Potential power in the name of Jesus.

Friends, from the book of Genesis to the book of Revelation. Bible is filled with numberless names. And every name has it’s special meaning. Some names have good meaning & some are with painful meanings.

Abram	My Prince / Father	Abigail	father's joy
Abraham	Father of many nations	Jabez	Pain or sorrow
Sarai	My princess / Mother	Micah	Who is like Lord or Yahweh?
Sarah	Mother of many nations	Elisha	My God is salvation

Today, I am going to share with you the very special, perfect & powerful name. The name of Jesus.

Matthew 1 : 21 ~ 23

She will give birth to a Son, and you are to give Him the name Jesus, because He will save His people from their sins.” All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a Son, and they will call Him Immanuel” (which means “God with us”).

1. Jesus is the Savior.

Dear brothers and sisters, God made Adam and Eve. God put them in a wonderful place called Garden of Eden. But Adam and Eve disobeyed. Because of disobedience of Adam & Eve. We all became sinners.

Romans 3 : 23 ~~ for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Job 15 : 14

What are mortals, that they could be pure, or those born of woman, that they could be righteous?

Psalms 51 : 5 ~~~ Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me.

There should be someone who remove or cleanse our sin. And that is our Savior Lord Jesus.

Romans 10 : 9 ~~~ If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in

your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Acts 16 : 31 ~~ They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, & you will be saved you and your household.”

Acts 2 : 21 ~~ And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’

2. Jesus is the Healer.

Friends, Acts 3. By birth there was lame person. He never walk. When he saw Peter and John. Beggar lift his hand for some help. Peter & John never gave any money but they just gave him the name of Jesus.

Acts 3 : 6 ~~ Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do

have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.”

As soon as lame person received the name of Jesus. He jumped, praise and walk. He went into Temple

Acts 3 : 8 ~~ He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them

into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God.

Hebrews 13 : 8 ~~~ Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

3. Jesus has the power over demons.

We’ve power in Jesus name. We can drive out demons too in Jesus name. Condition is have faith in Jesus.

Acts 16 : 18

She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so annoyed that he turned around and said to the spirit, “In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!” At that moment the spirit left her.

Paul did not used his own power, or he did not use any other name. Paul used only Jesus name.

Mark 16 : 17 (1st Portion)

And these signs will accompany those who believe: In My name they will drive out demons;

We the followers of Jesus. We can use the name of Jesus and rebuke the demons, pains and diseases.

Acts 19 : 13 (Sons of Jewish priest Sceva)

Some Jews who went around driving out evil spirits tried to invoke the name of the Lord

Jesus over those who were demon-possessed. They would say, “In the name

of the Jesus whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.”

Dear brothers and sisters, those Jews, they didn’t know Jesus and they also didn’t not believe in

Jesus but they use the name of Jesus. Do we use the name of Jesus to bind the demons?

4. Jesus is the protector.

Dear brothers and sisters, number 4 remember Jesus is our protector. In our difficulties, pains and suffering. Lord Jesus is our strong rock and shelter. In Him we have peace, joy, hope and protection.

John 17 : 11

I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name, the name you gave Me, so that they may be one as we are one.

Proverbs 18 : 10 ~ The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.

When Peter was sinking in water Jesus hold his hand. When Disciples were in boat & there was thunder storm. Jesus rebuked the wind & water. Friends, let’s use the name of Jesus in our un-even circumstances

5. Jesus is the sign of Harmony.

Our Lord Jesus taught us to make Harmony. He by Himself make Harmony with God the Father and Holy Spirit. Trinity, God the Father, God the Son & God the Holy Spirit are all one. Three in one & One in three.

John 17 : 11

I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name, the name you gave Me, so that they may be one as we are one.

2nd. Corinthians 5 : 18

All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ & gave us the ministry of reconciliation:

Brothers & sisters, our Lord Jesus gave us the ministry of reconciliation. Do we make reconciliation or not?

6. Only, ask in Jesus name.

Brothers & sisters, whenever we ask, wherever we ask. We’ve to ask to God the Father in Jesus name.

John 14 : 13

And I will do whatever you ask in My name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

Always remember we can ask only in Jesus name. And God will give us on it’s exact time. Not before not later.

John 16 : 23

In that day you will no longer ask Me anything. Very truly I

tell you, My Father will give you whatever you ask in My name.

7. Jesus, in Jesus name we have victory.

Brothers & sisters, everyone of us want to have victory. Always remember victory is hidden in Jesus name.

1st Corinthians 15 : 57

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

If we want to have victory over our hard circumstances, problems & pains. Use the name of Jesus with faith.

John 15 : 7

If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

Lesson for you and me.

