WFWP August 21st program with Karen Ryce

On August 21st, from 2-4pm. on a hot sunny Las Vegas Sunday afternoon 24 people gathered to hear our speaker, Karen Ryce, present "Seven Steps to Harmony." She is a certified teacher of

the Nevada Registry and shared her method and experience of teaching Montessori to parents and teachers on the subject of "how to raise children in an atmosphere of mutual respect." 

Among the group were 3 ladies, who work in Montessori, In- Home, and New Horizon Preschools. They were given 2 hours of childcare training credit for participating. The following is the

After chatting for a while, with our tasty snacks in tow, we sat down to learn about "Positive

Respect in Action." We each tried out some of the steps we had just learned with a partner and

found that two hours had gone by quickly.
