Year 2 - Visit to Countryside Stables 시골 마구간 방문

As part of their Live and Let Live topic, Year 2 was very excited to have the opportunity to visit Countryside Stables in Balik Pulau. It started with an exciting bus journey all the way to the back of the island where they witnessed amazing jungles and even saw some monkeys! Once at the stables, they took part in a range of hands-on activities that helped them to learn more about the animals and the life processes of living things.

First, they fed the ponies some hay, then learned how to groom them before having a go at riding the ponies! Everyone demonstrated curiosity, asking the staff about how to care for the animals and showing respect as they listened to the answers. After lunch, they learned how to lead the ponies properly to give them some exercise. It was a wonderful day full of learning and fun and now Year 2 knows even more about what it means to be alive!

라이브와 렛 리브 주제의 일환으로 2학년은 발릭 풀라우의 시골 마구간을 방문할 수 있는 기회를 얻게 되어 매우 기뻤습니다. 섬 뒤편까지 이어지는 흥미진진한 버스 여행으로 시작하여 놀라운 정글을 목격하고 원숭이도 볼 수 있었습니다! 마구간에 도착하자마자 그들은 동물과 생물의 생명 과정에 대해 더 많이 배울 수 있는 다양한 체험 활동에 참여했습니다.
먼저 조랑말에게 건초를 먹인 다음 조랑말을 타기 전에 그루밍하는 방법을 배웠습니다! 모두가 호기심을 보이며 직원들에게 동물을 돌보는 방법에 대해 물어보고 답을 들으면서 존경심을 표했습니다. 점심 식사 후 조랑말을 제대로 이끌고 운동을 하는 방법을 배웠습니다. 배움과 재미로 가득 찬 멋진 하루였고 이제 2학년이 살아있다는 것이 무엇을 의미하는지 더 많이 알게 되었습니다!
