Bible Reading - Luke 17:11~21

17:11 Now on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus traveled along the border between Samaria and Galilee.

이제 예루살렘으로 가는 길에 예수님은 사마리아와 갈릴리의 경계를 따라 여행하셨다.

17:12 As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy met him.

그가 마을로 들어가고 계실 때, 문둥병자 열명이 그를 만났다.

 They stood at a distance
17:13 and called out in a loud voice, "Jesus, Master, have pity on us!"

그들은 멀리 떨어져 서서 큰 소리로 외쳤다. "예수님, 주님, 저희를 불쌍히 여겨 주십시오!"

17:14 When he saw them, 그가 그들을 보셨을 때에 

he said, "Go, show yourselves to the priests." 

그는 "가서 너희 자신들을 제사장들에게 보여라."고 말씀하셨다.

And as they went, they were cleansed. 그리고 그들이 갔을 때 그들은 깨끗해졌다.

17:15 One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, 

그들 중에 한 사람, 그가 나음을 받은 것을 보았을 때 돌아와서 

praising God in a loud voice.목소리를 높여 하나님의 찬양했다.

17:16 He threw himself at Jesus' feet and thanked him--and he was a Samaritan.

그는 예수님의 발 앞에 엎드려 그에게 감사하였는데 그는 사마리아 사람이었다.

17:17 Jesus asked, "Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine?

예수께서 물으셨다. "열명 모두가 깨끗하여지지 않았던가? 나머지 아홉명은 어디에 있는가?"

17:18 Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?"

이 외국인 외에는 돌아와서 하나님을 찬양할 사람이 아무도 없었단 말인가?

17:19 Then he said to him, "Rise and go; your faith has made you well."

그때 그가 그에게 말씀하셨다. "일어나 가라. 너의 믿음이 너를 낫게했다."

17:20 Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come,

어느 날, 바리새인들이 예수께 하나님의 나라가 언제 오겠느냐고 물었을 때,

Jesus replied, "The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation,
17:21 nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the kingdom of God is within you."

예수께서 대답하셨다. "하나님의 나라는 너희의 주의깊은 관찰로 오는 것이 아니며, 사람들이 '여기 있다' 또는 '저기 있다'라고 말하지도 않을 것이다. 왜냐하면 하나님의 나라는 너희 안에 있기 때문이다."
