There is no good reason to be impolite to other people. Do you agree or disagree with the statement? Use specific reasons and details in your essay.              For the past a few decades, it has been generally argued about whether or not there is no good reason to be impolite to other people. Some believe it is necessary to be impolite to others; others think that being polite is fundamental. However, I am convinced that it is quite necessary to be polite to other people. Actually I have several specific reasons to support my idea.            On one hand, being polite increases our working efficiency. If you always have a good attitude and a bright smile toward anyone that you come across in you daily life, they will have a good impression on us. It influences our working ability from several facts, they can give you a hand when you are busy, have your work completed faster compared to the time that you work yourself out. To give one of my personal experiences as an example, I was assigned to do a presentation from my teacher in high school. It was quite a complicated task for me because the period the assignment was handed; I was new to the school. As time went by, due date came closer but my work was not showing any improvements. Finally I decided to ask some of my friends and neighbors to give me some advices to help my finishing the assignment. Thankfully, they all helped me as it was their own work. They noted me that their willingness resulted from my kindness that helped them in their situations. From this experience, I have learned that being nice to other people also makes others to be nice to me.              On the other hand, always being polite might not be the necessary attitude that we should persevere in our lives. Some of the situations that we have to face require us to be aggressive and rude than to be kind and polite. The purpose of a debate or discussion is usually considering conflicts or the difference in the way two groups of people tend to view things. To give some of the situations for example, being involved in a debate or discussion needs us to be rude in order to bring in our own logic and status. If we tend to just take in every single idea that the opposing team insists, there won’t even be a single reason to get involved in the debate. From this situation, we can see that sometimes it is indeed a necessary thing to be offensive towards others.            As a conclusion, it really depends on how and what kind of situation we are facing. If it is a general and more daily situation such as interaction with our neighbors of friends, I strongly insist on being polite and nice to them, whereas getting involved in a discussion or debate, we should have enough aggressiveness to convince others.
