Chapter 10

10:46 Then they came to Jericho. 그런 다음 그들은 여리고에 도착했습니다.

As Jesus and his disciples, together with a large crowd, were leaving the city, 

큰 무리(군중)들과 함께 예수와 그의 제자들이 그 도시를 떠나고 있을 때

a blind man, Bartimaeus (that is, the Son of Timaeus), was sitting by the roadside begging.

바디매오(즉, 디매오의 아들)라는 한 맹인이 구걸하면서 길가에 앉아있었다.

10:47 When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, 그가 나사렛 예수시라는 것을 듣고 

he began to shout, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!"

그는 외치기 시작했다."다윗의 자손, 예수여, 나를 불쌍히 여기소서!"

10:48 Many rebuked him and told him to be quiet, 많은 사람들이 그를 꾸짖고 조용히 하라고 말했다.

but he shouted all the more, "Son of David, have mercy on me!"

그러나 그는 더욱더 "다윗의 자손이여, 나를 불쌍히 여기소서!"라고 외쳤다.

10:49 Jesus stopped and said, "Call him." 예수께서 멈추셔서 말씀하시기를 "그를 불러라."

So they called to the blind man, 그래서 그들은 그 맹인을 불렀다.

"Cheer up! On your feet!(일어나라) He's calling you."

힘내라! 일어나라. 그가 너를 부르시고 계신다.

10:50 Throwing his cloak aside, 그의 겉옷을 옆으로 던지고서

he jumped to his feet and came to Jesus. 그는 그의 발로 뛰어 예수께 왔다.

10:51 "What do you want me to do for you?" Jesus asked him. 

"너는 내가 너를 위해 무엇을 해 주기를 원하느냐?" 예수께서 그에게 물으셨다.

The blind man said, "Rabbi, I want to see." 그 맹인이 "랍비여, 내가 보기를 원합니다."라고 말했다.

10:52 "Go," said Jesus, "가라."고 예수께서 말씀했다.

"your faith has healed you." 너의 믿음이 너를 치료했다.

Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.

즉시 그는 그의시력을 회복하고 길에서 예수를 따랐다.
