Do not feel hesitate to use what you have!

Friends, last Sunday we learned why, Jesus came on earth. Jesus came with a specific Mission. Jesus came to Seek & Save the lost sheep of God’s pasture. We’re the lost sheep & Jesus is the Shepherd.

Today, I want to let you know that what we’ve to use. Let me ask you question, what you have? No, doubt every time we hold MOBILES in our hands. Can we use Mobile in our sufferings and pains? No certainly not. MOBILES can not save us from our pains and sufferings. ------- Am I right?

Today. I want to let you know what we’ve to use in pains & sufferings with few Biblical examples.

Exodus 4 : 2 (God said to Moses)

Then the Lord said to him, “What is that in your hand?” “A staff,” he replied.

Adam and Eve disobeyed God. God expel them out and punished them. Adam suppose to work hard and live by flowing sweat and Eve suppose to give birth with pain. Friends the life what we’re living on earth. There are lots of pains, sufferings & temptations. What we’ve use to overcome them?

Today, listen message very carefully & defeat all pains, sufferings & temptations in your earthly lives.

1. Moses used, what was in his hand?

Moses led Israelites from Egypt towards the promised land. But on the way to the promised there was Red Sea. There was no Titanic Ship, nothing at all. King Pharaoh and his army followed Israelites to destroy and make them again slaves. Moses ask God, what to do & God said use what you have.

Exodus 14 : 16 & 21 (Red sea divided)

Raise your staff & stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground. - Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, & all that night the Lord drove the sea back with a strong east wind & turned it into dry land. The waters were divided,

God revealed Himself to Moses in burning bush. God gave power in his staff. Moses used his staff.

Exodus 17 : 6 (Moses strike the rock & water gush out)

I will stand there before you by the rock at Horeb. Strike the rock, and water will come

out of it for the people to drink.” So Moses did this in the sight of the elders of Israel.

Friends, what we’ve to do in our pains, sufferings & temptations. Use the name of Jesus with faith.

1st. Corinthians 15 : 57

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

2. David used, what was in his hand?

Friends, from our childhood, we learned a story of champion Goliath and young boy David. David was young shepherd boy. He skilled himself to throw a stone with sling to the exact point. King Saul offered him his fighting clothes to fight with Goliath. But it was hard to walk for David. David refused and trust in living Lord and used his sling to fight with champion Goliath instead any other weapon.

1st Samuel 17 : 40 & 50

Then he took his staff in his hand, chose five smooth stones from the stream, put them in the pouch of his shepherd’s bag &, with his sling in his hand, approached the Philistine. - So David triumphed over the Philistine with a sling & a stone; without a sword in his hand he struck down the Philistine & killed him.

David used the sling with faith. Friends, we’ve to use faith and overcome all pains & sufferings.

1st Samuel 17 : 45

David said to the Philistine, “You come against me with sword & spear & javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.

3. Prophet Elijah & Elisha used, what was in their hand?

Prophet Elijah understand that it’s time to go back cause God was calling him. Prophet Elijah said to his disciples Elisha not to follow him but Elisha followed his master at any cost. I appreciate Elisha being a disciple to respect and follow his master Elijah. Elijah & Elisha were standing at river Jordan. Elijah struck river Jordan with cloak & it was divided into 2 parts & both of them walked on dry land.

2nd. Kings 2 : 8

Elijah took his cloak, rolled it up and struck the water with it. The water divided

to the right and to the left, and the two of them crossed over on dry ground.

When Elijah was risen to heaven in chariot of fire & horses of fire. Elisha used same cloak to divide river.

2nd. Kings 2 : 14

He took the cloak that had fallen from Elijah & struck the water with it. “Where now is the Lord, the God of Elijah?” he asked. When he struck the water, it divided to the right & to the left, & he crossed over.

Brothers and sisters, use the name of Jesus with faith. He will give you victory. Amen

Romans 8 : 37 ~ No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

4. Widow used, what was in her house (hand)?

Prophet Elisha was having a Bible College. One of his student took lots of debt and he died without paying his debts. Debtor came to take his debt but widow was unable to pay. Debtor gave her little time pay. Debtor warned, If she will unable to pay. He’ll took his two sons as slave. Widow rushed to the prophet for the solution. Elisha asked, what she has? She told, she has little oil in home.

