A special letter from God for you and me.

Jesus had 3 favorite disciples. Peter, James& James. On special occasions Jesus took three of them with Him. John followed Jesus until the cross. All other disciples ran away but John followed Jesus until end & Jesus gave him the responsibility of His mother Mary. Apostle John wrote two letters of New Testament. Gospel of John and book of Revelation. Jesus revealed Himself & told him to wrote letters to seven to different churches. I believe letter to Sardis church is for you and me.

1st. Corithians 3 : 16

Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?

If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s

temple is sacred, and you together are that temple.

We’re the temple or church of God. We’ve live our lives as Jesus told us through John.

Revelation 3 : 22 ~~ Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

1. We can not hide anything from the Lord.

Brothers and sisters we do anything inside or outside, wherever we go God is watching us. We can’t hide ourselves or our any deed from the Lord. Cause He is our creator & we are His creation.

Revelation 3 : 14 ~ 15

These are the words of the Amen, the faithful & true witness, the ruler of God’s creation.

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other.

We call ourselves Christians but our deeds are opposite the Christ. Always we have to remember being a Christian 1st. thing what we’ve to do is believe in Lord as Savior & Son of living God 2nd. is walk with the Lord. There are many who call themselves Christian but Christ is far from them.

2nd. Corinthians 5 : 10

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may

receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.

It’s to examine ourselves. It’s time to be warm in Christ and show Christ through our deeds.

Revelation 3 : 16 So, because you are lukewarm neither hot nor cold I am about to spit you out of my mouth.

2. God has very special clothes for us.

Brothers & sisters, If you remember Adam and Eve disobeyed God and when God visited them. They hide themselves, when God called them they said they, hide themselves cause they were naked. God gave them clothes to wear. God sacrifice the animals and clothed them skin.

Genesis 3 : 10 & 21

He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.”

The Lord God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them.

We need clothes & open our eyes. Jesus lamb of God take our sins and cleanse us with His blood.

Revelation 3 : 18

I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; & white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.

John 1 : 29 ( Elisha prayed for his servant 2nd. Kings 6 : 17 ~ 20)

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said,

“Look, the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sin of the world!

3. God is calling us to have fellowship.

Friends, look God is calling each one of us. Do we listen His voice & open the door of our hearts?

Revelation 3 : 20 & 22

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and

opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with Me.

Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

Brothers and sisters, Jesus knows us name by name and He knocking at door of our heart & calling us name by name to have fellowship with us, to eat with us. Just imagine Donald Trump call you and ask to have supper with you. Will refuse him or say sure yes I am ready pls come in. Friends, here Jesus the Son of God. The Savior, Master is knocking. Let’s open door for Him. Amen

John 10 : 3

The gatekeeper opens the gate for Him, and the sheep listen to

His voice. He calls His own sheep by name and leads them out.

4. God, correct His children.

Sometime when my children made mistakes. I used staff to correct them. Dear brothers and sisters, we are the children of God. Sometime, when we made mistakes, surely God will discipline us.

Proverbs 13 : 24

Whoever spares the rod hates their children, but the one

who loves their children is careful to discipline them.

If, our children disobey & join bad society. We suppose to discipline them God also discipline & guard us.

Revelation 3 : 19

Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent.

If we made anything wrong conciously or uncociously. It’s time to repent before God discipline us.

Acts 3 : 19

Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be

wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord,

5. Jesus want to have fellowship with us.

Just imagine president of S. Korea or U.S.A call you and ask to have fellowship or supper with you. I’m sure you will so surprised & you will say yes, of course anytime welcome. Today in the scripture King of kings Jesus want to come in our hearts in our homes. Will you welcome or make excuse?

Revelation 3 : 20

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and

opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with Me.

Let’s welcome Jesus in our hearts, in our lives & in our homes. Accept Jesus as savior & Son of God.

6. Jesus want to give us victorious life.

Last & final thing what God want to give us through Jesus is victorious life. Jesus is sitting with God the Father & He want that each-one of us have victory and overcome Devil as Jesus overcame

Revelation 3 : 21

To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with Me on My

throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with My Father on His throne.

With our own strength or wisdom we can’t but with the power of the Holy & in Jesus name we can.

1st. Corinthians 15 : 57 But thanks be to God, Who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Conclusion :-

Friends, today it’s time to open the door for Jesus. He is knocking at the door. It’s time to accept Jesus as Saviour & walk with Him, rest of our lives to have victorious life & live with Him in heaven.

