Voice of experience. Helps back four more than they help him. Controls defence with constant chat.

Old Trafford's unsung hero always seems to come up with those timely blocks, headers and interceptions, just like Ricardo Carvalho.

Rendered Gabriel Heinze surplus to requirements because he is pacy and enterprising going forward and tenacious in defence.
빠르고 전방으로 나가는데 적극적이고 끈질긴 수비때문에 가브리엘 에인세가 꼭 필요하지 않는 선수가 되게 했다.

Ji-Sung Park 7
He'd probably run all day if asked and fits into perfectly to United's tactics because he's so adaptable, equally at home on either wing.
주문받으면 아마 하루 종일 달릴 것이다. 적응이 뛰어나고 양윙에서 똑같이 편안해서 맨유 전술에 딱 들어 맞는다.

Michael Carrick 7
One of the game's most efficient, unflustered passers of the ball. Now needs to pose more of an attacking threat.
가장 효과적이고 침착한 패스를 하는 선수 중 하나. 지금은 좀 더 공격적인 위협을 줄 필요가 있다.

Nani 6
The art of running with the ball is knowing when to release it but at the moment he doesn't know when to release it.
볼을 몰고 달리는 예술은 알고 있지만, 현재로는 언제 그 볼을 넘겨야 할지를 모른다.

Paul Scholes 9
He is brilliant at passing, shooting and getting into the opposition's penalty box, but quite simply awful when it comes to tackling.

Cristiano Ronaldo 9

Rightly renowned for attacking football, but should be proud of the way his team kept Barcelona's ace forwards at bay.

Petr Cech 9/10
An excellent shot-stopper who made vital saves against Liverpool and has done well to overcome worrying head injury.
리버풀 전에서 중요한 선방을 한 뛰어난 슛 저지 선수. 걱정되는 머리 부상을 잘 극복해 왔다.

Michael Essien 8
When it comes to work-rate, virtually second to none. Still needs to brush up on his technique in terms of first-touch and shooting.
활동량으로 말하자면 사실 아무도 못따라 온다. 퍼스트 터치와 슛팅 측면에서 기술을 더 연마할 필요가 있다.

Ricardo Carvalho 8
Expert reader of the game. Always around for blocks and interceptions, but relies on physical contact too much.
경기 흐름을 읽는 전문가. 항상 블록과 가로채기를 하지만 너무 몸 싸움에 의존한다.

John Terry 8
Needs a few more games to get back to his best, but he is working hard at his captaincy and looks more and more self-controlled.
전성기로 돌아오려면 몇 경기가 더 필요하지만, 주장으로서 열심히 뛰고 자신을 더 잘 조절하는 것처럼 보인다. 

Ashley Cole 7
Best left-back on the planet at the last World Cup. Has gone backwards in the last two years due to a mixture of on- and off-field problems.

Now knows that talent has to be married to a strong work ethic if he is to continue prospering in English football.

Claude Makelele 7
Ultra-reliable defensively and still the best anchorman in English football but at 35, his legs aren't what they used to be.
수비에서 최고로 믿을 수 있고, 여전히 영국 축구에서 최고의 엥커맨이다. 하지만 35살 나이에서 그의 다리는
                   더 이상 예전의 그것은 아니다.

Frank Lampard 8
Multi-dimensional midfielder who is not only a box-to-box player but also has a good passing range and delivers goals aplenty.
단순히 연결고리 역할뿐만 아니라 준수한 패스 범위와 많은 골을 넣는 다차원적인 미드필더.

Joe Cole 7
Has repertoire of tricks to be constant threat, especially when heading in-field, but too erratic and often becomes a peripheral figure.
항상 위협이 되는 재주가 단골이고, 특히 경기장 안쪽으로 들어올 때 그렇다. 하지만 실수가 많고 종종 걷돈다.

Salomon Kalou 7
Improving. Has learned how to play across the front line, like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, and that's the future for forwards.

Didier Drogba 8
When he's not theatrically falling over this powerful striker is a real handful, but can become marginalised too easily.
과장되게 넘어지지 않을 때는 이처럼 힘이 넘치는 스트라이커도 진짜 별로 없지만, 너무 쉽게 중심부에서 떨어져 나갈 수 있다.   

Avram Grant 7
Invited trouble against Liverpool by sitting on one-goal lead. Must not make same mistake again as United will be less forgiving.
리버풀 전에서 한골 리드에 안주하다가 문제를 자초했다. 맨유는 덜 봐주기 떄문에 똑같은 실수를 반복하지 말아야 한다. 

Overall verdict: Manchester United victory
If they're at their best individually and collectively, United will prevail because they have achieved a potent balance by allying individual flair to a good team work ethic. Chelsea will prove to be stubborn opponents which is something United emulated against Barcelona.

그들이 개인적으로나 집단으로 최고에 있다면, 맨유가 개인적인 재능을 좋은 팀 정신에 접목해서 강력한 조화를 이루기 때문에
우세할 것이다. 첼시는 맨유가 바르셀로나 전에서 우열을 다툰 그런 쉽게 꺾이지 않는 상대라는 걸 증명할 것이다.
