고기 두마리를 가지고서 하늘을 향해 올려다 보시면서 

he gave thanks and broke them. 그는 감사를 드렸고 그것들을 떼었다.

Then he gave them to the disciples to set before the people.

그리고 나서 그는 그것들을 사람들 앞에 놓도록 제자들에게 주었다. 

9:17 They all ate and were satisfied, 그들 모두가 먹고 만족했으며

and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.

제자들은 남겨진 조각들 열두 바구니를 거두었다.

9:18 Once when Jesus was praying in private and his disciples were with him, 

예수께서 혼자 기도하고 계실 때 제자들이 그와 함께 있었다.

he asked them, "Who do the crowds say I am?" 그가 그들에게 물었다. "군중들이 내가 누구라고 말하는가?"

9:19 They replied, 그들이 대답했다.

 "Some say John the Baptist; 몇몇은 세례요한이라고 말하고

others say Elijah; 다른 사람들은 엘리야라고 말하며 

and still others, that one of the prophets of long ago has come back to life."

여전히 다른 사람들은 오래 전에 있었던 선지자 중의 하나가 살아서 돌아왔다고 합니다. 

9:20 "But what about you?" he asked. "그러나 너희는 어떤가?"하고 그가 물었다.

"Who do you say I am?" 너희는 내가 누구라고 말하는가?

Peter answered, "The Christ of God." 베드로가 "하나님의 그리스도이십니다."라고 대답했다.

9:21 Jesus strictly warned them not to tell this to anyone.

예수께서 이것을 어떤 사람에게도 말하지 말라고 그들에게 경고했다.