Matthew 16 : 16 ~ Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”

여러분과 저를 향한 하나님의 특별한 편지

예수님에게 사랑하는 제자 3명이 있었습니다. 베드로, 야고보, 요한입니다. 특별한 경우에 예수님은 그들 세 명과 함께 하셨습니다. 요한은 예수님을 십자가까지 따라갔습니다. 다른 모든 제자들은 달아났지만 요한은 예수님을 끝까지 따라갔고 예수님은 그에게 어머니 마리아에 대한 책임을 주셨습니다. 사도 요한은 신약성경 중 두 권을 썼습니다. 요한복음과 요한계시록입니다.

예수님은 나타나셔서 각각의 일곱 교회에 편지를 쓰라고 그에게 말씀하셨습니다.

사대 교회에 쓴 편지가 여러분과 저를 위한 것이라고 저는 믿습니다.

고린도전서 3 : 16 ~ 17

너희는 너희가 하나님의 성전인 것과 하나님의 성령이 너희 안에 계시는 것을 알지 못하느냐 누구든지 하나님의 성전을 더럽히면 하나님이 그 사람을 멸하시리라 하나님의 성전은 거룩하니 너희도 그러하니라.

우리는 하나님의 성전 즉 교회입니다. 우리는 예수께서 요한을 통해 말씀하신대로 살아야 합니다.

요한계시록 3 : 22

귀 있는 자는 성령이 교회들에게 하시는 말씀을 들을지어다.

1. 우리는 주님으로부터 어떤 것도 숨길 수 없습니다.

형제자매 여러분, 우리가 안에서든 밖에서든 어떤 일을 할 때 우리가 가는 곳마다 하나님은 우리를 바라보십니다. 우리자신이나 어떤 행위를 주님으로부터 숨길 수 없습니다. 그분은 우리의 창조주이시고 우리는 그분의 피조물이기 때문입니다.

요한계시록 3 : 14 ~ 15

아멘이시요 충성되고 참된 증인이시요 하나님의 창조의 근본이신 이가 이르시되 내가 네 행위를

아노니 네가 차지도 아니하고 뜨겁지도 아니하도다 네가 차든지 뜨것든지 하기를 원하노라.

우리는 자신을 크리스천이라 부르지만 우리 행위는 그리스도와 반대입니다. 크리스천으로서 우리가 해야 할 첫 번째는 주님을 구세주와 살아계신 하나님의 아들로 믿어야 하고 두 번째는 주님과 동행하는 것임을 항상 기억해야 합니다. 자신을 크리스천이라 하는 사람은 많지만 그리스도가 그들과 멀리 있습니다.

고린도후서 5 : 10

이는 우리가 다 반드시 그리스도의 심판대 앞에 나타나게

되어 각각 선악간에 그 몸으로 행한 것을 따라 받으려 함이라.

우리자신을 점검할 때입니다. 그리스도 안에서 따뜻해지고 우리 행위를 통해 그리스도를 보일 때입니다.

요한계시록 3 : 16

네가 이같이 미지근하여 뜨겁지도 아니하고 차지도 아니하니 내 입에서 너를 토하여 버리리라.

2. 하나님은 우리를 위해 매우 특별한 옷을 주셨습니다.

형제자매 여러분, 아담과 하와가 하나님께 불순종하였음을 기억하실 것입니다. 하나님이 그들을 찾아오셨을 때 그들은 숨었고 하나님이 그들을 부르셨을 때 벗었으므로 숨었다고 말했습니다.

하나님은 그들에게 입을 옷을 주셨습니다. 동물을 희생시켜 가죽 옷을 입히신 것입니다.

창세기 3 : 10, 21

이르되 내가 동산에서 하나님의 소리를 듣고 내가 벗었으므로 두려워하여 숨었나이다.

여호와 하나님이 아담과 그의 아내를 위하여 가죽옷을 지어 입히시니라.

우리는 옷이 필요하고 눈을 떠야 합니다.

하나님의 어린 양 예수는 우리 죄를 가져가시고 그분의 피로 우리를 깨끗하게 하셨습니다.

요한계시록 3 : 18

내가 너를 권하노니 내게서 불로 연단한 금을 사서 부요하게 하고 흰 옷을

사서 입어 벌거벗은 수치를 보이지 않게 하고 안약을 사서 눈에 발라 보게 하라.

요한복음 1 : 29 (엘리사는 종을 위해 기도했습니다. 열왕기하 6:17-20)

이튿날 요한이 예수께서 자기에게 나아오심을 보고 이르되 보라 세상 죄를 지고 가는 하나님의 어린 양이로다.

3. 하나님께서 교제하시려고 우리를 부르십니다.

