To Stop Taking Hypoglycemic Agents(Diabetes) of 20 Years with Harabi Herbal Prescriptions

This case is very important but I missed. Now I record it.

The pathology of diabetes will be omitted because of long typing.

I write treatment case in brief as follows.

1. Personal Information(04009)
    Han     0     0, Female  80 aged
    Housewife
    Address : Seochogu, Seoul, Korea  

2. Chief Complaints
    Diabetes, she had taken hypoglycemic agent for about  20 years.
    
    She was transfered to a university hospital from a local hospital
    that had diagnosed her as appendicitis 6 years ago. The reason
    of transfer was diabetes that might be dangerous to surgical
    operation. Also the university hospital delayed the operation
    due to same reason. During the delay of two or tree days in
    emergency room, she got the pain allivated on the right low
    abdomen. I heard the news from her daughter and suggested
    to treat the appendicitis that was not emergent with herbal
    prescription. She finally agreed with me and took the herbal
    packs. After two days of taking herbal packs, she recovered
    normally.

    This marvelous treatment - to the eyes of the ignorant but too
    simple to the eyes of the learned. - engraved the trust to me
    in her mind.
    
    She said to me. "Some people take herbal pills for diabetes
    and they say those pills are good effect. I also want to take
    herbal prescription."
    I answered to her. "I can treat your diabetes but it will take
    long because the diabetes is came from the weakness of
    constitutional body chacter. The herbal pills you have heard of
    I think may be not pure herbal prescription. The doctors who
    are advertizing diabetes pills cannot explain the pathology in
    herbal medicine. However they are selling herbal pills without
    diagnosis of herbal medicine. If they stop taking the pills, the
    blood sugar is getting up from that day. I doubt that the pills
    contain chemical hormon though they are emphasizing pure
    herbs. It is ridiculous!"

    She took 3 or 4 boxes of herbal packs but no effect as much
    as she expected. She had lots of information for diabetes from
    her friends or eldery neighours or health food sellers. So more
    persuasion would be unvalid. I talked to her daughter to last
    herbal treatment and she agree with me.
    
    The diabetes means the weakness of liver, heart and lung.
    So she unsually get caugh,  the short of breath, fatigue, pain
    on chest, arrythmia, beating and so on.
    The daughter told her that she should take herbal prescription
    for those symptoms. She said OK for those symptoms.
    
    To improve liver heart and lung is to treat just diabetes!    


3. Other Signs and Symptoms

    Pulse : Float. a little fast, tensed.
    Tongue : Apex reddish and sometimes watery
                  Mosses sometimes thick sometimes thin, yellowish
                  or white. This is various.
    Abdomen : large but soft.
    
4. Diagnosis
    Liver weak
    Heart weak
    Lung weak
    Digestive organs strong

5. Pathology
    In brief, the waekness of liver and heart means the marginal
    circulation is weak. Furthermore the weakness of lung means
    the breath of membrane is weak.
    In result diabetes is the symptom due to weakness of
    evaporation of blood vessels. In other words this is due to the
    weakness of liver heart and lung.
    
6. Prescription
    To improve liver and to enrich the blood
    To circulate blood
    To get rid of humidity
    To improve the lung and evaporation

7. Result
    It takes over one and half year to confirm‎ the treatment.
    It is a long story to record the process in detail. So I record it
    on basic treatments.
    
    When she appealed cold, caugh, breath : To emphasize on lung    
    When pain on chest, arrythmia, beating : To emphasize on heart
    When fatigue, headache : To emphasize on liver
    
    13 times of prescriptions are given to her for one and half year.
    Some day the daughter informed me that her mother did not
    take the hormon pills anymore.
    I directly confirmed it to her immediately. She told me that six
    months have past since she stopped taking hormon pills.
  
    And she told me nothing was found in hospital check-up.
