Dynasty Properties is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Tech for Apartment complexes in Lac La Biche

The successful candidate must have

- Experience with Carpet, Lino & Subfloor Installation

-Complete Tenant Repair Requests as required (repair leaky faucets, toilets, clean clogged drains & Steamcleaning suites)
 -Winter Maintenance, Snow & Ice removal, sanding & salting.  
-Handling Lawns; cut, trimmed, watered, edged, and free of weeds 
-Spring clean-up: planting, filling potholes, etc. as determined by the Property Manager 
-Fall clean-up: leaf removal, winterize gardens and beds, trees trimmed, etc. 
-Able to troubleshoot & repair Minor boiler or hot water tank issues 
-Able to deal with after hour emergencies and maintain phone at all times. 
-Driver's license and vehicle required 
-Ability to operate smaller equipment including riding lawn mowers, snow blowers and skid steer 
- Aid Manager in completing renovations (Ripping carpet out, hauling garbage and painting suites or hallways)

Wages starting $22.00 per hr. Wages also Depends on Experience

Position works closely with On-site Property Manager & On-stie Apartment Accommodations are provided