2nd. Kings 4 : 2

Elisha replied to her, “How can I help you? Tell me, what do you have in your house?”

“Your servant has nothing there at all,” she said, “except a small jar of olive oil.”

Elisha told her to use that oil. Elisha said go to her home borrow the jars from neighbors as many she can. Then locked the door & pour the oil to borrowed jars. Widow never argued, she just obeyed.

2nd. Kings 4 : 4 ~ 6

Then go inside and shut the door behind you and your sons. Pour oil into all the jars, and as each is filled, put it to one side.” She left him and shut the door behind her and her sons. They brought the jars to her and she kept pouring. When all the jars were full, she said to her son, “Bring me another one.” But he replied, “There is not a jar left.” Then the oil stopped flowing.

Widow never made argument with prophet. Just listen & obeyed. Then miracle happened.

Matthew 17 : 20

He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ & it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

5. Peter and John used what they have.

Friends, once Peter and John went to the temple to pray at 3 p.m. There they saw born a crippled person. He beg something. Peter and John did not gave him money but they gave what they have.

Act 3 : 6 & 8

Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus

Christ of Nazareth, walk.” - He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with

them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God.

As soon as crippled received Jesus. He healed, he walked, jumped & praised God & went in temple. Being a believer, what do you have? Do you have Jesus? Is Jesus with you & in you? If yes, use Jesus.

Matthew 28 : 20 ~~ And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

Conclusion :-

Friends, do you have pains, sufferings, difficulties, temptations. Don’t be afraid just use what you have?

Do you have the Jesus? Use the name of Jesus with faith. He is the answer of all uncertainties. Today, we don’t need any staff or sling, cloak or oil. We need Jesus to defeat every kind of situation.

John 14 : 14 ~~~ You may ask Me for anything in My name, and I will do it.

여러분이 가진 것을 사용하는데 망설이지 마십시오

지난 주일에 우리는 예수께서 왜 이 땅에 오셨는지 배웠습니다. 예수님은 특수한 사명을 가지고 오셨습니다. 하나님 목장의 잃어버린 양을 찾고 구하기 위해 오셨습니다. 우리는 잃어버린 양이고 예수님은 목자이십니다. 오늘, 우리가 무엇을 사용해야 하는지 알려드리고자 합니다. 질문하겠습니다. 여러분은 무엇을 가졌나요? 틀림없이 항상 손에 휴대폰을 잡고 있을 것입니다. 우리의 고난과 고통 중에 휴대폰을 사용할 수 있나요? 아닙니다, 절대 아닙니다. 휴대폰은 우리의 고통과 고난으로부터 우리를 구할 수 없습니다. 그렇죠? 오늘, 고통과 고난 중에 무엇을 사용해야 할지 몇몇 성경의 예를 들어 알려드리고자 합니다.

출애굽기 4 : 2 (하나님께서 모세에게 말씀하셨습니다)

여호와께서 그에게 이르시되 네 손에 있는 것이 무엇이냐 그가 이르되 지팡이니이다.

아담과 하와는 하나님께 불순종했습니다. 하나님은 그들을 쫓아내셨고 벌하셨습니다. 아담은 힘들게 일하고 땀을 흘리며 살아야 하고 하와는 고통으로 출산해야 합니다. 우리가 이 땅에서 살고 있는 인생은 수많은 고통, 고난과 유혹이 있습니다. 그것을 극복하려면 무엇을 사용해야 할까요?

오늘, 설교를 매우 주의 깊게 듣고 이 땅의 삶에서 모든 고통, 고난과 유혹을 이기십시오.

1. 모세는 손에 있는 것을 사용했습니다.

모세는 이스라엘 백성을 애굽에서 약속의 땅으로 인도했습니다. 하지만 약속의 땅으로 가는 도중에 홍해가 있었습니다. 거대한 배도 없었고 아무 것도 없었습니다. 바로 왕과 그의 군대가 이스라엘 백성을 멸하고 다시 노예로 삼으려고 뒤쫓아 왔습니다.

모세는 어떻게 해야 할지 하나님께 구했고 하나님께서 네가 가진 것을 사용하라고 말씀하셨습니다.