We learned the meaning of Jesus. Ask to God the father in Jesus name with the power of the Holy Spirit. ⓵ He is the Savior. ⓶ He is the healer. ⓷ He has the power over Demons. ⓸ He is the protector.

⓹ He is the sign of Harmony. ⓺ Only ask in Jesus name. ⓻ He gives us victory.

예수 이름의 잠재적 능력

창세기에서 요한계시록까지 성경에는 수많은 이름들이 가득 차 있습니다. 또한 모든 이름들은 특별한 의미를 가지고 있습니다. 어떤 이름은 좋은 의미를 가지고 있고 어떤 이름은 고통스러운 의미입니다.

모세-	물에서 건졌다	나발	바보, 불량배
아브람	나의 왕 / 어버지	아비가일	아버지의 기쁨
아브라함	많은 민족의 아버지	야베스	고통
사래	나의 공주 / 여주인	미가	누가 여호와와 같은가?
사라	많은 민족의 어머니	엘리사	하나님은 구원이시다

오늘, 저는 매우 특별하고 완벽하고 능력있는 이름을 여러분과 나누고자 합니다. 예수의 이름입니다.

마태복음 1 : 21 ~ 23

아들을 낳으리니 이름을 예수라 하라 이는 그가 자기 백성을 그들의 죄에서 구원할 자이심이라 하니라 이 모든 일이 된 것은 주께서 선지자로 하신 말씀을 이루려 하심이니 이르시되 보라 처녀가 잉태하여 아들을 낳을 것이요 그의 이름은 임마누엘이라 하리라 하셨으니 이를 번역한즉 하나님이 우리와 함께 계시다 함이라.

1. 예수는 구세주.

형제자매 여러분, 하나님은 아담과 하와를 창조하셨습니다. 하나님은 그들을 에덴 동산이라는 멋진 장소에 두셨습니다. 하지만 아담과 하와는 불순종했습니다. 아담과 하와의 불순종 때문에 우리는 모두 죄인이 되었습니다.

로마서 3 : 23 ~~~ 모든 사람이 죄를 범하였으매 하나님의 영광에 이르지 못하더니.

욥기 15 : 14 ~~~ 사람이 어찌 깨끗하겠느냐 여인에게서 난 자가 어찌 의롭겠느냐.

시편 51 : 5 ~~~ 내가 죄악 중에서 출생하였음이여 어머니가 죄 중에서 나를 잉태하였나이다.

우리 죄를 없애고 깨끗하게 할 누군가가 있어야 합니다. 그분은 바로 우리 구세주 예수님입니다.

로마서 10 : 9

네가 만일 네 입으로 예수를 주로 시인하며 또 하나님께서 그를

죽은 자 가운데서 살리신 것을 네 마음에 믿으면 구원을 받으리라.

사도행전 16 : 31 ~~~ 이르되 주 예수를 믿으라 그리하면 너와 네 집이 구원을 받으리라 하고.

사도행전 2 : 21 ~~~ 누구든지 주의 이름을 부르는 자는 구원을 받으리라 하였느니라.

2. 예수는 치유자.

나면서부터 못 걷는 사람이 사도행전 3장에 나옵니다. 그는 걸을 수 없었습니다. 그가 베드로와 요한을 보았을 때 그 거지는 도와달라고 손을 들어올렸습니다. 베드로와 요한은 돈을 줄 수 없었지만 그에게 예수의 이름을 주었습니다.

사도행전 3 : 6 ~~~ 베드로가 이르되 은과 금은 내게 없거니와 내게 있는 이것을

네게 주노니 나사렛 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 일어나 걸으라 하고.

못 걷는 사람이 예수의 이름을 받자마자 뛰고 찬양하고 걸었습니다. 그는 성전으로 들어갔습니다.

사도행전 3 : 8

뛰어 서서 걸으며 그들과 함께 성전으로 들어가면서 걷기도 하고 뛰기도 하며 하나님을 찬송하니.

히브리서 13 : 8 ~~~ 예수 그리스도는 어제나 오늘이나 영원토록 동일하시니라.

3. 예수는 마귀를 이기는 능력을 가지고 있습니다.

우리는 예수의 이름으로 능력을 얻습니다. 예수의 이름으로 마귀를 쫓아낼 수도 있습니다. 조건은 예수를 믿는 것입니다.

사도행전 16 : 18 ~~~ 이같이 여러 날을 하는지라 바울이 심히 괴로워하여 돌이켜 그 귀신에게 이르되 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 내가 네게 명하노니 그에게서 나오라 하니 귀신이 즉시 나오니라.

바울은 자신의 능력을 사용하지 않았고 어떤 다른 이름을

사용하지 않았습니다. 바울은 오직 예수의 이름을 사용했습니다.

마가복음 16 : 17 (전반)

믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니 곧 그들이 내 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내며.

