"윤주야~ 오늘 컨디션이 어때? 모닝 커피. 여기있다."

"아~ 여보. 좋아요. 그러면 우린, 노바스코샤는 안 들리고 바로 가는 거지요. 저도 얼른 집에 가고 싶어요. 할 일이 지금부터 많아요. 가슴이 설레거든 요."

윤주는 지금부터 몸도 마음도 바쁘다고 생각했다. 토론토 집에가서 무엇을 어떻게 할지 걱정되지만, 그 바쁜 일이 남편인 강석과 함께하는 일이라 생각하니 그런 바쁜 일들 마져 즐거움이고 행복일 것이다. 그녀는 지금 이런 마음과 기분으로 집까지 잘 도착하길 바랐다.

그때 강석이 물끄럼히 윤주를 바라보았다.

"오빠~ 왜?"

정신을 차린 윤주가 놀란듯 강석을 보며 물었다.

"어~ 아니야. 별 일없는거지?"

"응. 오빠. 나 이렇게 튼튼해요."

윤주는 일어나 한바뀌 돌며 팔과 허리를 돌리고 웃었다.

"오케이. 그럼 곧 출발하는거다."

"옛서. I am ready."

그렇게 말하며 윤주는 강석을 안으며 속삭였다.

"여보~ 당신과 더 하고 싶은데... 아쉬워요."

"어이구~ 중년 아줌마도 그렇게 못합니다. 저도 늙었습니다. 그래도 기회는 얼마든지 있습니다."

"예. 알았어요. 미국은 내가 오랫동안 놀던 곳이니 어디서든 당신 죽여줄게요. 기대하시고 잘 갑시다."

마지막 말도 윤주는 멋지게 하였다.

그들이 몽턴을 지나자 윤주가 하비스를 발견하고 소리쳤다.

"오빠. 저어기. 하비스가 있어요."

그때 시각은 오후 2시가 되었다.

몽튼 지역도 여름의 열기를 빼면 다은 지역과 같이 평화스러웠다.

Harvey's Restaurant은 캐나다 브렌드이고 당연히 오너도 캐네디언이었다.

"나는 괜히 하비스 버그가 좋더라. 특히 Angus hamburger는 그들이 세일할 때 자주 먹게되더라. 맛있어."

"오빠~ 그러면 윤주도 앵그스 햄버거 먹어라는 말이잖아요. 좋아요. 부부동심일체라고 했으니 저도 앵그스 빅싸이즈 먹을거예요."

사실 빅 싸이즈는 우리가 먹기에는 너무 컷다. 나는 스몰로 하고 싸이드 디시는 튀김 어니언 링으로 했다.

역시 윤주에게는 버거웠다. 혼자 1개를 다 먹기에는. 게다가 포테이토 칲도 있거든. 코크 각각 1컵씩. 그들은 30분이나 식당안에서 늦는 점심을 잘 먹었다. 그리고 담배피고 커피마시고 난후 출발하여 바다가 바로 옆에 있는 St. John City에 8시가 되어서야 도착하였다.

"Yoon-joo ya~ How are you feeling today? Morning coffee. Here it is."

"Ah~ Honey. Okay. Then we'll skip Nova Scotia and go straight. I want to go home quickly too. I have a lot to do from now on. My heart is pounding."

Yoon-joo thought that she would be busy both physically and mentally from now on. She was worried about what to do when she got home to Toronto, but thinking that all that busy work would be with her husband, Kang-seok, even those busy work would be fun and happy. She hoped that she would arrive home safely with this kind of heart and feeling.

At that moment, Kang-seok looked at Yoon-joo blankly.

"Oppa~ Why?"

Yoon-jjoo, who came to her senses, looked at Kang-seok in surprise and asked.

"Oh~ No. Nothing happened, right?"

"Yeah. Oppa. I'm strong like this."

Yoon-joo got up, spun around, turned her arms and waist, and smiled.

"Okay. Then we'll be leaving soon."

"Yeah. I am ready."

Yoon-joo hugged Kang-seok and whispered as she said that.

"Honey~ I want to do more with you... I'm sad."

"Oh my~ Even middle-aged women can't do that. I'm old too. But there are plenty of opportunities."

"Yes. I got it. America is a place I've played for a long time, so I'll kill you no matter where you are. Look forward to it and have a good trip."

Yoon-joo said her last words nicely. As they passed Moncton, Yoon-joo spotted Harvey's and shouted.

"Oppa. Over there. There's Harvey's."

It was 2 p.m. at that time.

The Moncton area was as peaceful as the other areas, except for the summer heat.

Harvey's Restaurant is a Canadian brand, and of course, the owner is Canadian.

"I like Harvey's burgers for no reason. I often eat Angus hamburgers when they're on sale. They're delicious."

"Oppa~ Then Yoon-joo should eat the Angus hamburger too. Okay. Since you said that we are a couple, I will eat the Angus Big Size."

Actually, the Big Size was too big for us to eat. I got the Small and the Side Dish had fried onion rings. It was too much for Yoon-joo. She couldn't eat one by herself. Plus, there were potato chips. Each had a cup of Coke. They had a late lunch in the restaurant for 30 minutes. And after smoking a cigarette and drinking coffee, they left. They arrived in St. John City, which was right next to the ocean, at 8 o'clock.
