유애나 6기 OFFICIAL FANCLUB KIT 및 <꽃갈피> LP 프리미엄 거래 관련 조치 안내드립니다.

당사는 모든 프리미엄 거래에 대해 엄격히 대처하고 있으며, 이에 대해 여러 번 당부드린 바 있습니다.

특히, OFFICIAL FANCLUB KIT 상품은 팬클럽 가입자에게만 제공되는 혜택이며, 

팬클럽 회원카드 및 물품을 타인에게 양도, 또는 사고파는 행위는 모두 규정 위반 대상입니다.

이는 가입 당시 모집 내용을 통해 안내드린 바 있습니다.

또한, 팬클럽 혜택을 이용하여 <꽃갈피> LP를 구매한 후 프리미엄 거래를 시도하는 것 또한 규정 위반 대상입니다.

이와 같은 규정을 위반한 정황이 여러 건 신고되었으며, 그중 특정된 10명의 유애나 6기 회원에 대하여 페널티 안내드립니다.

- 위 회원은 팬클럽에서 영구 제명됩니다.

- 양도 및 프리미엄 거래가 실제로 이루어지지 않았더라도,

   1) 양도 및 프리미엄 거래를 ‘시도’한 정황이 명확한 경우

   2) 양도 및 프리미엄 거래의 판매자가 유애나 6기 회원으로 확인된 경우

  팬클럽 제명 대상으로 간주하였습니다.

- 1차적으로 메일을 통해 소명 요청을 드렸으나 회신이 없거나 소명이 정상적으로 진행되지 않았습니다. 상기 제명 회원 중 소명을 원하는 경우, 증빙 자료를 첨부하여 iu-official@daum.net으로 개별 문의 바랍니다.

지속적인 모니터링을 통해 콘텐츠 유출 및 정보 공유, 프리미엄 거래 등이 적발될 시,

팬클럽 명단 제외 및 당사에서 주최하는 모든 아이유의 유료 팬클럽 운영 및 유료 공연에 있어

블랙리스트로 영구히 관리하여 선 제명 처리할 예정이니, 팬 여러분의 유의와 양해 부탁드립니다.

Penalty for premium transactions of the UAENA 6th OFFICIAL FANCLUB KIT and <꽃갈피> LP

Hello.
This is EDAM Entertainment.

We are announcing the enforcement of penal measures regarding the premium transaction of the UAENA 6th OFFICIAL FANCLUB KIT and <꽃갈피> LP.

As we have announced on multiple occasions, the company has a strict policy regarding all premium transactions.

Especially, the OFFICIAL FANCLUB KIT product is a benefit only provided to fan club members,

and transfers or transactions of fan club membership cards or products are against company regulations.

This has been announced in the membership guide.

Purchasing a <꽃갈피> LP with a fan club benefit and attempting to make a premium transaction is also against company regulations.

We have received multiple reports of such violations, and have decided to enforce penal measures on 10 UAENA 6th members whom we have been able to identify.

- The above members will be permanently banned from the fan club.

- Even if the transfer or premium transaction did not take place, if

   1) There was a clear attempt of transfer or premium transaction

   2) The seller of the transfer or premium transaction was confirmed to be a UAENA 6th member

  we have permanently banned said members from the fan club.

- We have requested upfront vindication through e-mail, but have received no reply or proper justification so far. If any of the above members with to vindicate themselves, please contact iu-official@daum.net with the relevant evidence attached.

We monitor constantly for content leaks, information sharing, and premium transactions. Please note that if you are found participating in such activities, you will be permanently banned from the fan club, and will be blacklisted from all of IU’s paid fan club activities and paid concerts.
