Bible Reading - Luke 20:21~32

20:21 So the spies questioned him: 그래서 그 첩자들이 그에게 질문했다.

"Teacher, we know that you speak and teach what is right, and that you do not show partiality 

선생님, 저희는 선생님께서 옳은 것을 말씀하시며 가르치신다는 것과, 편파적인 태도를 보이지 않으신다는 것을

but teach the way of God in accordance with the truth.

그러나 진리에 따라 하나님의 길을 가르치신다는 것을 압니다. 

20:22 Is it right for us to pay taxes to Caesar or not?"

가이사에게 세금을 내는 것이 옳습니까, 그렇지 않습니까?

20:23 He saw through their duplicity and said to them,

그는 그들의 이중성을 궤뚫어 보시고 그들에게 말씀하셨다.

20:24 "Show me a denarius. Whose portrait and inscription are on it?"

데나리온을 내게 보여주어라. 누구의 초상화와 명각이 그 위에 있는가?

20:25 "Caesar's," they replied. 그들은 "가이사의 것"이라고 대답했다.

He said to them, "Then give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's."

그가 그들에게 "그러면 가이사의 것은 가이사에게 하나님의 것은 하나님께 드려라."고 말씀하셨다.

20:26 They were unable to trap him in what he had said there in public.

그들은 그가 공개 석상에서 했던 발언을 빌미로 그를 함정에 빠뜨릴 수 없었다.

And astonished by his answer, they became silent.

그리고 그의 대답에 놀라서 그들은 아무 말도 할 수 없었다.

20:27 Some of the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to Jesus with a question.

부활이 없다고 말하는 사두개인들 중에 몇사람이 질문을 가지고 예수께 왔다.

20:28 "Teacher," they said, "Moses wrote for us that if a man's brother dies and leaves a wife but no children, the man must marry the widow and have children for his brother. 그들은 "선생님, 모세는 만일 어떤 사람의 형제가 죽고 그의 아내를 남겨두었는데 자식이 없다면 그 사람은 그 과부에게 결혼해야만 하며 그의 형제를 위하여 자녀를 가져야만 합니다."하고 말했다.

20:29 Now there were seven brothers.이제 일곱 형제들이 있었습니다.

The first one married a woman and died childless.

그 첫째가 한 여자에게 결혼했고 자식이 없이 죽었습니다.

20:30 The second
20:31 and then the third married her, 그 둘째와 그리고 세째도 그녀와 결혼했습니다. 

and in the same way the seven died, leaving no children. 같은 방식은 그 일곱째도 죽었습니다.

20:32 Finally, the woman died too. 최종적으로 그 여자 역시 죽었습니다.
