Bible Reading - Acts 1:11~20

1:11 "Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? 

그들은 " 갈릴리 사람들아, 왜 너희는 하늘을 쳐다보며 여기에 서있는가?"하고 말했다.

This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, 

너희에게서 하늘로 올리워진 이 동일한 예수께서

will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven."

너희가 하늘로 올라가신 그를 보는 것과 동일한 방식으로 돌아오실 것이다. 

1:12 Then they returned to Jerusalem from the hill called the Mount of Olives, a Sabbath day's walk from the city.

그들은 예루살렘에서 안식일 하루 동안 걸을 수 있는 거리인 감람산이라는 언덕에서 예루살렘으로 돌아왔다.

1:13 When they arrived, 그들이 도착했을 때, 

they went upstairs to the room where they were staying. 

그들은 그들이 묵고 있었던 그 방, 이층으로 올라갔다.

Those present were Peter, John, James and Andrew; Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew; James son of Alphaeus and Simon the Zealot, and Judas son of James.

그 자리에는 베드로, 요한, 야고보, 안드레, 필립, 토마스, 바돌로매, 마태, 알패오의 아들 야고보, 열심당원 시몬, 그리고 야고보의 아들 유다가 있었다.

1:14 They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers.

그들은 모두 여자들과 예수님의 어머니 마리아, 그리고 예수님의 형제들과 함께 끊임없이 기도에 힘썼다.

1:15 In those days Peter stood up among the believers (a group numbering about a hundred and twenty)그날들에 베드로는 그 믿는 자들 즉 대략 백이십명쯤되는 한 그룹 중에 서서 

1:16 and said, "Brothers, the Scripture had to be fulfilled which the Holy Spirit spoke long ago through the mouth of David concerning Judas, who served as guide for those who arrested Jesus-- 그리고 이렇게 말했다. "형제들아, 성령께서 오래 전에 다윗의 입을 통해 유다에 관하여 말씀하신 성경 말씀이 이루어져야 했다. 유다는 예수를 체포한 자들의 안내자 역할을 했다."

1:17 he was one of our number and shared in this ministry."

그는 우리 중 한 명이었고 이 사역에 함께 참여했다.

1:18 (With the reward he got for his wickedness, Judas bought a field; there he fell headlong, his body burst open and all his intestines spilled out.

유다는 악행에 대한 보상으로 밭을 샀는데, 거기서 거꾸로 떨어져 몸이 터져 내장이 모두 쏟아져 나왔다.

1:19 Everyone in Jerusalem heard about this, 예루살렘에서 사는 모든 사람들이 이에 대해 들었으므로

so they called that field in their language Akeldama, that is, Field of Blood.)

그래서 그들은 그 땅을 그들의 언어로 아겔다마, 즉 피 밭이라고 불렀다. 

1:20 "For," said Peter, "it is written in the book of Psalms, "'May his place be deserted; 

베드로는 " 때문에 시편에 적혀있기를 "그의 장소가 황폐하게 되며 

let there be no one to dwell in it,' 거기에 아무도 거하지 못하게 하며 

and, "'May another take his place of leadership.' 다른 사람이 그의 지도력의 자리를 가져가게 하소서."라고 말했다.
