Year 3 Residential - Gopeng

At 7.15am on Monday, 25 March 2024, the children all arrived at school eagerly awaiting the beginning of their big adventure to Gopeng. They all piled on the buses, bags in hand and waved goodbye to their parents. Their first stop was Bukit Merah where they took a boat to Orangutan Island. They then went to another island where they needed to build shelters using only bamboo, sticks and tarps. The children cooperated and demonstrated resilience in overcoming many challenges while den building. After a subway lunch, they hopped back on the bus to go to Nomad Mountain school where they took part in a low ropes course and two caving activities. Although the unexpected lightning storm put a stop to their fun. Don't worry though, they returned the next day, after a lovely night's sleep in their luxury glamping tents to continue their adventure the next day. After completing their activities at Nomad, 75 children and 9 adults descended on Mrs Kim's delicious restaurant for a feast. With full tummies, they made their way back to school. What an amazing adventure they all had!

지난 3월25일 3학년 학생들이 1박2일 고뼁을 다녀왔습니다... 배를 타고 오랑우탄 섬을 다녀오고,  대나무로 집을 짓기도 하고...다양한 프로그램으로 즐겁고 행복한 시간을 갖고 돌아왔습니다.