보십시오 하나님께서 우리 각 사람을 부르십니다. 그분의 목소리를 듣고 우리의 마음 문을 엽니까?

요한계시록 3 : 20, 22

볼지어다 내가 문 밖에 서서 두드리노니 누구든지 내 음성을 듣고 문을 열면 내가 그에게로 들어가 그와 더불어 먹고 그는 나와 더불어 먹으리라 - 귀 있는 자는 성령이 교회들에게 하시는 말씀을 들을지어다.

형제자매 여러분, 예수님은 우리를 이름으로 아시고 우리 마음 문에서 두드리시며 우리와 교제하고 우리와 함께 먹기 위해 이름을 각각 부르십니다. 도널드 트럼프가 여러분을 부르고 여러분과 함께 저녁 식사를 요청한다고 상상해 보십시오. 거절하겠습니까 아니면 준비되었으니 들어오라고 분명하게 말하겠습니까? 하나님의 아들 예수, 구세주, 주인께서 두드리고 계십니다. 그분을 향해 문을 엽시다. 아멘.

요한복음 10 : 3

문지기는 그를 위하여 문을 열고 양은 그의 음성을 듣나니 그가 자기 양의 이름을 각각 불러 인도하여 내느니라.

4. 하나님은 자녀를 꾸짖습니다.

가끔 제 자녀가 잘못을 했을 때 꾸짖기 위해 매를 듭니다. 형제자매 여러분, 우리는 하나님의

자녀입니다. 때때로 우리가 잘못을 했을 때 하나님께서 틀림없이 우리를 훈계하실 것입니다.

잠언 13 : 24 ~ 매를 아끼는 자는 그의 자식을 미워함이라 자식을 사랑하는 자는 근실히 징계하느니라.

우리 자녀가 불순종하고 나쁜 단체에 가담한다면 우리는 그들을 징계하게

되는데 하나님도 역시 우리를 징계하시고 지키십니다.

요한계시록 3 : 19 ~ 무릇 내가 사랑하는 자를 책망하여 징계하노니 그러므로 네가 열심을 내라 회개하라.

의식적으로나 무의식적으로 잘못을 했다면 하나님께서 우리를 징계하시기 전에 회개할 때입니다.

사도행전 3 : 19

그러므로 너희가 회개하고 돌이켜 너희 죄 없이 함을 받으라

이같이 하면 새롭께 되는 날이 주 앞으로부터 이를 것이요.

5. 예수님은 우리와 교제하기 원하십니다.

대한민국이나 미국의 대통령이 여러분을 불러서 교제하고 저녁식사를 요청한다고 상상해 보십시오.

틀림없이 여러분은 너무 놀랄 것이고 ‘네, 물론입니다. 언제든지 좋습니다’라고 말할 것입니다.

오늘 본문 말씀에서 왕의 왕 예수께서 우리 마음에, 우리 집에 들어오기 원하십니다.

환영하겠습니까 아니면 핑계를 대겠습니까?

요한계시록 3 : 20

볼지어다 내가 문 밖에 서서 두드리노니 누구든지 내 음성을 듣고 문을

열면 내가 그에게로 들어가 그와 더불어 먹고 그는 나와 더불어 먹으리라.

우리 마음에, 우리 삶에, 우리 집에 예수를 맞아들입시다. 예수를 구세주와 하나님의 아들로 영접하십시오.

6. 예수님은 우리에게 승리하는 삶을 주기 원하십니다.

하나님께서 예수를 통해 우리에게 주시고자 하는 마지막은 승리하는 삶입니다. 예수님은 하나님 아버지와 함께 앉아 계시고 예수가 이기신 것처럼 우리 각 사람이 승리하고 마귀를 이기기를 원하십니다.

요한계시록 3 : 21

이기는 그에게는 내가 내 보좌에 함께 앉게 하여 주기를

내가 이기고 아버지 보좌에 함께 앉는 것과 같이 하리라.

우리 힘이나 지혜로는 할 수 없지만 성령의 능력과 예수의 이름으로 우리는 할 수 있습니다.

고린도전서 15 : 57 ~ 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 우리에게 승리를 주시는 하나님께 감사하노니

결론 :-

오늘 예수를 향해 문을 열 시간입니다. 그분이 문을 두드리십니다. 예수를 구세주로

영접할 때이며 그분과 동행하여 우리의 나머지 삶을 승리하고, 천국에서 그분과 함께 사십시오.

마태복음 16 : 16 ~ 시몬 베드로가 대답하여 이르되 주는 그리스도시요 살아계신 하나님의 아들이시니이다.
