Bible Reading - Luke 15:1~10

1 Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus.
이제 세리들과 죄인들이 예수께 들으려고 모두 모여들고 있었다.

2 But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.”
그러나 바리새인들과 율법 교사들이 중얼거렸다, "이 사람이 죄인들을 환영하고 그들과 함께 먹는다."

3 Then Jesus told them this parable:
그때 예수께서 이 비유를 그들에게 말씀하셨다.

4. “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them.
너희 중에 하나가 양 일백 마리를 가졌는데 그것들 중에 한 마리를 잃었다고 가정해 보라.
Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?
그는 아흔아홉 마리의 양을 들판에 남겨두고 잃어버린 양을 찾을 때까지 찾아다니지 않을 것인가?

5 And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders.
그리고 그가 그것을 찾았을 때, 그는 기쁜 마음으로 그것을 그의 어깨 위에 둘러 맨다.

6 and goes home. 그리고 집으로 간다.
Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says,
그때 그는 그의 친구들과 이웃들을 함께 불러 말하기를
‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’
"나와 함께 기뻐하자. 나의 잃어버린 양을 찾았다."

7 I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.
내가 너희에게 말하는데, 이와 같이 회개하는 죄인 한 사람 때문에 하늘에서는 회개할 필요가 없는 의인 아흔아홉 사람보다 더 기뻐할 것이다.

8 “Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one.
아니면 어떤 여자가 가지고 있던 은화 열개 중에 하나를 잃었다고 가정해 보자.
Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it?
그 여자가 등불을 켜고 집을 쓸며 그것을 찾기까지 주의 깊게 찾지 않겠는가?

9 And when she finds it,
그리고 그 여자가 그것을 찾았을 때 she calls her friends and neighbors together and says,
그 여자는 친구들과 이웃들을 함께 불러 밀하기를,
‘Rejoice with me; 나와 함께 기뻐하자.
I have found my lost coin.’ 나는 잃어버렸던 동전을 찾았다.
