너희는 마치 그 주인이 혼인 집에서 돌아와 문을 두드리면 곧 열어 주려고 기다리는 사람과 같이 되라 주인이 와서 깨어 있는 것을 보면 그 종들은 복이 있으리로다 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 주인이 띠를 띠고 그 종들을 자리에 앉히고 나아와 수종하리라 주인이 혹 이경에나 혹 삼경에 이르러서도 종들의 이같이 하는 것을 보면 그 종들은 복이 있으리로다 너희도 아는바니 집 주인이 만일 도적이 어느 때에 이를줄 알았더면 그 집을 뚫지 못하게 하였으리라 이러므로 너희도 예비하고 있으라 생각지 않은 때에 인자가 오리라 하시니라

Luke 12:36-40

like men waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for him. It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes. I tell you the truth, he will dress himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them. It will be good for those servants whose master finds them ready, even if he comes in the second or third watch of the night. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into.You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.“

천국에 우리가 영원히 사는 집을 마련하시고 주님께서 그리스도인들을 천국으로 데려가기 위해 세상에 다시 오십니다.그러나 깨어있는 그리스도인은 천국에 가고, 깨어있지 않는 그리스도인은 지옥으로 가는 것이다.깨어 있는 믿음이 무엇이겠는가?이는 주님의 말씀에 순종하려고 늘 애쓰는 것이고, 죄를 지었을 때마다 회개하여 예수의 피로 자신의 죄를 씻는 믿음인 것이다.세상 정욕을 따라 살며, 죄를 짓고도 회개치 않는 그리스도인들이 너무나 많다, 이들은 다 죽은 믿음을 가진 것이다.

죽은 믿음을 가진 교인들도 주일마다 교회에 나와서 예배에 참여하고 헌금을 드린다. 그러나 이런 교인들은 형식적인 믿음을 가진 것이고 성령과 교통을 이루지 못하는 그리스도인들이다.죄를 짓고도 회개치 않는 그리스도인들은 사탄의 종으로 사는 것이다.사탄의 지배하에 놓인 교인들의 예배는 주님이 받지 않으시고 사탄이 대신 받는다. 이런 그리스도인들은 주일날 교회서 형식적인 예배를 드리고, 세상에 나가서 사탄이 주는 생각을 따라 사는 것이다.

사탄이 주는 생각은 탐심과 이기주의와 우상숭배와 교만함이다, 이런 교인들은 결코 남을 이해하거나 용서하지 못한다, 항상 원망과 불평 속에 사는 것이다.이런 교인들은 평생 교회에 다녀도 완악한 마음을 그대로 간직한다. 이런 믿음은 죽은 것이고, 세상의 빛이 되지 못하는 것이고, 짠맛을 잃어버린 소금과 같은 것이다.이런 그리스도인들은 천국 백성이 되는 자질을 상실하였다.사탄의 생각을 따라 추악하게 살고 회개치 않는 그리스도인들을 깨끗하고 아름다운 천국으로 주님께서 데려가실 수 없는 것이다, 천국이 더러워지는 것을 막기 위해서다.

하나님의 백성은 주님이 언제 돌아오실지 모르기 때문에 항상 순종과 회개의 삶을 살아야 한다.그래서 주인이 밤 늦게 혹은 세벽에 돌아올지 몰라 항상 깨어 있는 종들은 복이 있다 라고 주님께서 말씀하신 것이다.지금 온 세상과 교회들은 어두운 죄악 속에 있다.이런 상황 속에서도 하나님의 말씀을 끝까지 지키는 성도들이 조금 남아있다. 이런 교인들은 인간의 교리에 빠지지 않고, 끝까지 순종과 회개의 삶을 이루는 자들이다.

주님께서 이런 소수의 그리스도인들을 마지막날에 천국으로 데력가시는 것입니다.도적이 언제 자기 집에 침투할지를 안다면 아무도 도적질 당하지 않을 것이다.이와 같이 주님께서 언제 세상에 다시 돌아오실지를 안다면, 모든 그리스도인들은 그날에 회개하고 주님을 기다릴 것이다.그러나 주님은 죄악 속에 빠진 인간들이 전혀 예상치 못한 날에 다시 오십니다.노아가 방주에 들어가고 물 심판이 시작 되던 그 날까지 모든 사람들아 집 짓고, 시집가고 장가가고 먹고 마시는 세상 일에만 집중했던 것을 우리는 잊지 않아야 할 것이다.

The Lord will come back to the world to prepare a home for us in heaven and take Christians to heaven.However, Christians who are awake will go to heaven, and Christians who are not awake will go to hell.What is awake faith?It is the faith that always strives to obey the Lord’s words, and that repents and washes away our sins with the blood of Jesus whenever we sin.

There are so many Christians who live according to worldly desires and do not repent even after committing sins. They all have dead faith.Even believers with dead faith come to church every Sunday, participate in worship, and give offerings. However, these believers have a formal faith and are Christians who cannot communicate with the Holy Spirit.

Christians who commit sins and do not repent live as servants of Satan.The worship of believers under Satan’s control is not received by the Lord, but by Satan.These Christians attend formal worship services at church on Sundays and go out into the world and live according to the thoughts given by Satan.The thoughts that Satan gives are greed, selfishness, idolatry, and arrogance.These believers never understand or forgive others, and they always live in resentment and complaints.

These believers keep their stubborn hearts even after attending church their whole lives.This kind of faith is dead, cannot be the light of the world, and is like salt that has lost its saltiness.These Christians have lost the qualifications to become citizens of heaven.The Lord cannot take Christians who live ugly lives following Satan’s thoughts and do not repent to the clean and beautiful heaven, in order to prevent heaven from becoming dirty.

God’s people must always live a life of obedience and repentance because they do not know when the Lord will return.That is why the Lord said that blessed are the servants who always stay awake, in case the master returns late at night or in the early hours of the morning.The whole world and the churches are now in the darkness of sin.Even in this situation, there are still a few saints who keep God’s word to the end.

These believers do not fall into human doctrines, and they live a life of obedience and repentance to the end.The Lord will send these few Christians to heaven on the last day.If they knew when a thief would break into their house, no one would be robbed.If they knew when the Lord would return to the world, all Christians would repent on that day and wait for the Lord.

However, the Lord will come back on a day that humans who have fallen into sin never expect.We must not forget that until the day Noah entered the ark and the water judgment began, all people focused only on worldly things such as building houses, marrying, giving in marriage, and eating and drinking.