출애굽기 14 : 16, 21 (홍해가 갈라졌습니다)

지팡이를 들고 손을 바다위로 내밀어 그것이 갈라지게 하라 이스라엘 자손이 바다 가운데서

마른 땅으로 행하리라. - 모세가 바다 위로 손을 내밀매 여호와께서 큰 동풍이

밤새도록 바닷물을 물러가게 하시니 물이 갈라져 바다가 마른 땅이 된지라

하나님은 모세에게 불타는 나무속에서 자신을 나타내셨습니다.

하나님은 그의 지팡이에 능력을 주셨습니다. 모세는 그의 지팡이를 사용했습니다.

출애굽기 17 : 6 (모세가 바위를 치니 물이 흘러나왔습니다)

내가 호렙산에 있는 그 반석 위 거기서 네 앞에 서리니 너는 그 반석을 치라 그것에서

물이 나오리니 백성이 마시리라 모세가 이스라엘 장로들의 목전에서 그대로 행하니라.

우리의 고통, 고난, 유혹 중에 무엇을 해야 할까요? 믿음으로 예수의 이름을 사용하십시오.

고린도전서 15 : 57 ~ 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 우리에게 승리를 주시는 하나님께 감사하노니

2. 다윗은 손에 있는 것을 사용했습니다.

우리는 어린 시절부터 용사 골리앗과 소년 다윗의 이야기를 배웠습니다. 다윗은 어린 목자였습니다. 다윗은 정확한 지점에 물매로 돌을 던지는 것을 연습했습니다. 사울 왕은 그에게 골리앗과 싸우기 위한 갑옷을 주었으나 다윗에게는 걷기에도 힘들었습니다.

다윗은 거절하고 살아계신 주님을 믿고 다른 무기 대신에 골리앗과 싸우기 위해 물매를 사용했습니다.

사무엘상 17 : 40, 50

손에 막대기를 가지고 시내에서 매끄러운 돌 다섯을 골라서 자기 목자의 제구 곧 주머니에 넣고 손에 물매를 가지고 블레셋 사람에게로 나아가니라.

다윗이 이같이 물매와 돌로 블레셋 사람을 이기고 그를 쳐죽였으나 자기 손에는 칼이 없었더라

다윗은 믿음으로 물매를 사용했습니다. 우리는 믿음을 사용하여 모든 고통과 고난을 이겨야 합니다.

사무엘상 17 : 45

다윗이 블레셋 사람에게 이르되 너는 칼과 창과 단창으로 내게 나아오거니와 나는 만군의

여호와의 이름 곧 네가 모욕하는 이스라엘 군대의 하나님의 이름으로 네게 나아가노라.

3. 선지자 엘리야와 엘리사는 손에 있는 것을 사용했습니다

선지자 엘리야는 하나님께서 그를 부르셨기 때문에 돌아갈 시간이라는 것을 알았습니다. 선지자 엘리야는 제자 엘리사에게 따르지 말라고 말했으나 엘리사는 무슨 일이 있어도 주인을 따랐습니다. 저는 엘리사가 주인 엘리야를 존경하고 따르는 제자인 것을 인정합니다. 엘리야와 엘리사는 요단 강가에 서 있었습니다. 엘리야가 겉옷으로 요단강을 치니 둘로 갈라졌고 그들 둘이 마른 땅위로 걸어갔습니다.

열왕기하 2 : 8

엘리야가 겉옷을 가지고 말아 물을 치매 물이 이리저리 갈라지고 두 사람이 마른 땅 위로 건너더라.

불수레와 불말 속으로 엘리야가 하늘로 올려져 갔을 때 엘리사는 강을 가르기 위해 같은 겉옷을 사용했습니다.

열왕기하 2 : 14

엘리야의 몸에서 떨어진 그의 겉옷을 가지고 물을 치며 이르되 엘리야의 하나님 여호와는

어디 계시니이까 하고 그도 물을 치매 물이 이리저리 갈라지고 엘리사가 건너니라.

형제자매 여러분, 믿음으로 예수의 이름을 사용하십시오. 그분께서 여러분에게 승리를 주실 것입니다. 아멘.

