“When holding the sword, the body becomes a channel of Ki, following the rhythm of nature.
Every movement begins from the bladder area,
where the descending light waves accumulate,
and through the activation of both kidneys, energy circulates throughout the entire body.”

 
This can be more deeply understood through the Light → Bladder → Kidneys → Whole-Body Circulation structure of Jinyoung Ssangkum Ryu, expressed as the Unity of Heaven, Earth, and Human.
