Our country, the Republic of Korea, is truly a sight to behold. 

The only ones who are always best are the politicians with golden badge.

The political situation of this country is that anti-constitutional forces destroyed the constitution and laws, removing the legitimate president from power, and opened an illegal fake banana republic.

Even though the illegal rule has been going on for eight years now through the leader Moon JaeIn and Yoon SeokYeol, the general public is not even aware of this fact. traitorous politicians pretend not to notice We the People’s protests, forming their own interest cartels and tried to ignore correct practice of law and justice.

In this way, under the leadership of the fake leaders, the system of separation of powers has already been disappeared, and the disappearance of the constitutional order began with the illegal impeachment period since 2016 and continues to this day.

This is not the correct constitutional order of the Republic of Korea in 2024, but the reality of the reign of the fake leaders. Even after all this, the traitorous politicians think that the country exists to this extent owing to their service.

They are basically a group of people without even a moral conscience. The things they do are always heinous.

Although the public hates it, due to the collusion between politics and the media, the first news is always some political announcement. They spread news about politicians even without knowing that the public hates the news. We really hate it; it's disgusting.

Do they know that the majority of the people are either getting rid of television altogether or refusing to read newspapers and news?

Moreover, all 50 million people were deceived by lies and illegality by the traitorous politicians who led the fake impeachment that started in 2016 and their collaborators supported them without remorse.

The Republic of Korea simply recognized and dismissed President Park GeunHye as an absolutely wrong and unscrupulous criminal, and cheered at the announcement of the illegal sentence, “President Park GeunHye will be removed from office.” 1page.

This is truly something to be ashamed of and an international disgrace. All citizens have become accomplices in the illegal impeachment along with the traitorous politicians leading the illegal impeachment with the heavy propaganda.

Even though it is late, we must acknowledge our mistakes and apologize to the Constitution and President Park GeunHye.

The impeachment of President Park GeunHye and the sentence of dismissal from office, which we, the Patriotic Constitutional Guard of the Republic of Korea, have already revealed and insisted on, were nothing more than the nonsense moves of an illegal bastard from a ruined country who only pulled the trigger without the bullet for dismissal.

Aren't the people who led this illegal impeachment by the National Assembly members who altered the state administration, which was supposed to represent the will of the people of this country at the time, and the judges of the Constitutional Court, who were supposed to protect the Constitution?

We, the Patriotic Constitutional Guard, revealed in detail the facts of the illegal impeachment that they committed in the books ‘Why did the Republic of Korea Commit Illegal Impeachment?’ in 2022 and ‘Defending the Constitution is the People’s Mission’ in 2024.

Based on the materials, we have filed four dozens of cases to invalidate the fake impeachment, with the National Assembly, the Constitutional Court, the National Election Commission, the Ministry of Justice and Moon JaeIn as defendants.

Currently, a so-called administrative lawsuit to invalidate fake impeachment is in progress, seeking 'confirmation of the absence of presidential authority and status' against Yoon SeokYeol, who can only be an illegal fake president, which is the result of the illegal impeachment.

Based on the fact that the administrative dispositions were illegal, the first lawsuit seeking compensation for damages caused by Moon JaeIn's unauthorized and illegal rule against the people committed by him over the past five years - to pay one million won per month per plaintiff - is in progress. We will expand this in the future.

In addition to these lawsuits, there are hundreds of complaints, accusations, complaints, petitions, audit requests, and administrative inquiries we have handled.

In addition, since March 10, 2017, we have informed all foreign embassies in Korea that the Republic of Korea has been an illegal fake banana republic and that Moon JaeIn at the time was not the president of the Republic of Korea.

In this way, it is We the People's mission to protect the Constitution and restore the constitutional order of this country by holding illegal offenders accountable administratively, civilly and criminally.

If we abandon justice today, not only will our choice to abandon the fundamentals, essentials, constitution, and conscience have no meaning, but also we will ultimately end up in a situation where irreversible regrets in the future will have no value.

We, the Patriotic Constitutional Guard, have already received dozens of judgments that do not fit the logic of public litigation in courts, which are said to be the last bastion of the liberal democratic system, but they do not hesitate as if reading sutra.

As for Yoon SeokYeol, who said, "I am not loyal to people, but I am only loyal to the law," we sent several complaints to him as soon as he said the words to confirm‎ the veracity of his words.

However, we already confirmed at the time that it was not the truth but nonsense to deceive the general public.

There were also times when people questioned whether Moon JaeIn and Yoon SeokYeol, who were elected presidents by voting in a nationwide presidential election, were legitimate presidents.

