Bible Reading - Luke 11:21~30

11:21 "When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, 

강한 사람이 완전히 무장하고 그 자신의 집을 지킬 때

his possessions are safe. 그의 소유는 안전하다.

11:22 But when someone stronger attacks and overpowers him,

그러나 어떤 더 강한 자가 공격하여 그를 압도할 때

 he takes away the armor(갑옷) in which the man trusted and divides up the spoils(전리품).

그는 그 사람이 믿고 의지했던 갑옷을 빼앗고 전리품을 나누어 가진다.

11:23 "He who is not with me is against me, 

나와 함께 있지 않는 자는 나를 대항한다.

and he who does not gather with me, scatters. 나와 함께 모으지 않는 자는 흩어버린다.

11:24 "When an evil spirit comes out of a man,  악령이 어떤 사람에게서 나올 때

it goes through arid(메마른, 건조한) places seeking rest and does not find it.

그 악령은 휴식을 찾아 메마른 곳을 헤매지만 찾지 못한다.

Then it says, 'I will return to the house I left.'

그때 그것은 "내가 떠났던 그 집으로 돌아갈 것이다."라고 말한다.

11:25 When it arrives, 그것(악령)이 도착할 때 

 it finds the house swept clean and put in order. 그것(악령)은 그 집이 청소되고 정돈된 것을 발견하다.

11:26 Then it goes and takes seven other spirits more wicked than itself, 

그때 그 악령은 가서 자기보다 더 사악한 다른 일곱 영들을 데리고 

and they go in and live there.  그리고 그것들은 들어가서 거기서 산다.

And the final condition of that man is worse than the first."

그러면 그 사람의 최종 상태는 첫번 것보다 더 나빠진다.

11:27 As Jesus was saying these things, 예수께서 이것들을 말씀하고 계실 때 

 a woman in the crowd called out, 군중 속에서 한 여자가 외쳤다.

"Blessed is the mother who gave you birth and nursed you."

"당신을 낳고 기른 그 어머니가 복이 있도다."

11:28 He replied, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it."

그가 대답했다. "하나님의 말씀을 듣고 그 말씀에 순종하는 자들이 차라리 복이 있다."

11:29 As the crowds increased, Jesus said, 군중들이 증가했을 때, 예수께서 말씀하시기를 

"This is a wicked generation. 이것은 사악한 세대이다.

It asks for a miraculous sign, 기적적인 표적을 구하지만

but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.

아무에게도 요나의 표적 외에는 주어지지 않을 것이다. 

11:30 For as Jonah was a sign to the Ninevites, 요나가 니느웨 사람들에게 표징이 되었던 것처럼,

 so also will the Son of Man be to this generation. 인자도 이 세대에게 표징이 될 것이다.
