마태복음 25장 1-13

그 때에 천국은 마치 등을 들고 신랑을 맞으러 나간 열 처녀와 같다 하리니 그 중의 다섯은 미련하고 

다섯은 슬기 있는 자라 미련한 자들은 등을 가지되 기름을 가지지 아니하고 슬기 있는 자들은 

그릇에 기름을 담아 등과 함께 가져갔더니 신랑이 더디 오므로 다 졸며 잘새 밤중에 소리가 나되 

보라 신랑이로다 맞으러 나오라 하매 이에 그 처녀들이 다 일어나 등을 준비할새
미련한 자들이 슬기 있는 자들에게 이르되 우리 등불이 꺼져가니 너희 기름을 좀 나눠 달라 하거늘
슬기 있는 자들이 대답하여 이르되 우리와 너희가 쓰기에 다 부족할까 하노니 차라리 파는 

자들에게 가서 너희 쓸 것을 사라 하니 그들이 사러 간 사이에 신랑이 오므로 준비하였던 

자들은 함께 혼인 잔치에 들어가고 문은 닫힌지라 그 후에 남은 처녀들이 와서 이르되 

주여 주여 우리에게 열어 주소서 대답하여 이르되 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 내가 너희를 

알지 못하노라 하였느니라 그런즉 깨어 있으라 너희는 그 날과 그 때를 알지 못하느니라

"내가 모든 것을 주관하고 있다." 주께서 말씀하신다. 앞으로 다가올 날들은 점점 더 

어두워질 것이다. 이 현 정부가 행사하는 절대적인 권력으로 너희 민주주의의

기둥들을 결국 무너뜨릴 것이다.

"내가 돌아올 날이 가까이 왔다. For the days of my return are upon the horizon.

원수는 자기의 시간이 얼마 남지 않았음을 알고 있다. 그래서 그는 모든 수단을 동원하고 있다. 

그는 타락한 왕의 마음을 독살했다. 그는 인류의 모든 조각을 무너뜨리려 할 것이다. 

그러나 내 피로 씻겨지고 이 시대를 위해 보존된 자들이 있다."

"그러므로 인내하라." 주께서 말씀하신다. "인내가 없으면 이 시대를 견딜 힘이 없을 것이다. 

세상은 너희 눈앞에서 변할 것이다. 빵 한 덩이를 사는 것조차 값비싼 날이 올 것이다. 

모든 것이 변화하고 있다. 그러나 내 손을 잡으라." 주께서 말씀하신다. 

"내가 너희에게 이 시대를 이 날들을 견딜 힘을 주겠다." 너희 땅이 공격받는 날이 올 것이다. 

내가 전에도 여러 번 말했듯이, 북쪽 땅에서 적들이 올 것이다. 중국과 러시아가 연합할 것이다. 

너희 감시 체계는 이를 제때 알아차리지 못할 것이다. 그러나 많은 이들이 이 공격으로부터 

보호받을 것이다. 그날 많은 이들이 도시를 떠날 것이다. 어떤 이들은 황무지로 피신할 것이다. 

거기서 그들은 한마음으로 뭉칠 것이다. 어떤 이들은 이미 그날을 위해 준비했고, 

어떤 이들은 자기 집에서 안전을 찾을 것이다.

그러나 이 말을 믿지 않는 너희에게는 선입견을 버리라고 말한다. 비방하는 자들의 말에 

귀 기울이지 말라. 나는 너희에게 그날을 위해 준비하라고, 서로를 위해 목숨을 바치라고 

했다. 깨어 있고 경계하라. 너희의 원수가 사자처럼 (삼킬 자를 찾아)돌아다닌다. 

등불에 기름을 가득 채운 다섯 노처녀처럼 되라. 내가 올 때 그들은 준비되어 있을 것이다.

너희는 듣는 모든 소문을 믿지 말라. 마음에 악의를 품지 말라. 나그네를 영접하고, 

도움이 필요한 사람들에게 나누어 주어라. "너희에게 당부한다. 내가 경고했던 

바로 그 시대가 오고 있다. 지켜보고 기다리라."    스티븐 핸슨

“Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3 Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, 4 but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. 6 “And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom [a]is coming; go out to meet him!’ 7 Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ 9 But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. 11 “Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ 12 But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’13 “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming. Matt. 25

“I am in control of everything, says the Lord. For the days ahead will be getting darker and darker. For with the ultimate control that this present administration is wielding, the pillars of your democracy will ultimately fall.

For the days of my return are upon the horizon. The enemy knows that his time is short. For he is pulling out all of the stops. He has poisoned the heart of the fallen king. He will attempt to pull-down every fragment of humanity, but there are those who have been washed in my blood, and have been preserved for this time period.

So, persevere, says the Lord. For without endurance, surely you would come without strength for these days. The world will be changing in front of your eyes. The day will come when it will be expensive just to buy a loaf of bread. Everything is in flux. But take a hold of my hand, says the Lord. For I will give you strength for these days.

The day will come when your land will come under attack. I have said this many times before. For they will come out of the northern lands. Both China and Russia will team-up. Your surveillance system will not find this out in time. But many will be protected from these things. Many will leave the cities on that day. Some will find refuge in the waste places. There they will forge together as one man. For some have already prepared for this day. Others will have found protection in their own homes.

But to those of you who do not believe these things, I say to put away your pre-conceived ideas. Do not listen to the naysayers. I have asked you to prepare for these days. I have asked you to lay your lives down for one another. Be alert and watchful, for your enemy prowls around like a lion. Be like the five wise virgins who filled their lamps with oil. For they will be ready when I come.

Do not believe every report that you hear. Don’t allow malice to enter into your hearts. Welcome the stranger and give to those who ask of you. These are the days that I’ve warned you about. Watch and wait. ”