If you are the target of illegal impeachment and dismissal, can you meekly accept the fake impeachment and dismissal by the constitutional organs of the government, whether legal or illegal?

If it were your problem and not President Park GeunHye's absurd injustice, how many people would still accept this injustice?

In this way, we have experienced the absurd and unfair experience of being completely ignored by our Constitution and laws, even in the judgments of the judiciary and eval‎uation agencies such as the Prosecutors' Office and the Corruption Investigation Office due to injustice political relations.

Although the injustice treatment of the symbolic ‘President Park GeunHye’ is not our own problem, we, the Patriotic Constitutional Guard, have protested, however, we have been ignored.

President Park GeunHye, the legitimate representative of We the People, was expelled from power, dismissed, and imprisoned by enemies who sought to ruin her as the number one representative, prior to the identity of the Republic of Korea as the liberal democratic nation and the sovereignty of the people in 2017.

Although you, the citizens of the Republic of Korea today, have not directly experienced this harsh reality, it will be the cruelty that all Koreans will have to suffer in the near future. 3페이지

The fact that judgment is based on that the Constitution has already been destroyed, the fact that just judicial judgment has disappeared, the fact that an illegal leader is ruling, and the fact that no matter how much we protest that it is an illegal impeachment, and no matter how much we shout about the rigged elections, we have been ignored. This is the proof that We the People are already heading down a terrible path.

We must clearly recognize that the people's silence and neglect today means that we are heading down a path from which we will not be able to recover, even with regrets that will cost us our lives tomorrow.

In the future, aren't we humans, different from beasts, who need to know why today we are silent about illegal and injustice and how careless we were in protecting our own sovereignty?

The traitors illegal actions against the Constitution and justice have been exposed in the two books that we have previously published and registered as an indelible record of history.

It is a stark fact that no matter how powerful those in power are now silent about illegality and injustice; it is not enough to hide their sins.

The general public have been foolish and deceived by them until now, but in order to find freedom and rights of We the People based on the spirits of laws and justice, we desperately need public resistance to criticize them in every possible way, rather than remaining silent over the injustice and illegality of the traitorous politicians.

We, the Patriotic Constitutional Guard, which is not a party to the illegal impeachment trial case by the Constitutional Court, believes that from the perspective of the people's sovereignty, it is natural that the actual people's sovereignty, that is, the people's sovereignty exercised through voting, should be well protected, rather than a formal vote that gives jobs for the traitorous politicians.

In this practical exercise of popular sovereignty, the illegal impeachment of the innocent president elected by the people without even the legal effect of dismissal resulted in the imprisonment against the legitimate president. This is truly an international disgrace and reproach to the people who failed to protect our own president. As human, we are ashamed and sorry about this.

In this respect, we as an eligible plaintiff in lawsuit based on popular sovereignty, have filed the impeachment invalidation lawsuit and continuously fought in the court.

The parties to the impeachment trial are the National Assembly, which is the prosecutor, and the President, who is the accused. So, it is difficult for citizens as third parties to intervene in the legal issues between them. However, the symbolic body of the creation of the exercise of popular sovereignty is the president legally elected by We the People. 4페이지

If the President to be impeached has committed wrongdoings to be impeached, there is nothing else to say about the legitimacy of impeachment, even in terms of practical popular sovereignty.

However, in fact, the National Assembly actively and intentionally broke the law by creating the non-existent crime and passed the impeachment against the President, and the Constitutional Court, which is the adjudication body that received the impeachment, also supplemented the insufficient prosecution actions and dismissed the president for illegal impeachment against the Constitution and the law. Didn't they declare the illegal impeachment and dismissal against the Constitution and the law?

​The fact that the legal effect of the dismissal did not occur in the declaration of dismissal due to illegal impeachment is because various mandatory provisions of public law for the management of the state were violated in the process of impeachment prosecution and judgment.

It was automatically invalidated, without any legal effect of dismissal, so President Park GeunHye is still legally alive for the remainder of her term as the legitimate President of the Republic of Korea.

If there is a legally valid effect, a reconsideration to obtain that invalidity will be necessary, but since no valid effect itself has occurred, there is nothing to seek reconsideration of the invalidity.

Despite this, the Constitutional Protection Corps has been proceeding with dozens of impeachment invalidity lawsuits to receive confirmation of this serious and clearly erroneous fact of illegal impeachment from discerning judges with a legal conscience, to break that injustice by confronting false and hypocritical media, and to inform the entire nation about this false illegal impeachment.

Because President Park GeunHye knows this fact, she was able to stand before We the People even after her illegal dismissal in 2017.

