why did we kicked out pitcher??

we just kicked out one player about last week. but LG didn't find another pitcher. we should wait until we find out new pitcher.
but actually i want to get big sruggler.for 1st baseman. and we have to put young pitcher at the starting pitcher. we should think long term. not for only this year. we have a lot of young pitchers. they just use for relief. it's not right. they might mass up some games when they start the game but it is experience..
