Teaching Job Openings at Language Education Center, Chonbuk National University, Korea

1. Job title: Visiting researcher

2. Qualifications:
1) Native speaker of English
2) Bachelor's or Mater's degree
3) Teaching experience preferred

3. Job description:
1) Teaching English as a foreign language to college students, adults,
elementary school children (3rd graders plus), and middle school kids.
2) 24 hours-per-week teaching consisting of one primary school kids' class or two,
one middle school children's class, Intensive English Program, ABC News
Interpretation, and English conversation classes

4. Pay:
1) 2,100,000 Won for Master's and 2,000,000 Won for Bachelor's degree.
2) 20,000 Won per hour for overtime teaching, namely for hours over 24 hours
per week.

5. Fringe benefit:
1) 1,300,000 Won subsidized as round-trip airfare
2) Housing provided
3) Paid vacation twice a year (2 weeks in February and another 2 weeks in August)
4) Health insurance (cost evenly shared)
5) Severance pay at the end of contract (an equivalent of one month's pay)
