Uplands-Langur Project Penang-Dusky Leaf Monkeys

We love our troop of Dusky Leaf Monkeys (especially this iconic first pic!), and want to make sure we maintain a harmonious and safe environment for them and our students to enjoy and coexist. This year we have set up a collaborative partnership with the @lagureprojectpenang where we are:

• Supporting them to advance their understanding of this species with use of our school as a research base for students of @usmofficial1969 who will study the Dusky Leaf Langurs

• Sharing photographs and videos of the monkey behaviours

• Learning from LPP how we can continue to coexist in harmony

• Workshop and intern opportunities for our students

We are very excited to engage with this community project and support the Langur Project Penang’s key mission of conservation, coexistence and citizen science