On the other hand, Yoon SeokYeol, who is mistaken for the president, visits President Park GeunHye, who was fraudulently impeached and ousted by him, and met her repeatedly cannot be criticized.

This is because the legal effect of dismissing President Park GeunHye, who was lawfully elected by We the People, from office after violating the mandatory provisions of public law committed by the national legal error under the leadership of the National Assembly and the Constitutional Court, has never occurred in the first place. Even now, the President of the Republic of Korea is still President Park GeunHye, while Moon JaeIn and Yoon SeokYeol, on the other hand, cannot help but be puppet leaders who have violated the Constitution and the law.

What does the leader-puppet government of such an illegal and fake banana republic have the authority to do with We the People? Shouldn't they use their personal assets, rather than the national treasury, to fix the situation where they should have to pay alimony to the people as joint compensation for damages caused by the illegal rule?

The 19th and 20th presidential elections were wrong as the competent prosecution and adjudication bodies went to great lengths to destroy the Constitution, failing to produce the legal effect of dismissal, and thus having no reason to be held with the President who was not dismissed from office under the Constitution.

The constitutional institutions of this country acted like children's play, saying, "We elected a new president," after arresting the legitimate President against the Constitution as a game of bullying. Even though they were aware of this wrong situation, they shamelessly pretended to be the president in front of the people; it is continuing up to now.

President Park GeunHye, the legitimate president who was not removed from office due to illegal impeachment, has no under legal effects whatsoever. 

However, President Park was caught up in the fake impeachment situation and may not know at the time that it was an illegal impeachment.

This is something that must be judged based on the Constitution and laws, where the fact that she did not know cannot change its meaning.

President Park GeunHye, who has somewhat recovered her health, can confidently declare that she is the owner of the presidential throne and return to power.

Since no legal effect of fake impeachment and dismissal has occurred, there is no reason to request a retrial as the party being prosecuted, which recognizes it as valid.

The Supreme Court's precedent is that anyone can claim natural invalidity at any time. Is there any other disagreement against this argument of ours?

We believe that the national assembly elections and local government head elections that were held under the leadership of the puppet leaders of the incredibly flawed, illegal, and fake banana republic cannot have legitimacy.

Additionally, there is some truth to the claim that the recent 22nd National Assembly election was not fair.

It is argued that the public election held by the wrongful and illegal regime that overthrew the legitimate president to maintain its power is also invalid as it has lost its legitimacy.

A professor of constitutional law questioned our claims as follows; “then shouldn’t it be said that the Japanese colonial rule was also wrong and should be returned to the way it was before, and that President Park ChungHee and President Chun DooHwan should also be restored to the way they were before?” 6페이지

In short, Japanese colonial rule was irresistible due to the country's national power and international order. ​For President Park ChungHee and President Chun DooHwan, and those around them, there is no way to recover as they become deceased.

However, President Park GeunHye is alive and maintains the good physical strength and sanity to carry out the remaining period of office term, so it is possible to restore the presidential throne to the legitimate President Park GeunHye.

If President Park is already deceased, it is clear that it was an illegal impeachment, however, that calls for her return to political office are a thing of the past.

As President Park is still alive and well, the de facto leader and his minions, unless they are henchmen of thieves, must politely return the power to the owner of the throne, President Park.

Following the orders of the puppet leaders and carrying out the political affairs faithfully is not loyalty to the country at all. Instead it would be loyalty for country to work with the people to seek justice in accordance with the Constitution and laws as a true citizen.

In addition, Park GeunHye, the legitimate president who was not impeached, still has the responsibility to fulfill her duties as President according to the Constitution and law within the deadlines prescribed by law.

Even if President Park is disgusted by the world of betrayal and does not want to do any more political work as the president who establishes the constitutional order of this country, she must declare her final resignation in order to elect the legitimate 19th president.

Since the puppet leaders of the illegitimate ruined country were recognized as the legitimate presidents and the leader Yoon SeokYeol is doing well, there is no legal basis to find anywhere to say, “Just let Yoon SeokYeol continue as president.”

President Park GeunHye, the legitimate and responsible President of the Republic of Korea, will not be lazy or shy away from establishing the country's constitutional order today, even if she leaves this world tomorrow.

The first person responsible for protecting the Constitution is President Park. The puppet leaders have no responsibility to protect the Constitution.

Protecting the Constitution from the puppet leader's regime is the mission of We the People who are living through this challenging time together.

We must realize that the freedom we enjoy today is the product of the love of humanity that was torn apart by carnage while fighting for freedom in the past.

‘Protecting the Constitution is the People’s Mission’, which must be properly and justly exercised.