로마서 8 : 37 ~~~ 그러나 이 모든 일에 우리를 사랑하시는 이로 말미암아 우리가 넉넉히 이기느니라.

4. 과부는 집(손)에 있는 것을 사용했습니다.

선지자 엘리사는 성경학교를 운영하고 있었습니다. 학생 중 한 사람이 많은 빚을 지고 갚지 못하고 죽었습니다. 채권자가 빚을 받으려고 찾아왔으나 과부는 갚을 수 없었습니다. 채권자는 갚을 시간을 거의 주지 않고 갚지 않으면 두 아들을 노예로 데려가겠다고 경고했습니다. 과부는 해결해 달라고 선지자에게 달려갔습니다. 엘리사는 그녀에게 무엇이 있는지 물었습니다. 그녀는 집에 기름이 조금 있다고 말했습니다.

열왕기하 4 : 2 ~~ 엘리사가 그에게 이르되 내가 너를 위하여 어떻게 하랴 네 집에 무엇이 있는지

내게 말하라 그가 이르되 계집종의 집에 기름 한 그릇 외에는 아무 것도 없나이다 하니.

엘리사는 그 기름을 사용하라고 말했습니다. 엘리사는 집에 가서 이웃에게 가능한 많이 그릇을 빌리라고 말했습니다. 그런 다음 문을 닫고 빌려온 그릇에 기름을 부으라고 말했습니다. 과부는 논쟁하지 않고 순종했습니다.

열왕기하 4 : 4 ~ 6

너는 네 두 아들과 함께 들어가서 문을 닫고 그 모든 그릇에 기름을 부어서 차는 대로 옮겨 놓으라 하니라 여인이 물러가서 그의 두 아들과 함께 문을 닫은 후에 그들은 그릇을 그에게로 가져오고 그는 부었더니 그릇에 찬지라 여인이 아들에게 이르되 또 그릇을 내게로 가져오라 하니 아들이 이르되 다른 그릇이 없나이다 하니 기름이 곧 그쳤더라.

과부는 선지자와 논쟁하지 않았습니다. 오직 듣고 순종했습니다. 그러자 기적이 일어났습니다.

마태복음 17 : 20

이르시되 너희 믿음이 작은 까닭이니라 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 만일 너희에게 믿음이 겨자씨 한 알 만큼만 있어도 이 산을 명하여 여기서 저기로 옮겨지라 하면 옮겨질 것이요 또 너희가 못할 것이 없으리라.

5. 베드로와 요한은 가진 것을 사용했습니다.

한번은 베드로와 요한이 오후 3시에 기도하러 성전으로 갔습니다. 거기에서 그들은 태어나면서

불구인 사람을 보았습니다. 그는 무언가를 구걸했습니다. 베드로와 요한은

그에게 돈을 주지 않았고 그들이 가진 것을 주었습니다.

사도행전 3 : 6, 8

베드로가 이르되 은과 금은 내게 없거니와 내게 있는 이것을 네게

주노니 나사렛 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 일어나 걸으라 하고

뛰어 서서 걸으며 그들과 함께 성전으로 들어가면서 걷기도 하고 뛰기도 하며 하나님을 찬송하니

장애인이 예수를 영접하자마자 치유 받아 걷고 뛰고 하나님을 찬양하며 성전으로 갔습니다.

신자로서 무엇을 가지고 있습니까? 예수를 가졌습니까? 예수님이 여러분과

함께 계시고 여러분 안에 계십니까? 그렇다면 예수를 사용하십시오.

마태복음 28 : 20 ~~~~ 내가 세상 끝날까지 너희와 항상 함께 있으리라 하시니라

결론 : - 고통, 고난, 어려움, 유혹이 있습니까? 두려워하지 말고 여러분이 가진 것을 사용하십시오. 예수를 가졌습니까? 믿음으로 예수의 이름을 사용하십시오. 그분은 모든 불확실한 것들의 답입니다. 오늘, 우리는 지팡이나 물매나 겉옷이나 기름이 필요하지 않습니다. 모든 상황을 이기기 위해 예수가 필요합니다.

요한복음 14 : 14 ~~~ 내 이름으로 무엇이든지 내게 구하면 내가 행하리라.
