SYMPTOM:
HostMonitor agent reports incorrect memory usage

DESCRIPTION:

HostMonitor Agent for Linux does not consider Buffer and Cached memory when
calculating available free memory for the system. The Buffer and Cached
values need to be adjusted in the calculation to reflect the correct free memory on
the user system.

RESOLUTION:
The code to calculate available free memory is modified so that the
available Buffers and Cache memory is considered.
