The first monthly follow-up of the Purity Pledge event!

CARP hosted the first monthly follow-up of the Purity Pledge event! Young people in the

community (and even from Europe!) came together to spend a night of bonding as brothers and

sisters. We started with a delicious meal of burritos and mingling time! Afterwards, the brothers

and sisters got in their respective teams and checked in with each other, how it’s been since the

purity pledge, or just simply why purity is something important to them. From the feedback of

people, many were able to share very deeply and honestly. Then, Akira-san gave a talk about how we can prepare ourselves for marriage just by a small shift on perspective. He shared with us that a beautiful marriage can happen when we focus on our own growth first. In the end, we gathered

one last time to share what we were able to gain through the guidance in small groups We are so grateful for Heavenly Parent and True Parents for helping taste the beautiful culture we were able

to create!
