하앍~ 역시 ESSAY 못 쓰는건 여전한듯~~ 하앍~~~ 하앍~~ ㅋㅋ 장난이구요........하앍~~ 정말 Andrew 한테 정말 고맙네연......... 하앍~ 한국가서 놀기 바쁠텐데~ 숙제도 해주고~~ 그런데;; 여태까지 숙제를 2번 했는데;;; 왜이리 감격스러운지.........;;; 이럴때 학생을 가르친 보람이 있구나 하는.......그런데;;; 문법하고 단어 쓴거는.. 여전하군요;;; 마음에 안드네;; 하앍 하앍~

Having a lot of friends in different positions and businesses has given me the opportunity to examine the different consequences of these situations. One might wonder of the outcomes of taking a position in a certain company or being a self-employed person. I myself think that it would be better for me if I were having my own business. Although the benefits of being a self-employed are so evident, we should never understate the advantages of being employed in a company.

The first point I would like to make is that there are several advantages to being self-employed. The first advantage is that all the profits of the business would go entirely to the owner. There is no one else to share the owner the earnings and the profits. On the contrary, we notice that an employee receives a salary at the end of the month and that the owner of the company receives all the profits. In other words, an employee will receive only a part of the earnings. For example, two years ago my friend worked as an employee for a huge company specialized in food industry, on the time she only received less than $100, the owner of the company has gained lots of money as a result of his successful business. A second advantage that can be mentioned is that if I owned my own business, I would be the Boss of myself. This would allow me to specify the hours of work that are suitable for me. Moreover, I would be the one responsible to manage all the plans and develop the ideas that can freshen and revitalize my business. Being an employee would hinder me of thinking of innovative ideas because as an employee, one has to obey the manager or the boss of the company. There is no much room for displaying one's own ideas. Instead, one has to work under the directions of those who are in higher positions in the company.

However, being an employee has its advantages. The most important advantage is that an employee has definite work-hours that end by the ending of the day. Unlike the self-employed, this benefit allows the employee to spend more time with his/her family. On the contrary, the owner of a certain business has to keep his/her mind working all the time in order to insure that nothing would go wrong and cause him/her to lose his money or even the entire business. The example can be cited to clarify my point is that a friend of mine has his own business in the field of furniture manufacturing, he always away from his family; he needs to travel most of the time to supervise his business, and when he is in the city, he has lots of problems to worry about. As the manager of his company, he is the one that has to work all the time and has to be fully attentive in order to avoid any serious incidents that might endanger his business.

So, having the opportunity to observe the advantages of each field through my friends gave me the ability to decide which way that I'm going to pursue in the future. I'm a person who prefers to have her own business instead of becoming an employee. I do think that some people would absolutely prefer to have positions in a company. However, I see myself as a person that runs her own business in the future.
