2. If there are any damaged or missing items, please contact YES24 or Innolife!

Problems that occurred during delivery are beyond the responsibility of the promotion team, and hard to check out. Contact the distribution company when there are missing or damaged items that occurred during delivery.

For issues regarding torn or poor printing quality, or any other external defects, also contact the distribution companies.

3. Check the Blu-ray/DVD player and the player software.

Especially, Blu-rays cannot be played without any specific devices. A player and player software for playing Blu-rays are needed.

4. Please contact and post a comment at the “[문의]불량 문의게시판” board, when it is certain that there are problems with the image and sound quality (including authoring problems).

- There can be differences caused by different monitors and sound devices you are using.

- In the case of Blu-rays, errors have to be checked and decided by playing the disc with Blu-ray players, not Blu-ray ODDs. This is because ODDs are influenced by diverse factors, including the spec of the computer, and are not appropriate indicators for detecting an error.

- If various problems occur every time you play the Blu-ray/DVD, there is a high chance of a defective player or player software. Please contact after playing the Blu-ray/DVD with various players.

- Exchange and refunds are possible within 3 months after receiving the Blu-ray/DVD.

5. Please protect the copyright of the Blu-ray/DVD.

- Unauthorized distribution, and posting unauthorized reproduction, such as animated GIFs and image captures, etc., are all not allowed, and are actions that infringe the copyright issue.