예수의 제자인 우리는 예수의 이름을 사용하여 마귀와 고통과 질병을 꾸짖을 수 있습니다.

사도행전 19 : 13 (유대인 제사장 스게와의 아들들)

이에 돌아다니면 마술하는 어떤 유대인들이 시험 삼아 악귀 들린 자들에게 주 예수의

이름을 불러 말하되 내가 바울이 전파하는 예수를 의지하여 너희에게 명하노라 하더라

형제자매 여러분, 이 유대인들은 예수를 알지 못했고 또한 예수를 믿지 않았지만 그들은

예수의 이름을 사용했습니다. 우리는 마귀를 결박하기 위해 예수의 이름을 사용합니까?

4. 예수는 보호자.

형제자매 여러분, 네 번째로 예수는 보호자임을 기억하십시오. 어려움, 고통, 고난 중에 주 예수는

강한 바위와 피난처가 되십니다. 그분 안에서 우리는 평안, 기쁨, 소망과 보호를 받습니다.

요한복음 17 : 11

나는 세상에 더 있지 아니하오나 그들은 세상에 있사옵고 나는 아버지께로 가옵나니 거룩하신

아버지여 내게 주신 아버지의 이름으로 그들을 보전하사 우리와 같이 그들도 하나가 되게 하옵소서.

잠언 18 : 10 ~~~ 여호와의 이름은 견고한 망대라 의인은 그리로 달려가서 안전함을 얻느니라.

베드로가 물에 빠져갈 때 예수님은 그의 손을 잡으셨습니다. 제자들이 배에 타고 있을 때 폭풍우가

일어났습니다. 예수님은 바람과 물을 꾸짖으셨습니다. 평탄치 않은 상황에서 예수의 이름을 사용합시다.

5. 예수는 화합의 상징.

우리 주 예수님은 화합하라고 가르치셨습니다. 그분도 하나님 아버지와 성령과 화합을 이루셨습니다. 삼위일체 성부 하나님, 성자 하나님, 성령 하나님은 한분이십니다. 한 분 안에 세분, 세 분 안에 한분이십니다.

요한복음 17 : 11

나는 세상에 더 있지 아니하오나 그들은 세상에 있사옵고 나는 아버지께로 가옵나니 거룩하신

아버지여 내게 주신 아버지의 이름으로 그들을 보전하사 우리와 같이 그들도 하나가 되게 하옵소서.

고린도후서 5 : 18 ~~~ 모든 것이 하나님께로서 났으며 그가 그리스도로 말미암아 우리를

자기와 화목하게 하시고 또 우리에게 화목하게 하는 직분을 주셨으니.

형제자매 여러분, 우리 주 예수님은 화목의 직분을 우리에게 주셨습니다. 우리는 화목을 이룹니까?

6. 오직 예수의 이름으로 구하십시오.

형제자매 여러분, 언제든지 어디서든지 우리가 구할 때 예수의 이름으로 하나님 아버지께 구해야 합니다.

요한복음 14 : 13 ~~~ 너희가 내 이름으로 무엇을 구하든지 내가 행하리니 이는 아버지로

하여금 아들로 말미암아 영광을 받으시게 하려 함이라.

우리는 오직 예수의 이름으로 구할 수 있음을 항상 기억하십시오.

하나님께서 이르지도 늦지도 않게 정확한 때에 주실 것입니다.

요한복음 16 : 23 ~~~ 그 날에는 너희가 아무 것도 내게 묻지 아니하리라 내가 진실로 진실로 너희에 게 이르노니 너희가 무엇이든지 아버지께 구하는 것을 내 이름으로 주시리라.

7. 예수, 예수의 이름에 승리가 있습니다.

형제자매 여러분, 우리 모두 승리를 얻고자 합니다. 승리는 예수의 이름에 숨겨져 있음을 항상 기억하십시오.

고린도전서 15 : 57 ~ 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 우리에게 승리를 주시는 하나님께 감사하노니.

어려운 상황, 문제, 고통을 넘어 승리하고자 한다면 믿음으로 예수의 이름을 사용하십시오.

요한복음 15 : 7

너희가 내 안에 거하고 내 말이 너희 안에 거하면 무엇이든지 원하는 대로 구하라 그리하면 이루리라.

우리는 예수의 의미를 배웠습니다. 성령의 능력을 가지고 예수의 이름으로 하나님 아버지께 구하십시오.

⓵ 그분은 구세주이십니다. ⓶ 그분은 치유자이십니다. ⓷ 그분은 마귀를 이기는 능력을 가지고 있습니다. ⓸ 그분은 보호자이십니다. ⓹ 그분은 화합의 상징입니다. ⓺ 오직 예수의 이름으로 구하십시오.
