1. What is the contents of the text?

-10.In the four and twentieth day of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, came the word of the LORD by

-Haggai the prophet, saying,
-11.Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Ask now the priests concerning the law, saying,
-12.If one bear holy flesh in the skirt of his garment, and with his skirt do touch bread, or pottage, or wine, or oil, or

-any meat, shall it be holy? And the priests answered and said, No.
-13.Then said Haggai, If one that is unclean by a dead body touch any of these, shall it be unclean? And the priests

-answered and said, It shall be unclean.
-14.Then answered Haggai, and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith the LORD; and so is

-every work of their hands; and that which they offer there is unclean.
-15.And now, I pray you, consider from this day and upward, from before a stone was laid upon a stone in the temple

-of the LORD:
-16.Since those days were, when one came to an heap of twenty measures, there were but ten: when one came to

-the pressfat for to draw out fifty vessels out of the press, there were but twenty.
-17.I smote you with blasting and with mildew and with hail in all the labours of your hands; yet ye turned not to me,

-saith the LORD.
-18.Consider now from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth day of the ninth month, even from the day

-that the foundation of the LORD's temple was laid, consider it.
-19.Is the seed yet in the barn? yea, as yet the vine, and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive tree, hath

-not brought forth: from this day will I bless you.
-20.And again the word of the LORD came unto Haggai in the four and twentieth day of the month, saying,
-21.Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying, I will shake the heavens and the earth;
-22.And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen; and

-I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the horses and their riders shall come down, every

-one by the sword of his brother.
-23.In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith the

-LORD, and will make thee as a signet: for I have chosen thee, saith the LORD of hosts.

너는 제사장에게(11b)

율법에 대하여 물어 이르기를(11c)

사람이 옷자락에(12a)
거룩한 고기를 쌌는데(12b)

그 옷자락이(12c)
만일 떡에나 국에나(12d)
포도주에나 기름에나(12e)

다른 식물에 닿았으면(12f)

그것이 성물이 되겠느냐 하라(12g)

학개가 물으니(12h)

제사장들이 대답하여(12i)
가로되 아니니라(12j)

내 앞에서 이 백성이 그러하고(14d)
이 나라가 그러하고(14e)
그 손의 모든 일도 그러하고(14f)

그들이 거기서(14g)
드리는 것도 부정하니라 (14h)

이제 청컨대 너희는(15a)

오늘부터 이전(15b)
곧 여호와의 전에(15c)

돌이 돌 위에(15d)

첩 놓이지 않았던 때를(15e)
추억하라(15f)

이십 석 곡식더미에 이른즉(16b)
십 석 뿐이었고(16c)

포도즙 틀에(16d)
오십 그릇을 길러 이른즉(16e)

포도나무, 무화과나무(19c)
석류나무, 감람나무에(19d)

열매가 맺지 못하였었느니라(19e)

그러나 오늘부터는(19f)

내가 너희에게 복을 주리라(19f)

다시 학개에게 임하니라 가라사대(20c)

너는 유다 총독(21a)
스룹바벨에게 고하여 이르라(21b)

내가 하늘과 땅을(21c)
진동시킬 것이요(21d)

열국의 보좌를 엎을 것이요(22a)
열방의 세력을 멸할 것이요(22b)

그 병거들과(22c)
그 탄자를 엎드러뜨리리니(22d)

말과 그 탄자가(22e)
각각 그 동무의 칼에(22f)

엎드러지리라(2g)

나 여호와가 말하노라(24c)

그 날에 내가 너를 취하고(23d)

-성전이 우선이다

-복으로 변하리라

-통치가 회복되리라

-부정을 씻는 길

-축복을 얻는 길

2) 본문의 내용이 무엇인가?

-하나님을 우선 순위로 삼지 않으면 모드 게 핑계다. 하든 말든  그 이유가 하나님이어야 한다.

-하나님의 말씀이어야 한다. 하나님의 뜻이어야 한다. 그분을 사랑하는 마음, 그분의

-나라와 의와 영광을 위하는 마음이 우선하지 않으면 모든 것은 다 핑계다. 그냥 하기 싫은 거다.

-성전부터 회복하라

-저주가 축복으로

-하나님의 통치가 회복 될 것이다

-거짓 경건을 지적하다

착한 일을 시작하신 하나님을 찬양하나이다.

내가 돌아오기만 하면 하나님께서 섭섭함과 안타까움을 다 털어내시고

내 의기소침도 일으키시고 교회를 새롭게 창조해 주실 줄을 믿나이다.
